First two photos are what I received, third is what I asked for.I usually go somewhere else due to having a previous bad experience here, but decided to go here anyways because I was going with someone else. I showed the lady what I wanted and asked her to cut down my nails. Never once did I ask her to reshape them. I wanted to keep them coffin, but came out with a deformed rectangular shape. She did not clean up underneath of my nails, she left them looking gross. And she did not give me what I wanted. I am also pretty sure I was over charged because the person I came with paid $73 for a fill and pedicure, and I paid $55 for just a fill. Why was my service only $18 less when I only got one service? I am very unhappy, and this establishment will no longer be receiving my money.

I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about each and every experience I’ve had at Model Nails. I love how they take their time to perfect my nails and toes each and every time me and daughter just pop in. The atmosphere is very calming and their design work is stunning! My daughter still can’t get over how her nails glow in the dark! The most unique part is their pricing. Every time I get my mani/pedi I’m always trying to justify to myself spending the kind of money I was always used to spending, but each and every time they give me the total cost my mouth drops open because I have never had such quality work done as I do here, and the prices? I feel like they undersell their work because seriously, they are all incredible with a great eye for detail and I was used to spending so much more money for nails I would look at and think were just nice. They also perform full spa services and all offer all natural products, as well. Literally a one stop beauty shop that won’t make you feel bad about you pampering yourself after you swipe your debit card :)

I just got my nails done Tuesday and the next day they where like this and to pay 127 plus tip for your hands to look this disgusting it’s a rip off. And the toe nail they did also broke the next day I give it a star because I have to because if not it would be 0 for meI went back on 07/19/20 and they wanted to charge me again to fix my nails please people do not go to this place all they do is still your money

I enjoyed our time here. Only complaint is long wait time after being seated for pedicures. Had to ask for warmer water twice during our wait..However the pedicures themselves were great. I was happy with the relaxation it provided and the result was great! I recommend it for anyone with tired achy legs/feet.

I wanted my nails longer and their short as all ever than she cut me on top of it got clue all over my fingers and polish and she didn’t clean them up underneath (I fixed them underneath before this picture), after she was done I was so annoyed I just told her I liked them 🤦🏽‍♀️.

The man in the front is not a people person, think his name is Paror e been having attitude for no apparent reason. This will be my last time dealing with him. He needs to learn how to communicate better with all customers to make them happy. A happy customer always comes back.

Best Mani/Pedi I’ve ever had! The prices were a little steep, but it was worth it!

Disappointed. Went for an acrylic set. The man did a gel set without telling me which according the the website should have been 45. I was charged 60. Won’t return.Update: I called to have my nails fixed or at least get the acrylic set done for a reduced price since I was so over charged and the woman wouldn’t let me speak to a manager and said that nothing could be done. My experience yesterday here was terrible. My nails broke and chipped after a week. I came back to let them know and one lady said something in her language and then she started laughing. The lady that did my nails tells me that she will fix them. Then she starts getting loud with me telling me I told you, you need a new set of nails (my nails are less than a month old) she told me this after she finished my nails last time. I witnessed another lady come in and ask about getting her nails done and they acted as if she was a bother to them. The lady asked where the gel polish was and the women rudely told her over there. This salon is unprofessional and rude to customers. Dont waist your time or money here. The owner called me today to apologize about my experience. Unfortunately I have seen enough to not make me want to continue to do business here. I appreciate that she wanted me to come back and let her fix my nails but its a little too late.

I made an appointment on the phone asking for a manicure & pedicure. Was told it was $48 total but once done cost me $95NEVER AGAIN! He didnt do the deluxe pedicure I ask for that was $40 so it cost me $50 & never once did he ask if I wanted to upgrade. I assumed what he was doing was part of the $40 deluxe pedicure. Then she decided to give me a manicure with dip instead of the simply manicure I ask for. Saying Oh this better for you nails & just did it. Never once telling me it was $45 for that manicure. I was not happy & they knew it!! I paid almost double what I was quoted so if you dont want to be taken advantage of because they dont speak English enough to tell you the price difference then I suggest that you dont go to MODELS!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

They did not line pedicure bowls. 3 days later my toes blistered. The culture revealed bacterial staph infection. I am still under doctors care. I will never go there again. This is the only place that I could have gotten this from.

Nancy always makes you feel welcome and goes above and beyond to give you a perfect manicure.

Over charged me for basic stuff, and doesn’t take no for an answer. Also kept telling me to use there atm because the front desk would charge an extra $2 when there atm charged me a fee. They trick you because they don’t put the prices for anything anywhere. It’s just whatever they say that day.

Asked for the $20.00 pedicure, tried to upsell me to the $40.00 one just to scrape your foot and get dead skin off.i said no. She did it anyway and charged me $30.00.vs. $20.00Very scam like. I will not be back. Even though she did a good job.

Today was the second time Nancy did my nails and she does a great job again! I am not giving five stars because they opened up the shop 15 minutes late.... I arrived at 10 minutes of 10 so that I could be the first customer and the shop didn’t open until 1015...None the less I will go back because of Nancy!

Expensive, my eyelashes came off after a week

I came here for an eyebrow wax and instead got a lecture and sales pitch on supplements and vitamins that would cure my psoriasis. I was rudely asked repeatedly if I see a doctor for my psoriasis and that my medicine was clearly not working and I needed to buy her iron vitamin and hers alone would cure my autoimmune disorder. All I left with was a waste of money and time and a horrible botched eyebrow job. She wasn’t kind or friendly or trying to helpful just extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve never felt so pressured to buy “miracle” vitamins- apparently the ones from my doctor aren’t as good as hers.

Ive literally never had such an awful looking pedi. It was very relaxing, so if you dont care how your toes look after, then I recommend. Paint is lumpy, doesnt cover my whole nail in spots and is on my cuticle in others and my toe nails are uneven and not filed properly. It was gel so having them redo would have taken longer than I had time for. Total bummer

Guy was too rough with my feet. The pregnant lady took over and was better. Manicure was that great couldve done better myself

First off the man that did my nails CONSTANTLY coughed in my face WITHOUT his mask on! I asked him not to and to cover his mouth and he nodded his head! A few minutes later he did it again. I only got a simple fill. My mom got a full set with designs and diamonds. Somehow they charged me 55 and my mom 45.... absolutely over priced! Nails are crooked and the guy made me bleed on multiple fingers! I asked him to clean up the edges since he got polish on the sides of my fingers and he told me no it will rub off... never again will I go here ! Even if it’s the last place on earth... beyond disappointed.

I went there today to get my eyebrows done after I grow them up for more than 4 months, and I will never go there again because my eyebrows doesn’t look same ( one shorter and thinner, and other one longer and thicker ). They are not professionals. Don’t go there for eyebrows.

Decided to treat myself and I regretted it. The nail technician I had argued very loudly with a co-worker and I dont mean just a loud conversation, I mean yelling back and forth until she walked out the front door. Made me very uncomfortable and irritated that he kept stopping my manicure to gesture and yell at her. I didnt even bring up the fact that the design on my right hand is unrecognizable. I wanted out and I wont go back.

First time in this area & desperately was in need of a good pedicure. Called to make an appointment & was directed to the back as soon as I told them who I was. I signed a paper for the covid & even got $5 off. From now on every time I visit this location I will make sure to make this a pit stop!!!

I had a great experience while getting a pedicure here. One of the best i ever had. i did upgrade to get the deluxe spa for 10 bucks more but definitely worth it with the soaking of paraffin wax! i was not rushed at all. although it was not busy when i came. I will be coming back!

My daughter (4 year old) and I came in for a pedicure and manicure this morning. We came in at 11:15 and they asked us to come back in 30 min. We walked next door and returned 30 min later. Upon return we politely waited another 10-15 min...they took walk-ins as we sat there. Finally I was seated directly next to another person and my daughter had to sit on my lap as there were four chairs open on the other side of the person they sat us next to.. we sat and waited another 45 minutes.. as they continued to help multiple other people that walked in to the nail salon.. finally at 12:45 I had to tell them we could no longer wait and I did not want their services. Instead of providing good customer service and offering us a discount for some sort of a gift card... they let us walk out. Clearly they did not want to service me. This was the saddest pedicure experience Ive ever had.. I do not recommend going here.

Im new to getting my nails done and my daughter took me to Model Nails and I love them. I go faithfully every few weeks to get my manicures and eyebrows done! Peter the owner is always so friendly and they all do a great job on my nails! Ive tried a few other places in the area but this one is my favorite.

Took granddaughter in to have mani and pedi. Cost 24 and gave 10 tip. And 2 1/2 hours later the polish was coming off

Once again excellent service from time of arrival. Old polish removed by employee, as Peter and Nancy had customers . He was polite and gentle. Then was moved to Nancys chair. Her experience and expertise are rivaled by none. Exactly what and how I wanted. My manicure, fill; PERFECT. Then Miss Maria, what a gem. A pedicure to die for. Whether its the basic or the DELUXE she takes her time catering to your needs and concerns. I ask for EACH of them everytime!!

The staff is very friendly. They will do anything you ask.. they have complimentary drinks and great gel color choices. This is the only nail place I can find where the gel nails last longer then 2-3 weeks! My mom, sister & I always frequent here and they will remember you! Nice staff, nice atmosphere.

Wonderful family business! Been coming to this family for 15 years where ever they had a shop! They always do an amazing job on my nails and toes and eyebrows! Every other place in the area messes my nails up and I have to go have model nails to fix them! I recommend all my family and friends here!!!

Other than Nancy or Maria I would not recommend anyone else I would give 0.5 stars if I had to my pedicure was great, but my manicure was terrible I got gel and everything came off in 2 hours the guy did my manicure like a whole preschool kid and did the kindergarten stickers they can’t even do the butterfly kind even if I go to other salons they will do they way I like it and old gel nail polishes all over not organized will not recommend this unless you get Nancy and maria thanks.🙏🏾

Let me start by saying, I usually go to this salon and had no issues in the past. Went today for a pedicure. The women who did my pedicure was very miserable and not professional at all. When cutting my ingrown toenails, she was not gentle and made me bleed. She was so annoyed when I asked her to scrub my right heal because it was very ruff. Normally, the person doing my pedicure will always scrub my heals, but did not until I asked her. If you don’t like working at a nail salon, then don’t. Very disappointed.

Favorite place to go

My normal nail place was closed for holiday but I needed a gel fill so figured give this place a whirl. First time I went there was a half hour wait and there were two techs working- but I was a walk-in so made sense. So I figured I would try again in a few days and make an appointment. Made an appointment, arrived, and a HALF HOUR later not an word to me and took someone back who didn’t have an appointment. Rude and zero customer service. I’ll break every nail before I go back to this place. Pass!

I used to like going to one specific person here. She does good work and is very detailed however she appears to have an attitude and does not speak much; however who care you are not going there for a friend. My issue is when you have an appointment and they get someone else to butcher your nails. And please do not go there if you are looking for any style that is modern. I like coffin nails and they will pertend that they understand and do what they want. fooled me once...I am NOT returning. WHERE CAN I FIND GOOD SERVICE WHERE THEY UNDERSTAND WHAT I TRULY WANT AND TAKE THE TIME TO ACTUALLY DO IT!

First my nails were messed up before I even left and was told he cant fix. I got charged for gel and spa pedicure. When all I asked for was a full set and a pedi. I never requested gel or the spa. My toe color is no where near my nail color. For the money I spent I am beyond upset. Im pissed! I will never return or would I ever recommend.

The specialist was on FaceTime the entire time. Was rough, hurt my toe, didnt even put top coat on and said she did. Bad paint job to top it all off. Do not recommend this place.

When I went in and asked about a fill in from them doing my full set; i was told it was $5 less than the full set. I waited almost 2 hours and when I sat down the nail tech rushed through mine and my sisters nails, not asking what we wanted as for we were getting acrylics. The nails were short and badly designed, they were also very crooked. I would not go here it Id not worth 80 dollars to get low quality nails.

The experience I had was very bad me and my older sister had to use the restroom and because were sisters we went together, the lady said only 1 person in the bathroom but knowing that she probably wouldn’t care because it’s just my sister we went in! The lady started pulling on the door trying to open it and was banging on the door trying to get it open she didn’t wait at all my sister was using the bathroom and she kept on saying that she was using the bathroom and that she couldn’t open the door!! I held the door closed cause I was scared she was gonna open the door while we were using the bathroom, don’t understand why she was yelling only 1 person in the bathroom what were we gonna steal toilet paper... anyways my sister opened the door said that I was her sister and the lady said I don’t care only 1 person and my sister proceeded to close the door so I can use her bathroom. The way the lady banged on the door and instead of waiting for us to stop using the bathroom she tried to pry the door open!!! What is wrong with her would she like someone to see her using the bathroom. Never go to this nail salon the worse place to go into that’s embarrassing that the lady decided to open the door when 2 girls were in there, she should be embarrassed for her actions grown women acting like a 10 year old. Im writing this from the parking lot so that should tell you how disappointed I am. I came in at 2:00 on a Monday and I was done by 2:30. When I say rush job I mean rush job. Super sloppy acrylic and an even worse polish job. I came in with bad nails from another botched salon and managed to get even worse service.PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

This nail salon was really nice! Came here with my mom for her birthday to get a mani/pedis together! She really loved how this nail salon had all of her favorite colors. The owner was very kind and friendly as well as the staff members. They didnt let any of us leave until we were sure we were completely satisfied.

This place is great. Ive gotten my nails done here about 5 times so far, and will for sure be back. Ive only gotten gel manicures on natural nail, by appointment.Every time Ive come in Ive seen a different technician and theyre all great. Theyre all very kind and take their time. Im very happy with the services here. The place is large so even if they have a lot of customers it doesnt feel stuffy or cramped.The prices arent too bad either - I usually pay anywhere from $30 - $45 for my gel mani and peni and they last a full 2,5 weeks.I would definitely recommend this place!

The service was horrible. My daughter waited for 45 minutes after the lady was supposed to do her nails because she went and worked with somebody who got there after us. Instead of giving me what I requested the nail tech gave something that I did not request because he didn’t how to do the nail style I requested . I would not request this place for anybody.

I found out they did a wonderful job on the interior very clean and relaxing for their clients the technicians youre very friendly and is wonderful shape and Design!

I have not personally received poor customer service, however I was told that the deluxe pedicure was organic and had no chemicals, which after reading the ingredients on the products, I found out was not true. Nu Skin products have tons of chemicals and preservatives, not to mention they use paraffin wax, which is carcinogenic. Will be sticking to bringing my own lotions and polishes in the future.

I got a wax here and was severely burned. I had an embarrassing large painful scab on my face for some time. When I went back in to speak with the manager he laughed at me. I wouldn’t recommend getting any waxing services here as they do not regulate the temperature of their wax well. Be careful if you choose to use this salon.

Sadly i had never given a review in my life cuz i hate judging but i also believe good advice can help for people improving their service.I went with my daugther to get my nails done and since the first moment we step in we felt not welcome at all. There were 2 young ladies, one mature woman and one man. From all of them, the young lady with short hair and the man seemed very nice but the young lady with medium long hair had a really bad attitude all the time we spent there.I had always been told to be polite with others, specially when they are mean cuz we never know if they just had a bad day but this did not work for us in this occasion.I tried to explain them that me and my daugther wanted some French style nails but they did not seem like could understood me. Idk if it was cuz of the language or cuz they just wanted to pretend they had no idea of any English and that way wouldnt have to do what i requested. Anyway, i showed them the pictures of colors and how it should look like, very simple to do (a base color and a thin line at the end). When i say simple is cuz i had done it by my self million times and looks great and delicate.The mean young lady worked my daugther and all what she did was doing the end line but not base color, and the line wasnt even thin. Looked very thick and badly made, not delicate at all.During the process she was not nice at all, bossing my baby like an animal with zero nice treatment. When she was done, she asked my daugther to sit down with her nails under the uv light in order to let them dry but seemed that they completely forgot about her cuz she was sitting there for about 40 minutes.About me, the mature lady worked with me. I wasnt sure if she was deaf or just didnt speak much english or maybe my latin accent confused her. I had a broken nail so she fixed it but ended up looking very, very, very thick so anybody could easily tell it was fake. It just didnt look nice at all. She asked me if i liked it and i answer that i wasnt sure if i did like it. Then she became mad and removed it all after that point she started being rough to me. :(I tried to have a conversation with her to be polite but she ignored all what i said, even when i asked if she could fix some things that i didnt like about her job, but again, i wasnt sure if she couldnt hear me or understand me. All this time they spoke in chinese or Japanese between each other, so i gave up and let her finish her task.The color i picked was good quality and they convinced me to get a gel or something for a better finish. Anyway, my nails got only the base color but not the french line. At that point i didnt want to stay anymore.I was charge 40 dollars for this job (my daughters and mine) which i have no idea if it was a normal price or not but for the experience that i received and the quality of their job, im sorry but Ill never go back there.I didnt need somebody to talk or treat me as a goddess but certainly i expected respect and a nice service, specially cuz i was always super polite and tried to be as nice as possible with them the entire time.If u read my review and you are the manager or simply a new customer looking for advice, please take my opinion not as my way to take revenge or trying to be mean. I believe that this nail salon should work on a better way to make their clients to feel welcome and want to return.

Here it is Tuesday and I got these done Friday NIGHT! 😡 I went up to Model Nail to get them repainted. Their response was oh your nail grow, oh its just your cuticles . We all know nails look like this after a week or two of service...not 4 days!!! I will NEVER suggest their shop.

My mom and my aunt went here on a Friday. They both got mani/pedis and its Saturday and the manis are already chipped to hell. The shrew who did my moms hands and feet: first, cut the cuticle on 2 of my moms fingers, they are now inflamed and sore. Second, gouged and twisted my moms fingers during the massage so strenuously that her hands are still sore. Third, pulled off the cuticle on her big toe the entire length of the nail so it bleed. Fifth, yelled down the phone the first half of the pedicure. Sixth, berated my mom for her dry feet telling her that whatever she was using wasnt good enough and she needed to buy whatever this lady was selling. My aunt got an apprentice who was professional and proficient. But well never go back there again.

This place suck! Me and my friend went in for a mani-pedi. It started fine except it didnt seem super clean. Then while we were almost done our pedicure they get some call and then start rushing around putting new towels down etc. Thennn I was getting my manicure and the guy that was doing them wasnt paying attention to detail at all! I am not picky and could have ignored all of this except while I was sitting under the dryer he comes over and tells me my nails are dry and I can leave. I thought that was rude so I go to pay and my nails that are still wet mess up. So instead of taking the polish off he paints over it which made it clump up. I sat under the dryer for more time. He then tells me yet again they are done. At this point Im really mad. Im a paying customer Id I wasnt to sit under the dryer for 3 hours let me! The place was empty!! While I get in the car the same nail messed up again. I just went home and took all the polish off. I havent been back sense!

Worst told me my nails take 30 mins didnt then bye time i got to work they all started to break 72$ no paint and all broke with in hours so went back next day to get fixed not only rude but guy did nails refused talk to me made me very uncomfortable and still i tried to tip and then he refused my tip not that deserve cause nails still look bad o and he let me know i was wasting his time
