Has been here for years. Tend to use it for the convenience but lately I keep getting dryers that the heating element is out in them, and it always seems to be trashed inside. The people using them try to mark the dryers that dont work,, but when they clean they just remove the marking and never fix the machine itself or put an out of order on it.. I always stick my hand in the dryer first to see if it was warm from the pervious use. The change machine is a 50/50 chance that it is out of quarters since they do not empty it often enough. Do not try to use the convenience stores nearby for quarters. They will turn you down since they know that laundry mat is right there. Hit a bank on the way to be on the safe side.

UPDATE UR DISGUSTING DIRTY FACILITIES. What a ripoff. I washed 4 towels ( regular size bath towels) . I tried to dry them, TO NO AVAIL . I ran the dryer 3 times for 4 towels. 33 minutes drying time AND STILL NOT DRY. There’s a few new laundromats in town. The whole strip mall LOOKS LIKE IT NEEDS A D9 DOZER to level it and START OVER. Go look for urself.TAKE HEED IF U HAVE NICER CLOTHES DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. Oilfield GREASERS HAVE RAN IN EVERY MACHINE. KEEN CLEANERS JUST 5 blocks on down the road.

Pretty dirty machines.$1.25 for top loaders. $2.50 for front loaders .25 for dryers.

Not a bad laundromat. Its cheap, but not always the cleanest. Overall, Id recommend it.

Need more dryer that work but the washers work great

Well we’ve used this place 3 times and looks like it has never been cleaned. Now today the only change machine is down. So I had to pull my clothes out of the wash head down to the nearest grocery store to get change. The dryers will have your cloths damp after several cycles. Good luck finding a number to call. They lost so much business today.Pro:It’s cheap. $1.25 for washer and .25¢ for 11 mins in the dryer.

Its not too dirty. The dryers are terrible. Never did dry my clothes after 2hr worth.

I will never come back here again. The washing machines are a dirty and the driers dont work. Lots of machines that are out of order and plenty more that should be marked out of order. We had to switch driers 3 times. Avoid this place!

I’ve always lived right down the street from this place and used it because of location. I usually go with plenty of laundry and never have had mechanical issues but the last time I went it was FILTHY. I saw three cockroaches, mud all over the place, trash cans overflowing, and don’t even get me started on the bathroom. Horrible. And they always lock the doors hours before closing time. Go to Wash This Way on N. 10th

Roaches crawling on floor, most dryers doesnt work or theyve been burnt inside. The owners doesnt refund money lost in change machines and the place is not clean.

Like any other laundromat they have their fair share of out of order machines. However got quite warm and when doors propped open to allow cool air the attendants closed them back up. As usual the change machine runs out mid day. But was appreciative the attendants watched alone female patrons go to their car at closing to be safe.

Worst visit yet. The place was packed which I know they cant help. The floor was flooded from either a machine having a malfunction or someone opening one of the front loaders. Got there around 5:30 pm and had no problem with the washers. Had to wait for 45 minutes to get to a dryer do to how busy it was. Then had to spend three hours drying clothes do to the demand. One of the dryers only gives you 8 minutes per quarter. Others give you 11 minutes. One dryer put $1.00 in and it wouldnt work. Had to wait for another one to become available. Some dryers take 3 quarters to get your stuff almost dry. Some take 6 quarters. Place supposed closes at 10:00 pm. By the time I was done it was 9:45 and I still had not seen someone come in to clean the place up. Floor was still flooded, trash cans were full. Change machines were empty and the restroom was a disaster. This is the 3rd time here and like a said the worst. Am looking for somewhere else to do my laundry.

Im surprised to see so many negative reviews. Perhaps my experience was better because I wasnt there during peak hours and it was quiet.Its a good place, the washes and dries are quick. I brought my DS expected to play it while waiting for my loads to finish but I barely touched it because the cycles were so quick. Its affordable compared to my complexs prices for the laundry room ($3 for a wash and dry at my place vs $1.50 here) and I appreciate the change machines. My only issue is that my clothes were still damp when they came out of the dryer but thats not a huge concern for me. I really like it will come back to laundry here again.

Not happy that the commercial washer does not rinse. All it does is throw water as it spins the clothes for 10 minutes.

Great place to wash. Clean environment. One of the best and cheap places to wash and dry your cloths. But just like any other laundromat it has its down side do to people mistreating the equipment.

This is the worst place in the world. There machines never are working right. IveI lost so much dealing with this laundry mat. I rather go to the new one and pay what Im losing here. You suck Quick wash.

Machines are always broken, no one is ever here to clean floors or large machines. Machines take money then you have no one here to refund. Ridiculous. If managed properly would be a good place a do better business.

The owner of this establishment is the equivalent of a slumlord. There are at least 15 people in here right now with complaints of being swindled out of money. This is a pretty big place as far as laundromats go and of 40 dryers maybe 4 of them work and the others are not marked is out of service. There are two change machines neither marked out of service that do not give change of any kind. There is also a patron that spent 250 each on washers and still came out with soaking wet comforters. Tomorrow I will be calling the Better Business Bureau to report them.

One of the big washers took 250 from me and there is no way to call the management or leave a refund form in the mail box because the never have any refund forms on the wall... you have to be there when they open or close and fight with the manager to get your money back... everybody go anywhere else but here...

A lot of the dryers are broken and they arent labeled out of order. And its always dirty.

If u go here bring ur own bathroom with u these people lock the bathroom at 9 knowing there open till ten

This place is rather run down. Literally nothing in there hardly works..dryers, washers, change machines; I mean I only come here because its cheaper to wash and dry than at my apt complex. Its open at the same frame so its almost worth just spending the extra money to do it at my apt.

Always has washers and dryers available and is resonably priced but you better have your quarters before hand because the change machines almost never work.

Never have had a problem with getting an open washer or dryer. This place has a means to be used by several people doing laundry. Always have a broken machine fixed quickly.

This is the worst one I have ever been to in my life! Walk in and its very dirty water is all over the floor and Im not talking about a little its a lot! Half of their dryers are broken literally have duck tape all over them and then their quarter machine doesnt work! I will not be coming back here

Ive been there several times. It is always filthy with trash on the floor. Never mopped. About 30% of the dryers do not work. Some do not heat aand some do not work at all. The change machines are usually out of service.

Its okay, not all of the driers work, one took my money, and then I seen where someone scratched into it out of order barely can see it, and there was no body around to help. The change machines do not work either.

The Platinum Wash is not worth all the hype. Just buy the $7.00 wash or do it yourself.

Terrible upkeep on the washers and dryers. Never know what dryers work and dont work, and there arent enough dryers as it is. The floors are always trashed and dirty. Management really needs to do something.
