I will definitely be going back! I did a mother/daughter day and it was my daughters first time ever getting her nails done. She is shy and also 5 years old and they did amazing with her! We both love our nails!!

Me and 5 other people from our crew showed up today... on Fathers day of all days, four of the group being men, two who had never had a pedi! Well needless to say, Im sure the couple were overwhelmed... but did the best they could to get to everyone. The massage chairs were great and the young lady working was super nice. We had a great time and my toes are good to go! And the two that had never had a pedi... are dang sure gonna have another! Ill definitely go back! They worked their tails off to get to everyone that was there!

I love this place. The staff is always so friendly and courteous, and they do stellar work. They took me in as a walk in today and even though my nails were SO grown out because my work schedule has been crazy, they got me taken care of with NO WAIT and quickly so I could be on my way! Wonderful service, beautiful work.

Id give it negative 5 stars if ot were possible. Went in for pedi. The woman spent more time on the fone than on my feet. Did absolutely nothing for my feet. Had to go to Luxury Nails to get done again.

My friend and I went to this nail place to get our nails done, we had appointment appointment and we walked in on time and the lady said that we didn’t schedule a appointment even though I called and scheduled one. They don’t keep track of their appointments. My friend and I sat there for an hour and a half waiting to be called. Once we got called we sat there for another 2 1/2 hours. While we were getting our nails done they kept excepting walk-ins and sat them down right away. They would jump from person to person even though we were there for a very long time, if you don’t have enough people then don’t except walkins when other people have been there for over two hours. All we wanted was a fill and they did a poor job on the fill because now my nails are already peeling off even though this was only less than a week ago. We showed them the pictures that we wanted, and they did not do what we asked. The design did not turn out good and it was a simple design on both of ours and our nails are thick, lumpy, and are about to break off. I am not happy what I got neither is my friend. Once I left I was very disappointed and I was going to go back in there and get a refund but I decided there was no point because they probably wouldn’t give me one even though they are peeling off. The next day I had to go back to a different place and get my design redone and my gel nail polish cured because it wasn’t even cured all the way. The main disappointment is that me and my friend sat there for four hours, we got there at five and left at 8:40. Also the other main disappointment was when we sat there for that long our nails didn’t come out good at all. You would expect for sitting there that long that they would turn out decent because they would take their time, no that’s not the case, they kept jumping around from person to person. If you just want to get regular nail polish with no acrylic or anything that’s a place for you but if you want anything different I would NOT recommend.

Staff is always friendly and does the best quality work! I usually dont have an appointment and there is rarely a wait longer than a couple minutes. Their prices are also reasonable compared to other local nail salons. Only nail salon I will go to here in Aberdeen!!

She got halfway through my nails and then told me she couldn’t finish because she didn’t know how. I asked her why she didn’t tell me she couldn’t because I would have just picked a different design had she told me. She said she had never actually said she could do it. I told her i wasn’t okay with it half done and she started yelling at my freind and I to get out. I messaged the nail artist on Facebook and was told they had new owners and the nail artist quit because these new owners were really bad.

They are amazing and friendly my nails look amazing everytime i get them done . Thanks

Today was my first visit to Pro Nails. Im from Miller,SD and have been unhappy with my former nail salon in Huron. I called a few days ago to make an appointment at Pro Nails since Id be in Aberdeen anyway... I had a dentist appointment in town that was finished far earlier than expected, so I was over an hour early to my nail appointment. They took me immediately and by far my nails look better than they ever have.5 stars, for sure... Ive found my new nail salon. Thank you, Pro Nails!

My friend and I went here to try a new place out and we will never go back! Both of our nails were completely botched. I asked for a coffin shape and received wide frumpy nails that were super thick. The gel top coat did not coat my entire nail and I pointed this out to her and she blamed me for it not covering the full nail and than proceeded to grab my hand to fix it but after I left I seen that she did not fix it at all and proceeded to speak to the other worker in a very angry tone I was unable to understand what they were taking about. I also said my nails were uneven and she also argued with me on that and grabbed my hand to try and fix it which she also failed at. After I left I called them to complain and she offered to have me come back and fix them I said I didn’t have time anymore that day as we spent quite a bit of time there already. When I returned the next day I told her I didn’t want her working on my nails anymore and I would like a refund so I can go elsewhere to fix them. She argued with me and finally said fine I’ll refund it but than grabbed my hands and clipped my fake nails off so short that she almost broke skin. And did this without permission. I than went to a different salon immediately after to get them fixed which was extremely hard due to he clipping them the way she did when we left, she did the same thing to my friend before we left. I will NEVER return to this salon nor will I recommend it ever! Worst customer service experience ever, made me feel like everything was my fault.

Fantastic service, one of the few places that doesnt feel like youre constantly pressured into spending more. I took my daughter with, shes 4, and the tech was great with her. Just wish I had remembered to ask for a design as it was such a nice pedicure with clean careful edges.

Really disappointed. Poor quality. I paid $44 for this.. Cant believe it.

I have been going to ProNails for over 5 years and they amaze me with their talent and professionalism! I just left my lady at ProNails and my nails look great! Better then great! It got a little busy when I was in there and as my nails were drying, she helped another lady. Taking care of their customers as always!! I look forward to coming back!!!!

My friend and I had an awful experience. The water in both of our pedicure tubs was lukewarm at best. We hardly were able to soak our feet anyway. They did a rush job on both of us. Didnt have a working UV light and just put a desk fan on our feet. The massage chairs are incredibly weak. Both of us had chipping polish within the day! In the light, my color is super uneven and you can easily tell it needed another coat. They charge more than anyone else Ive seen in the area. I honestly dont have one redeeming thing to say about our experience. I will never go back.

Called and schedule an appointment arrived on time and sat for 45 minutes and then was given a rushed manicure in less than 20 minutes. Was charged more than quoted on the phone. Only 2 people were working and they kept taking appointments saying come in 30 minutes but were clearly way behind that. Did not use clean/New tools and reused bowls of acetate to remove gel manicure of ladybsitting next to me who also had an appointment by ended up waiting 45 minutes as well. Will not ever go back. Their competitor across the street is so much better. Am worried about the damage done to my nails.

This is LITERALLY the worst nail salon Ive ever been too! They dont even deserve 1 star... I tried to go there today, I made an appointment and they had me and my friend waiting for 45 full minutes after my appointment time to even start my nails. They fixed 1 of my friends broken nails by dremeling over the superglue she had done herself to do a temporary fix and painting over it!! I proceeded to tell them I had to be at work at 3:30 and needed to be done by then, and they told me I would have to come back later! Then, after all theyd done was start soaking my nails in acetone to remove the nails I had on, they attempted to charge me for doing nothing! DONT EVER GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!

I wouldnt even give this place one star but I wasnt able to review if I didnt click on the stars. I paid over 70.00 for them to soak and scrap my heels ( pedi) and a mani. With 5 fake tips on my nails only to have 3 break in 3 days. I will never go back to this place Im sitting here with broken nails.
