I read a few very negative reviews of this business, and I must admit Im surprised by them. Ive only been to Blacks once (so far), and the individual who worked with me was very courteous and professional. In fact, they stayed 15 minutes past closing time so that I could pick up my truck that night. The alignment is spot on, and their work on my springs has my truck riding as it should. Ill certainly use them again in the future, and I fully recommend their services.

I had a minor accident with my motorhome. The tires were damaged and were replace. That shop could not check my alignment. Blacks check my alignment and it was fine. There was no charge. Friendly, fast, and educated me on tires. Thank you.

These guys do a great job here for a reasonable price dont bother looking for another place for your heavy truck youll be sorry if you do unless you like going back for the same repairs

Contacted the company, even though they are an alignment co they wont take care of your vehicle unless it is a ford truck. Sry chevys need work to! If they ONLY take care of ford then that shows me they arent qualified to maintain a vehicle. Shouldnt matter if its ford, chevy, etc. If you can do an alignments, all vehicles are the same so the alignments arent any different. Be weary about this business.

Hands down the best place to get service when it comes to leaf springs. The professionalism from customer service was excellent. The job was completed in a timely manner and pricing was very reasonable.Highly recommend this place!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. These guys are wonderful. We had an RV leaf spring issue while en route to Canton, OH. Found these guys and so very thankful that we did. They fixed us up. Future issues with suspension, we will talk them first!

The absolute worst establishment I have ever done business with. My husband takes his truck in for a lift kit to be put on. He was quoted a price with alignment and after it taking over 3 hours, cost was over $100 more than quoted. No front end alignment performed and he didnt even get out of their lot when he starts his truck up all the dash lights come on, the ABS lights ...he immediately re-parks the truck, didnt even get off the lot and tells them and then begin to deny they did anything. He thinks maybe its the speed sensors on the tire so Tom orders what was supposed to be one and we pick up following week and wrong part. We get tired of them trying to make it right and take it to Toyota dealership where we find out they damaged the speed sensors and all the cables running to it, it will cost over 630.00 to fix. I call Tom and he said hes not paying nothing. They didnt do anything and hes gonna sit right in his chair and do nothing. He tells me you do what you gotta do cuz we got lawyers . What kind of business is this ??? Things happen, I get that but you clearly caused damage to the truck and are refusing to accept responsibility ... I have never seen anyone conduct business in this manner. STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!Were filing small claims against them this is absolutely ridiculous...If there was a way to give negative stars I certainly would

Good experience here had my freightliner alignment done here and and my Peterbilt alignment done there twice and they both rode very good afterwards will continue to go back in the future

From the moment I arrived to purchase custom U-Bolts I felt like an inconvience to the man sitting in his office. After I sat in the waiting room he finally shouted from his chair, can I help you . So I politely asked for a specific kind of U-bolt then he informs me he has never heard of this particular size in his life, and is unable to make them. After further conversation on the phone with the trailer shop he decides somehow his machines are capable of making the standard size U-bolt... (I should have known right there he just didnt want to make the bolts). When he arrives back from the shop he shows me square U-bolts instead of round, as I tell him that they were the wrong ones he snarls up his nose,rolls his eyes and begins walking back to the shop to fix his mistake. I took it upon myself to tell him he will not need to fix his mistake because he just lost my current business aswellas all of the rest in the future... unprofesionality at its finest.

I use them several times a year, not the cheapest but seems to always be right. They dont seem to make stuff up like others in the area.
