Ive been twice and had excellent service. They seemed laid back but very respectful and kind. They seem always busy so make sure to just call and make an appt for the day.

Such an amazing cast at a. Nails, love these ladies so much! I take my whole family and are treated like we are appreciated and home the whole time. The only downside is that they are the only spa in town that offers their abilities. People complain due to how Buisy they are and because they love to say ugly things that are pety

I showed up for an appointment and sat down ready to get my nails painted after picking out the color and design just to have them turn around and tell me that their nail tech didn’t have the time to do my nails. The whole time they were rude and unprofessional I will admit my mom (who they had time for) nails did turn out cute but I sadly had to walk out with my nails bare and disappointed.

She was quick, didnt hurt me and did a beautiful job!! Found my new nail place!

I come here often with my besties and I took my daughter (for her 4th birthday) and my best friends daughter in to get a manicure together and the girls who did them were sooo nice and very patient with our daughters! They made the best birthday for my 4 year old :) They always do a great job!

I had made a pedicure appointment the day before, once I showed up they insisted I had no appointment and were very rude. I told the lady I was here for my pedicure and I had called the day before. She rudely yelled NO at me I then asked if I could please come back later and she then yelled NO again at me. This is the second time I have scheduled an appointment and they canceled. I do not recommend and will not be returning again.

Terrible. they rushed the whole time. cut me 2 times didn’t even bother to clean it. i got them done less that 6 hours ago and are chipping already i’ve came twice and has bad experience twice, definitely won’t be coming back.

Very good work!! They are always busy. I love getting a pedicure there. I dont get fingernails done, but the spa pedicure and the foot and leg massage are the best. They cost $5 less than other shops. I guess every little bit saves!! The only down side is that the patron is kicked out rain or shine, warm or cold with wet toenails and disposable flip-flops. I assume due to covid.

Went an showed a pic of pink an grey nails with glitter when u went in the lady to do my nails was on her phone I showed her the pic of what I wanted tried to even say it didnt have tp match exactly an she told me she didnt carry glitter ...upon leaving without getting nails done cause she was rude about how she said it I looked on there online Facebook an seen all kinds of pics with glitter nails ...

They did a decent job on my nails, but didnt tell me about the upcharge for the cats eye, was told on the phone a mani pedi with gel on hands was $55 and I was charged $73!!! Big difference!!! They seemed to be rushing the whole time, couldnt enjoy the pedicure while they were wrapping my nails at the same time to remove the gel polish. To top it off they had so many people in there it was definitely against social distancing rules. Really disappointed. Ended up spending my gas money for the week on top of it.

Each time I called for an appointment the manager was quite clipped and once confirmed she always stated “Be on time” then hung up on me. Last month when I arrived at exactly 10:30 for my 10:30 appointment I was told they were running late and I had to wait outside due to Covid. Well it was raining, my husband had left to run errands so I had no car to hide in, there were no chairs outside, and the only place I could stay dry in was under an awning with several homeless men who were making a drug deal. I was called in at 11 for my 10:30 appointment. I made no comment on the poor service this time. I called for an appointment again for today. Same conversation-“ Be on time” then the manager hung up on me. I arrived today at 10:30 for my 10:30 appointment and was told to sit outside until they were ready. I remarked that this was the second month in a row of being told to be on time when the same was not true of their schedule. The manager began to yell at me that it was not her fault that clients are never on time. I reminded her we were speaking of my experience although I empathized that this was probably a constant issue they should address. Then she called me a liar and said I have never had to wait. I do not lie. I appreciate brutal truth over a lie anyway. She did not like that and said maybe I should find another salon. I asked her if that was what she really wanted and she screamed yes. Her husband and comanager tried to apologize but I just raised my hand to go. What I did not expect was the young girl I always request to burst into tears when she followed me out. She thanked me for always requesting her, tipping her so well, and being so nice. I try to tip very well because I believe the service industry is extremely hard work. I hugged her and sent her back to work. It is hard for me to guess how difficult her work environment is. But isn’t what a business wants in order to thrive is a regular customer, who is timely and doesn’t make ridiculous requests and tips well? If so Wishkah nails is not that place. There are many other nail salons In Hoquiam and in Aberdeen. I will not have trouble finding somewhere new. However as far as a recommendation, all I can say is buyer beware. This is not a nice place

I have always been very happy with the service here, I am treated very well and my business has always been appreciated. Everyone Ive met has been sweet and friendly but Tina is my favorite! I will ask for her every time.

They where awesome none else would take me in an hour before close but they did! Very clean friendly as well. My nails are so pretty I’m in love💯🥰 my new favorite nail salon thank you!

Experience was awful they burned me (too much acrilyc just caked on and under the UV light it felt like my nails were on fire!! 🔥) tried telling me it was normal .....by far not normal ...getting nails done is suppose to be relaxing and fun this was NOT 👎 didnt even seem that clean at all never going back..felt disrespected rushed and they were not professional

I have been going here for years. Tina has always been very patient with my special requests and designs. She always tries to accommodate my wishes and come up with a solution. She is always pleasant to talk to and likes to jokes and laugh. She always greets and tries to accommodate any walk-ins as her time allows. Keep up the good work Tina and team.

I had been going to Olympia to get my nails done and wanted to find a place closer to where I live. They were able to get me in at the time I needed and did a great job on my nails equal in quality to where I had been going. They were not rude but also not very friendly. Over all I am happy with the quality so far hoping they will hold up I can normally go two weeks without chipping or any issues.

I tried to buy a gift card over the phone for a friend with cancer and they would not hear of it and hung up on me!

The energy at this place is off & you can tell they do not want to be at their jobs. also when I called in they were rude over the phone. I’m dumb for thinking it would be better service in person. they discount some customers to give them good reviews as I sat there and watched it happen myself, makes sense since there are so many bad ones. will not be going back :)

I would give this place a zero if I could. We went in for a color change only my daughter had gotten her nails done the day before somewhere else and didnt like the color. They charged me $23 for a color change! Nothing else was done. The board says 8 to $10. When I questioned the guy he said no 23 dollars. I will never step foot in this place again.

First time here and will not be returning. Went for a simple full acrylic set and was very disappointed. The length of my nails do not match with my other hand,its been 1 week and one nail has already popped off and I have a few more that have almost completely lifted,the thickness of the acrylic is so inconsistent. I asked for my nails to be tapered(not just flat square) and the guy had no clue what I was talking about even after I explained to him so I had to settle for flat square tips. He rushed through getting my set done and made me feel like I was just inconveniencing his day. Worst experience ive ever had in a nail salon.

I have been going here for awhile.. I have noticed that Tina has gotten very rude with people. I brought my teenage granddaughter to have her nails done, and she got Tina. A few times Tina shook her hand tellingher..LET ME CONTROL YOUR HAND!....Tina is rude to most people. Instead of a HELLO, Tina yells PICK A COLOR!. New customers have no clue what she is talking about..i cant stand the rudeness when someone ask Tina a question. There is no personality. The only conversation is amongst themselves in their language. The one man sleeps in one of the chairs. The most unprofessional place Ive seen. I will drive to olympia for good service.

Ive walked in twice over the years to ask about nails (money in hand) and they treat you like an annoyance for even speaking to them. Seriously, hire a nice front desk person if you dont like people. Ended up going to Top Nails in Hoquiam and am never going anywhere else- theyre the BEST.

Never again. Not very good customer service. Nails are uneven and my hands dont match. I got full set and paid 35 which is fine but my friend paid same price for just a fill. Messed up

Been going there for 3 months and had great service. Today, needed a new full set a acrylics with gel polish for a wedding I am going to. Took the guy 20 minutes to do it. Looks like press on nails. When I complained, was told the looked fine, charged for them and rushed out of the place. The owner actually picked up my stuff and placed it on the counter. I will have to find a place in Florida to fix my nails before the wedding. So upset.

First time ever coming here and it’ll be the last. One their customer service sucks, very short and rude. Two they couldn’t do what I wanted so I had to settle for something else and then they couldn’t even do a basic full set with round tips. All of my tips are different shapes, the thickness of the gel varies between each finger, there’s bubbles on every nail, and they didn’t have me dry properly so the clear coat is all bumpy. On top of that I scheduled a pedicure for the same day and they acted like it wasn’t on the schedule and then rushed my pedicure, didn’t paint my toes to the cuticle and slapped on a top coat. Such a complete waste of money. I don’t suggest anyone going here.

Stopped here Friday afternoon last week on my way to Ocean Shores and they saw me as a walk in. I got a pedi and a shellac mani. A week later my manicure still looks great. Shellac has a tendency to lift on the edges by now and it hasnt yet. Toes still look good too! Didnt catch the techs name but her technique was really good.

So rude and give my toe got infected!! When I ask for to refund me she got very mad and pretty much throw my money at me.. never go back!!.

Horrible service.. My cousin called yo make an appt at 1130 and I was not seen until an hour later. All I wanted was my nails to be painted nothing special. My cousin told them hands and feet. We get there and they rushed doing my fingers and did a horrible job. They had me sit to dry my fingers. I asked about my toes and they said I never said toes... I said we called and said toes and I said toes when we walked in and when I was sat to do my fingers. The lady was very irritated and started talking in her language to another gal which I think is rude. They sat me to do my toes and rushed even more then on my fingers. I would not recommend this place... And this is my first time here. POOR SERVICE!

I had never been to this place, so based on the reviews, I thought I would try it out. I made a 1pm appt, and no sooner sat down, then two people came in for pedicures (no appts) I got rushed through, nails are crooked, and the nail polish is not even covering my entire nails. I will not go back to this place - And they were $10 dollars higher than the Olympia places. So much for shop on the harbor ;-(

I never even got past the making an appointment phase. The girl was rude right off the bat, so I hung up, wont call back, wont go there.

Horrible customer service! I went in for a pedi was told to wait five minutes to see if an appointment they had was going to show up. Couple minutes later the lady with the appointment showed up and they snapped at her and said she was five minutes late. She said Im actually one minute early! The lady working there snaps back and says you have to come 10 minutes before your appointment to pick a color. I walked out I will never go back there. If I were the lady with the appointmentI think I wouldve walked out too! Id be afraid to have anyone with an attitude like that to clip my nails.

It was the worst experience ever the first day I went I had made an appointment they told me it was going to be over an hour wait the second day I didnt bother to make an appointment try to get in they got me in within 15 or so minutes and the next day two of my nails broke and have ever since I called ask them what their policy was they said they dont fix anything that breaks no matter what I literally had had my nails for 2 days when they broke I wouldnt recommend going there there rude they dont care and theres no personality involved
