Dennis Moran and the GM really helped me out! I’m a novice U Haul traveller going on a long trip and they made me feel confident and ready for the trip. They helped with everything! Great Service!

Never have I been to a more professional and well managed Uhaul. The staff here are so polite, helpful and professional. They were able to help me with every question and change I needed done with my reservation (which I had done 3 times). They have a huge selection of tools and boxes I needed in order to move. I’d recommend this location to everyone in the area. Five of five stars!

1.Used van for 5 hrs, to move son from college house back to parent home. Very easy rental, drive, load/unload and transactions. NOTE: MUST check-in to confirm presence of vehicle AT YOUR #1 CHOICE LOCATION during your desired timeframe. We were sent to a different location (5 mins away) because we did not check-in till moments prior to arrival at our rental location (a gas station; were sent to a brick-&-mortar UHaul shop nearby because of delayed return of other vehicle).2.we used 1/8 tank of gas and forgot to refill, but were then charged just $6 so was totally reasonable. Most of transaction completed online via smartphone. Staff was very helpful, engaged, despite super busy Mem. Well organized, efficient and accommodating. We mistakenly reserved a truck one day early. They cancelled on the spot and changed the reservation to the following day.

Erfan has always been really helpful when I book a one way trailer from MD to NY. He goes above and beyond, last time, he noticed our arrival before we even entered the office and had everything ready for us! Fast, precise, clean and overall a really great guy. Pleasure visiting UHAUL OF KING FARM always.

Im sorry but I had a bad experience because of someone elses name I used to get a truck for me with their license because I have a provisional license and they wur flagged because of something they owed I wasnt able to use my name nor my credit card because they said Im associated with the person I feel that is wrong because I have nothing to do with what the other person has going on. I should not be flagged because of someone elses issue so with that being said I had a horrible experience!

I HIGHLY recommend this location for uhaul and packing needs! I have picked up uhauls from other locations in the area, and I can tell you how differently I was treated here. I am VERY impressed with Erfans customer service. I also think that this location in the king farm neighborhood is very convenient.

The phone listed on the internet did not work.I told the UHAUL worker and also showed him that his phone did not receive calls.I had tried to phone the UHAUL return location and inform them that I was on my way.I was unable to do so.I showed up in person and was only able to speak English with the UHAUL employee at the Picard Drive location and not in his native language. But we managed to communicate.

Very clean and brand new trucks. The staff were super friendly people. They make it easy on what can be a stressful day. Appreciated Joe especially. Really nice guy who gave great tips and helped me all along the way. Will definitely use them next time.

I had the worst experience ever. The guy that served me (Erfan Hedayati) who claimed to be the manager was completely rude and doesnt have any customer service or management skills. First of all, I made a reservation for this location using their 1800 number my pickup time was for the wrong time at this location and when I arrived trying to get the truck, this manager (Erfan Hedayati) told me it was for another location and I corrected him and he saw on the email it was also reserved for his location. He decided to served me after 15 minutes. He give me the wrong price than what was quoted to me by the phone customers service ( which was $74 +5.00 =74) person, when I pointed it out he stated and I quote look I am doing you a favor by giving you a truck, the person who did your reservation made a mistake and that is not my problem. Being 8 months pregnant and having movers waiting for me I was very shocked as to what this person had to say. I manage healthcare a facility and have worked as a manager for retail before and have never seen anything like this. I informed him that he works for uhaul and if a team member made a mistake thats not the way to talk to a customer to get a resolved and he needed to learned how to handle situations like this. I ask him for the customer service number and he give me the wrong number and was very disrespectful. Being a first time customer this was my worst experience by far. He kept repeating I should be glad he give me the truck and he regretted helping me because its not his fault the rate is different. Im not sure if its the culture at uhaul but he clearly need people skills and shouldnt be a manager because he locks all management skills. I was very upset and would have gone to another company if I didnt have movers waiting on me. I will advise others to not go to this location, unless this is what uhaul teaches all their manager that what ever another team member do its not the manager place to politely handle it or this manager have no respect for customers, let alone a woman.

Both employees were awesome. Most pleasant U-Haul experience in my long life of using this company. Just wish they had a couple of 26 trucks available.

Exceptional customer service by Joseph both times I have used this store. He is extremely professional and will go above and beyond to make sure you leave completely satisfied. Would recommend this store to anyone.

Everyone at imperial was amazingly helpful, organized and knowledgeable about the moving services. We were able to take care of paperwork & pickup quickly. The truck was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The employee took the time to show us how to load our car securely & safely. We were very pleased to have this part of our move go so smoothly. Two younger people working here today, guy and gal, were super nice and hooked up trailer for me. Friendly and willing to joke around a bit which was nice. They were speedy and competent. Will use again. My arrival interrupted one of their lunches and they immediately took a break from it to help me and seemed happy to do so. Now THAT is customer service!

These Gentlemen assisted me and my daughter in a purchase of moving supplies. They were both exceptionally polite and helpful in coordinating the best items for our move. I will definitely use them again.

No stars! I reserved a truck and on the day I was suppose to pick up They couldnt find my reservation! I was given the run around told to call different stores. I reserved with THIS store! Since no one was able to help me I ended up having to find another option at the last minute to move my things and this store then tried to charge me a cancelation fee! Dont trust them! They loose your reservation then TRY to charge you for not picking up the truck you were told you didnt have.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They were also very patient and willing to chat during the business transaction.

My Customer Service Attendant was very Professional, Courteous, and Respectful

Well located, pleasant customer service and wide choice of vehicles and services available.

Before I returned the rental truck, I added enough gas to the truck so it matched the gas level when I received the truck, but the rental office forced me to add an extra four gallons of gas, and charged me the travel between the rental office and the second gas station I was forced to use.
