My best friend and I were looking to get pedicures, so we called and made an appointment. Showed up at 1315 for our 1330 appointment, sat in the pedicure chairs until 1345, and then when the women sat down to do our pedicures, they rushed. We paid 50 dollars for each pedicure and the entire service from start to finish was only 18 minutes. They are incredibly busy and I understand that but if I call to make an appointment I don’t think it’s asking for too much to have a quality service that is what I actually paid for. (All she did was exfoliate my feet and paint my nails. No massage, no filing, no trimming etc) On top of that, the woman doing my best friends nails was literally causing her pain and continued to do so.

I went in to get a full set of acrylics. This was my second time here. The first time they also did not do well, however it was Easter so we chopped it up to them being overwhelmed and we would try them again. We went in with an appointment this time and right when I sat down the woman was just rushing. After she glued on the nails the thumb was sideways so I asked her to fix it. She was irritated, but she fixed it. I wanted an almond shape and she seemed like she knew how to do it….oh was I wrong. My nails looked busted, they were all different shapes (not almond) and ontop of it she charged me 70.00…I have never paid that much for nails and I have had my nails done in CA for 10 years with 100% better quality. After I told her how upset i was with the quality she decided to give me 15$ back… but the best part was she told me that my nails are not shaped correctly because “MY FINGER IS CROOKED”. I died laughing. She also said I was too picky.Honestly worst service, will never come back. She would not allow me to speak to a manager and now I have to go pay somewhere else to fix it.They only call this place luxury nails because of the price. This is a rip off and they do not treat customers well.

I went for a mani pedi and got the $70.00 one. I usually get them at another place but was in town so decided to give them a try. Not a very long pedicure for the money. very small leg and foot massage They did the manicure in the pedicure chair and just a very small hand massage. Mybnail polish on mt hands was chipping the next day.

Horrible place. Not only did they put the gel nails on crooked but they charged almost $300 for 2 mani/pedis. Since the pedi my toes are painful and they cut them so short they still hurt. As you can clearly see they are not done right. And as you can see by her message they only planned on repolishing and not redoing the nails that they messed up.

I showed her a picture and she did amazing on the flame design. I just think $80 for a manicure is kind of a lot. unless it isn’t? haha anyway they did great!

First time visiting here yesterday and I am very happy with my pedicure. The young lady was very courteous and nice. Ill be back!

Best place to go for acrylics

Came here after leaving Pro Nails to get my pedicure done right. The woman spent the time and attention necessary to give a proper pedi.

Cut me and told me it was my fault. Was rushing to do my nails before I even could show her what I wanted. But they reached out and had amazing communication and was very polite about everything

They used the drill to drill off my cuticles and cut them way to short to the point where they hurt and the design they used did not work at all it just doesn’t look good

Kelly was my manicurist, she did a fantastic job. Was very friendly.

Best place to get your nails done in the whole state and Ive tried many. Dont waste your time trying to find a better salon in town.

The lady who did my nails seemed to be in a rush. She scraped a bit of my skin from the coner of my nail I bleed a lil. And didnt even try to take out the black powder from my fingers.

I had an appointment for 1:15 and they were taking walk ins instead of taking us. I sat there for almost and hour waiting! And then they kept on rushing everything. The nails are so flimsy.

Every time I come they do a good job. Could have more design things. But I like how they aint to expensive. There affordableWent on birthday and I think I was over charged. Nails kinda crooked. They always do good. They must been in hurry, idk. I would still ho back just cause I always went there

I had to put stars so I did one but I give this place zero stars. I brought my niece and my sister here as a treat to get our nails done. My niece just had gel polish put on and with in five hours here’s pealed off while she was soaking in the tub. Both my sister and I got acrylics and ours chipped two to three days later and fell off with in a week.....Customer service was horrible... they paid more attention to each other conversing in their native language then actually paying attention to us. I had my toes painted and I told the guy who did mine five times and showed him a picture of what I wanted and he couldn’t even do that. They were in a rush and they overcharged us. NEVER GOING BACK. If you want good quality nails go elsewhere do not go to them. They are self centered and really don’t pay attention to details or their customers.

I love Luxury Nail Salon! No matter which technician I have had, they have been cautious and careful, as well as polite and courteous. They have so many Dip Colors to choose from, and I appreciate their attention to cleanliness and hygiene. They are my favorite place to go for my manicures, and I have never been disappointed. Well Done!

This is an amazing place. I highly recommend them. They are so polite, caring, & do so much. They get to know who you are and what you like. Johnny and his wife always ask about my kids and have even brought a newspaper clipping for me. Wonderful people.

This place is awesome!! Everyone is very sweet and nice! They always make sure you are getting what you want and work quick. I always get my nails done here when I need them done. It’s a little spendy but it’s always worth it!!

I have had good luck with this business. This is not a fast in snd fast out place. You need to allow at least and hour or so for the foot soak and pedicure. Foot soaks are between 30-45 minutes.I always do more than the basic pedicure.You get what you pay for.

Ive always had good experiences here. I only get regular polish and only on my toes, so I dont know much about the nail services, but the salon is very nice and inviting and I enjoy having pedicures here. Its clean and they offer nice options.

Made an appointment and was not helped until 45 minutes after my scheduled time. I then received cold water for my pedicure as I waited another 30 minutes before they started my pedicure. I then got a dip manicure and they did not cut or shape my nails or do anything to my cuticles. I have not even had my manicure for a week and am going somewhere else to get them fixed due to chipping and uneven clumps on my nails. I would not recommend to anyone.

All employees were rude but the guy there. The lady doing my nails was on her phone before doing mine and processed to talk on the phone half way through doing my nails. When she started talking on the phone she pulled up her mask and started talking very quietly. Through the rest of my mani, she didn’t talk to me. She just directed me with her fingers. She was very rough and when i said “ow” she just pulled more. My nails weren’t the way i asked her too. I didn’t ask for much. I wanted something special for an occasion.

Horrible service, overcharged and very combative. Don’t waste your money!!! The owner wants to stereotype because I am black and assume I can’t afford regular pricing. I definitely can but I was totally over charged. $45 for a fill and $35 for a polish change. That’s absurd! Then tried to use the excuse of it being gel and we didn’t even decide to get gel. Total rip off bad service and argumentative workers.

Fast service and outstanding quality! Im hard on my nails and its been over 2 weeks and they are still strong. I need a touch up now cuz my nails grow so fast.

I went there yesterday to get my nails done. They cut part of my skin off and it burned and the lady seemed in a rush. They also got glue all over my fingers. Even my fingers for stuck together. Not a big deal but it still hurt... but great nails little crooked might come back

I feel the over charge especially for fill, I sometime feel they over charge ME personally I feel if pay pretty much $60 for for full set my full should be $40 regardless the design or length if none are broken shouldnt be that much and than I do understand we are not in bigger cities but I will a tip if I got😉
