I usually love going here to get my nails done. I take my mom and friends every time. I called ahead & made an appointment to get a fresh full set & when jen took my old set off. I asked to please cut my cuticles because she didn’t last time & she said no I have no time? She over booked her self. I didn’t ask to be scheduled with her. I usually see who ever is available but to my understanding that should be included to cut the cuticles, it takes 1 minute. Any ways I said I don’t want my nails done than if I can’t get my cuticles cut & she said okay & immediately called her next appointment to sit there. She had about 3 others waiting for her. I usually love going there but it was very unprofessional & upsetting. I won’t be going back now. I feel if they didn’t over book them selfs to make an extra $ they would make more by being efficient & taking their time, than rushing to get people in & out. Oh and I was 3 minutes late.

Q Nails in Yuma is awesome! The staff is very friendly and professional. They do a great job in their services and their prices are very competitive too. I recommend Q Nails in Yuma. It’s a great place to exit the freeway, get your pedi or mani and getting pampered before you get back on the road or while you are in town.

Q nails is a great place🤗 I get same day appointment when I call,I love it🥰 any other place I call they are usually booked out for a week or 2 for lash extensions...I will continue to come here..Kathy did a fantastic job on my lashes,I absolutely love them💜💜 thank you so much Kathy...

Got one of the most amazing pedicures ever here. Tried a few others but the others simply dont compare. While they accept walk-ins, I suggest making an appointment.

Turned me away with and hour an half left of the day because they are all going home. Even though there are 4 people getting work done.

Would not recommend. Nathan is rude every time regardless of how much he is tipped (which is a significant amount). The owner is not much better. My mom made an appointment and was told they dont have time to do a service even though she had an appointment. Shes gone in several times to give them another chance assuming it was just a bad day. Quality of nails has also gotten worse the longer theyve been open.

My nails were all jacked up coming in to the 💅 shop . I left with a new gel nail set toes pedicure the price was right also. I forgot my techs name but he was a guy very nice and gentle

Nathan is a great nail tech and hasnt been doing it for that long so kudos to him and all his clients. He pays attention to detail, appreciate that.

My shellac polish starting chipping off on 3 nails 2 days after I got them done. I went in there to see if they would put another coat on to further prevent anymore chipping and the lady up front kept examining my nails and acting like I’ve had the polish on for weeks and was trying to get a free nail job. She then acted like I was inconveniencing her to have them fix a poor nail job. Won’t be coming back.

They are so nice and 100% amazing at giving you what you want to the best of their ability and I absolutely love my nails. Skeletons are my fav and they did an amazing job from making sure my polish had enough coats it wasnt streaky, my edges are sharp, they didnt take off too much length, they didnt make them too thick, and they arent lumpy... And the best part was I never had to say a word the nail tech was just that good! I have an acrylic overlay on my nails and they didnt file into my real nails at all which makes me extremely happy. They are fun and lighthearted and all around it was a great experience and Ive found my go to salon! Thank you guys!

I enjoyed this nail spa. I’m new to Yuma Arizona I needed a good spot to go to. A young lady recommend this place and sure enough they definitely took care of me. I appreciate them practicing social distancing. They are a little pricey. I was pleased with table number 5. I think his name was Wii none the less I plan on going back to table 5. Thank you.

My wife had her mani and pedi done here first time. We came here because of the reviews. We see why they are 4.5. Everything was perfect and done professionally. Place was clean and sanitized. When we are back in Yuma we will be back.

I had a very good service with a man/pedi. Johnathan did my pedicure and did a nice job. The water was a little cold. Nathan did my gel manicure and did a nice job as well. The only reason its not a 5 star is because I had to go back the next day to get a little burr off my finger nail that was not discovered until I left. The salon is Covid friendly and clean.

I came to visit the area fromSouthern Oregon and I was truly blown away on the BEST way. The owner Jen and all the staff were so friendly! Nathan did my acrylics and my pedicure and he was meticulous and kind and had great suggestions and the prices were great too. I absolutely loved my experience! I recommend them 100%!!

They gave me french tips and they did an amazing job they put my nails at the same level and the last salon did not, the workers were so amazing until I accidentally went into the waxing room because I was trying to find the bathroom, overall, very recommended place!

I was so excited to try this place out! My coworkers just started going and was so happy with their experience. But when I went with them I was completely disappointed. I kept going with my friends but every time I would go in there I would walk out disappointed. I’ve made appointments and still sit and wait for forty minutes before starting. And I also would ask for them to do something simple like clean up one nail and I would get rude comments back and they would not be very nice about it. I just went last night with my friend and we both had horrible experiences. My nails have never looked so bad right after getting them done. They didn’t put enough dip on them so instead of being dark you can see through them and then he continued to file them down to the point of it being blotchy. I am extremely unhappy EVERY time I go in there. I was hoping it was just because they were busy and tired and the next time I go they would do better, but that never happened. And now that my friend also had a bad experience, we both won’t be back. Last night was probably the worst experience out of all the bad experiences I had with them and I will not waste anymore money giving them a “second” chances.

I had been coming to this salon since they had been open for 3 days. I was so impressed at first with their excellent customer service, great prices and good work. I work next door at a medical facility and referred anywhere from 50-100 people to their salon because the patients would see and compliment me on my nails. The last time I went in the nail artist who I really liked before this day sat there and complained the whole time he was doing my nails like it was so much work even though thats what Im paying for... to get my nails done. Then I wanted to do something different and get some bling on my nails. Which, by the way, I paid extra for of course which I didnt mind. But the owner came up to the artist and was talking angrily in their language in front of me and made a comment that the box of gems cost $500 and she was mad that I wanted 3 different color gems (WHICH I PAID FOR!!!!!!!!). So basically she spent $500 on a box of fake gems and instead of encouraging me to use them and pay extra she had an attitude that I wanted to spend my money on extra nail art and would rather not use them. I felt so embarrassed and disrespected so unfortunately I will no longer be giving them my business or referring anyone there anymore. I dont know what kind of business would not want people to spend their money there and be a loyal customer for years...

I walked in this morning to get a gel mani and regular pedi. They were busy and they had just opened for business maybe 30 minutes prior to my arrival. I was advised to schedule an appointment next time. I didnt have to wait very long as a walk in and they did a very good job.

I am from out of town, and just decided to try coming to a new salon.I am so glad I did, Nathan was absolutely amazing !! He continued to make sure I was happy with them and they came out totally amazing.

I made an appointment yesterday for full set, pedicure and wax at 10am. it was 10:10 and they make u wait outside and I have to wait even longer. I suffer from seizures and I told them, but they just told me (10more minutes). Customer service is horrible. And they started on a walk in before me. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

The first time I came in I left thinking they did a great job and was satisfied but as I became a usual I started having issues with their work. The dip cracked within the first week as well as any gel and they never cleaned my cuticles when I got a mani + pedi. If I asked for them to fix a mistake they would charge more. The attitude of certain staff members is terrible.

Awesome experience! I picked a random design from Pinterest and they were able to do it on my toes. You have to try the Volcano Spa Pedicure, it is totally relaxing (quoting my wife here). Second time here and they still remembered my name. Friendliest staff in town.

As a momma its not very often you get time to pamper yourself, so when the time arises you have to run with it. I was in desperate need of a fill and had noone available to watch my 1 yr old. So I figured Id go in real quick, get my fill and be on my way out. Well as we all know littles dont like to just sit and chill. The technicians were so nice and humble, Attempting to make him laugh and keep him occupied. They assisted in any way possible. My nails did not come out the greatest, but I cannot ding them on that. I did have a kid moving and crying. I felt horrible that I even attempted to take him in with me, but the staff was soooo professional and I was beyond grateful. Also, Id like to take this time to apologize to anyone in the store at the time. I know pamper time is crucial and having a crying tot is not what you had in mind for peace and quiet.

The lovely lady that normally does my nails moved away, so I figured Id try someplace new. Huge mistake!My nails are lumpy from bad gel polish application. Now I have to go someplace else to get them fixed.Dont bring in anything for nail art or ask for something fun. If you dare to, get ready for a horrible, condescending attitude along with purposely wrong information. Along with a sloppy rushed polish application.I was happy there was a closer nail salon. Too bad its a miserable place.

So I went there to get my eye brows cleaned up because it was next to the sports clips told lady to only clean them up as I am a man she decided to arch them and now I look like a girl cant wait to go to work and listen to all the guys give me a hard time fml. My gal just cant get the acrylic up to the cuticle and along the sides. The sanding job is very lumpy which is noticeable with polish on and they want to up sell you to gel polish for $10 and $5 to remove before your fill. Not going back.
