My husband & I are fairly new to the area so we had googled Tracy Nails. We both had pedicures and it was very good! My husbands nails were in dire need of attention as it had been awhile. He says its the best pedicure he has ever had! Mine as well was very good. Highly recommend!

So this was a first, my wife invited me to get a pedicure while she gets her nails done courtesy of you know who, me, so why not, girl did an excellent job but in the midst of it all the owner or owners, im not sure, but they begin to argue loudly following eachother outside, i kinda felt bad but stress was definetly there for a supposive relaxing treatment, i will go back there though, i just wont let the woman owner help me in any way

This salon is up and starting. Very friendly, the interior may not be aesthetically on par, but my last gel manicure that Pamila gave me lasted the longest of any Ive ever had. So if youre looking for a quality gel manicure, they do a great job

Not sanitary at all, no tools are sanitized in-between customers,used the same e-file bits on me that had been used on the person before me, as well as the same nail file. I wont be going back again.

I have always had painfully thin natural nails. Due to the constant problems they cause me, Ive been getting my nails done from various locations between Aberdeen and Lacey, for the past several years.Some nail techs have been understanding and careful with my unique situation while others have recklessly caused severe damage, extreme tearing, and bleeding without even so much as an apology.Tracy Nails is the best place Ive found in the entire Grays Harbor area. Today was my 4th visit and over these visits, my nails have been done by Lee and Thai, both providing outstanding work, understanding to my needs, and excellent service every time. In fact, Lee has even done nail art and French tips in a way that another well known local nail salon told me I couldnt have, for some made-up reason. (Not that she was unable to, but she made it sound like it was somehow my fault that I couldnt have the design that I requested.)The work that they both do in applying the acrylic nails and gel polish is impressive and look completely natural and last me weeks longer, unlike other local salons in comparison.Their prices are also on par with all the other (better) nail salons locally, and surrounding Olympia as well.I highly recommend the new Tracy Nails in Aberdeen! I have been going here for over a year now. When I first moved to the harbor in 2019 I felt stuck on finding a local nail salon that had reasonable prices and awesome quality. The staff here are super friendly and always efficient with their work. I have never been let down by anyone here :)

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!I have had artificial nails for 29 years and this is the first time I have ever had a fungal infection. Ty was the tech, he cut into the sides of my natural nails leaving access for water & germs, I had to soak the nails off after 2 weeks due to the infection. I had to see my DR who prescribed anti fungal medication, I have been made aware this medicine causes damage to the liver and as someone with Leukemia this is a big concern. I had been warned by my hairdresser to avoid this place due to cleanliness issues, I wish I had taken her advice. It should be noted I did try and communicate with Ty but was met with much hostility and threatened with his attorney and told to get out.

Went to Tracy nails for the first time today. It’s one of the only nail salons in Aberdeen and they did a great job today. I can’t remember the name of the woman who did my toes but she was very efficient and very detailed. And my service was inexpensive!The interior leaves something to be desired however that goes for most places in grays harbor. It looked slightly unorganized and there were some fast food cups and fast food bags left on the counter. Some of the flooring around the pedicure bowls was uneven. Looked like the linoleum floors hadn’t been properly secured. Not a huge deal breaker.Overall the experience was good and the service exceptional. I know it’s a newer business and the aesthetics of the interior will improve over time. Will return again

Nathan gave me the best pedicure, my feet were needing some pampering! Lee took extra time to try a new leaf design, it disnt quit work out, but we went qith plan B, and my nails look great!

My first Mani / Pedi in the US since the onset of COVID19 and I was very impressed with the policies and procedures they had in place for clients’ safety, including sanitizing, plastic shields (at both manicure and pedicure stations), employee training, safe distancing, etc. This is a spacious salon and they are limiting services to four clients at a time, for client safety.

I will return, out of convenience.I give this business a 3 because for the mess and uncleanliness Dirt on chairs, everything loaded w dust, empty drink cups everywhere. It appears nothing has been done since they moved in. This is my opinion so please go grab your own experience

I went to Tracey nails today for the frist time the lady who did my nails was nice and did a good job. I will go back, they do need to clean up and decorates its very plan i would love to see it lived up. They do need a child gate in the waiting room area i like that they had music playing so i gave this place 4⭐

Havent been this happy with my nails in a long time. Called to make an appointment (last minute, like a jerk) but they apologized and said they were too busy. Minutes later they called back and had an appointment for me. Even though a walk-in could have filled the spot, it was a busy Saturday. Anyway, I absolutely will never go anywhere else.

The gentleman took his time on doing my nails exactly how I wanted. I showed him a picture and he copied it! Very impressed!!

I would have given them 4 to 5 stars as the work that was done was very good. Down side for myself and 8 of my fellow co workers was that they have a very young child on premises with them, the constant crying, whining, the tugging of the parents arm that is working on my nails and such, just did not make for a relaxing experience. It also took a lot longer to get the nails done due to this happening, was two hours sitting there due to this situation. They are very nice sweet folks but, they really need to be professional business people, acquire child care for their little girl or --work different hours between the two parents or something. To make everyone a bit happier.

On 03/18/2014a gentlemen did my nails I had one broke nail and hot a fill I do not know his name but he did an amazing job. And even picked a nice color. I moved to Hoquiam in Oct 2018 and I could not find a nail pace to do a good job but now I found one and yes I will be back I want yo thank him so much

They didnt ask before they used gel on me and my friend. They got acrylic all over our cuticles and didnt clean it off. It came out to be $40 when I was expecting $25-$30... Nails are flat, not even curled. My friend wanted a dark red but the guy picked a lighter red that he wanted her to use. Her nails ended up not looking good.... not coming back

I went in to get my nails done for a wedding this morning and Ty did my nails. I let him know that I have thin nails and he listened to what I said. He was very social and did a great job with my nails. I will be coming to this place to get my nails done from now on.

I felt as the original poster to this business that I would do an update to my review when this company first moved into the neighborhood my wife went and got a manicure there and they did a superb job. They hadnt done any advertising yet and so we put them on Google Maps and gave him a good review because I really felt this company was going to be amazing I thought this company would help the economy of the city and I was right since then that area has been boosted with traffic for people getting nails and then when they get nails maybe theyre going to go to the Burger King or maybe theyll stop at Walmart and maybe theyll check out a car they are increasing their traffic there because of that nail salon and the reason that happend is because this nail salon offers such wonderful business

The person working on my nails was in a hurry to go smoke and he didn’t cover the whole nails with gel, also didn’t even ask what shape I wanted them or how short . The glue was on my skin more then the nails . And they were put on crooked. Could do better .

Not going back after a week my full set came off. Not happy I paid 35 for them only for a week. Plus my friend that was with me speaks there language n told me they talk bad about others to each other. I will be going somewhere else. I saw Kenny and he did great shape of nails but tore up my cuticles (all not just one) and there is a gap between nails and acrylics and Im concerned there will get water in between. I have been getting my nails done for years and was not impressed with someone who started they have 20 years experience.

Tried this place for the first time. Was not impressed. If you could think of what a salon in someone’s garage looks like, it would be this place. It’s not welcoming at all. There were about 7 open, half drank water bottles everywhere. The service is terrible. Overall terrible experience

Girlfriend went in with her mom to get their nails done for her mothers birthday. The man inside ruahes the job and it was horribly done. Left stuff on the fingers and wouldnt fix it. Said he had another appointment and couldnt necuaee he didnt have time. Very unprofessional and overpriced for the service.

They do a really great job of my nails every time I go, but they are busy so book before hand its totally worth it.

Very friendly! Do a great job! Usually everywhere else I need a fill within a week and my first set from them lasted 3 weeks before I really needed one.

Nails were good the only thing that it was pretty expensive. Got a full set and pedicure and I paid 80$ not including tip. I’ve gone other places and paid less for the same result. Nails techs were very nice but that was the only downfall.

Made an appointment over the phone and when came in he said that it was for a week earlier and said that I never mentioned what day. He called me a liar. Saying that I never said the date that I made the appointments for. Two people that are not coming back to someone who calls you a liar to your face.

The lady didnt do the design my daughter wanted on her nails. Her nails were crooked and not at all what she asked for.

They have kids running around screaming and crying. It is dirty in here, food smeared on the couches and the husband and wife were arguing. My friend and i had appointment at 3:30 together and she had to wait a extra 30 mins. While the lady was working on her, the husband and the lady started arguing, the little child was pulling on the lady while she was working on my friend. Not a good experience and her nails paid the price..

One of the workers made me feel uncomfortable I wont be going back. I was talking on the phone to my mom and one of the workers kept answering me and I clearly had my headphones in and he kept hitting on me.
