The beautiful lady at the front desk made this a fantastic experience. She was very professional and accomodating to your needs, she made the whole experience a pleasant experience. Yes the dental staff was awesome, as well. I would recommend this dentistry to take care of all your dental needs

I love going to The Yuma Dentist! The staff there is very nice. My kids arent scared to go there. It was their second time and there were no tears at all. And theyre 4 and 2. I got my cleaning done the same day my kids went and the dentist is very gentle. Usually with other dentists it hurts but with this one you dont feel a thing! I absolutely recommend!

Our first time to The Yuma Dentist. Was very pleased that they called me back at the time of my appointment. Even suggested my wife move her appointment up 40 minutes since we had previously completed the registration paperwork on-line. Reception staff were very friendly and professional. After x-rays Dr. Lee reviewed them and asked if I had any issues, being none he did a very nice cleaning advising all looked good, see you in 6 months. A very pleasant experience.

We are new to this area and noticed a sign that intrigued us to check them out. We came in and the lady working the front desk was so wonderful. She looked up all the info we needed and helped us make our appointment. They had openings that were so convenient to our schedule and when we came in for our appointment we were seen right on time! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The office is very clean and modern and a great overall atmosphere. We actually enjoyed being at the dentist for once! I would recommend this dentist to anyone of all ages.

The entire staff at The Yuma Dentist is amazing. I started having panic attacks at the dentist last year and when I started having another one at my most recent visit, the doctor and dental assistant took the time to ‘talk’ me down.

My appointment was right on time the young lady that cleaned my teeth was very personable friendly the new dentist that I got to see he was also friendly the office personnel were helpful scheduled new appointments also very nice people they have a clean waiting room and Continue to take precautions for the pandemic virus that is still running loose which I appreciated wearing my mask was OK with me thank you much

My husband needed a Dentist right away. Googled for Dentist in my area and we chose Yuma Dentist. He had a severe infection and was put on antibiotics right away. He will be returning for more detailed work .From the staff to the Doctor, everyone was very kind.

This dental office is awesome! Literally everyone from the moment we walked in. They were all kind & attentive & the doctor was amazingly efficient. The dentist is normally one of my top 3 least favorite places to be, but they made it a pleasant experience. I will definitely be coming back for all of my family’s dental needs.

I had a great experience here and would recommend! I went in and got a cleaning initially, the hygienist was friendly and did a great job. Following my cleaning I had some xrays and found I needed a crown. From start to finish this process went smoothly. I love my new smooth tooth! Update.. went back to this dentist to have another cleaning and was happy again with the procedure and staff. I will be returning for future needs.

Today was our first time in. I have only lived here for about 8 months and I am very picky on who my daughter sees as a specialist especially if the staff is unfriendly. However that is not the case here, the front staff was very quick at getting us in and everyone was super friendly on the phone when I made the appointment and even in person as I was waiting for my daughter to get her teeth looked at. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is still looking around for a great Dentistry!

Overall, cant recommendI went here three years ago and had several emergency fillings. To their credit, they got me in quickly. They performed the work quickly, which I appreciated at the time.However, two years later, I was getting sensations in the area of two fillings and went to another dentist in Grand Junction (where I spend the summers.) Two of the fillings had fallen out, the remainder of which were pronounced, Not very good.Think this must have something to do with the slap-dash nature of the work - yes I appreciate speed, but I like to know the work was done right and isnt going to require a redo.

We have relocated and call Yuma home now. Found Yuma Dentst through our insurance. Very friendly staff. Never felt rushed a very relaxing experience.

This was my first visit to Dr. Hulme. I had an appointment to replace an old crown. The staff, especially the technician doing the prep work for my crown, were professional, highly skilled and very friendly. I was comfortable and felt safe in this office. Dr. Hulme was exceptional. I will be returning for future dental work. I highly recommend Dr. Hulme.

I had a lot of work by Dr. Ella. She is great. I would recommend this dentist to everyone I know. Lisa at the front desk is knowledgeable about insurances and she helped out the dentist too. After my first long appointment I thought I would need a week to recover but I came back the next day to finish up. That is how gentle this place is.

Had an 8:30 AM appointment for a semi annual check up with Dr Hulme. All staff were friendly and the Dr was great. I highly recomend this practice.

Love this place. Lisa is great at front. Girls in back are fantastic. I have been to Mexico because it is cheaper but you cant beat the quality that they do here and their personality is always upbeat.

I had a cleaning last week (wonderful hygienist Ms Payne) and was pleasantly surprised by what a great job she was able to accomplish removing staining etc. Lisa, at the front desk, was warm, friendly and easy to talk to. Today I went back for four fillings and was feeling pretty anxious (not a fan of getting dental work done) however the Dentist was wonderful and put me at ease, he did great work even going the extra mile to help with a tooth that was crossing over another to make it appear straighter. I smiled walking out for the first time in years without trying to hide my teeth. Thank you to the whole staff for making this my first pleasurable dental visits that I have ever had.

They are great. I had an emergency and they got me in right away. I had to have some teeth pulled Michelle explained everything. Then I went to the Foothills for cleaning and they said they needed to deep cleaning and Nicole explained what was happening. Both places are great and would highly recommend

The Staff and Doctor were great, very friendly and professional! Tracy (in the front) was very helpful helping me with my insurance information and after my daughters appointment she sat with me to explain what part insurance covers and doesnt, I like the way they tell you up front what out of pocket expenses you will have. The entire office makes you feel comfortable! It was nice to show up to an appointment and not have to wait, we were in and out quickly.

After having appointments scheduled for 6 months and receiving a reminder text notification less than 2 hours before my scheduled time, only to arrive to my appointment to be told they cancelled it for not confirming has given me a a case of whiplash. Not only is this frustrating and a waste of my time, but confusing since they are texting me different information. I didn’t confirm my last appointment in October and they didn’t cancel my appointment I am guessing that they just wanted to end their day early. If you are going to cancel my appointment for not confirming that should be made clear when making appointment and you should be consistent with this requirement..... also, what happened to cancelling your own appointment if you did not intent on making it anyway??? Unprofessional and poor customers service. The receptionist at the front desk didn’t even have the courtesy to look up at me to tell me she cancelled my appointment. Just a brief glance and looked back down to her computer screen to tell me she had cancelled it. Good thing Yuma has plenty other dentist to choose from!

I have had some bad dentists in the past but these guys made me feel at ease. I saw a new dentist Dr. Ella and she is the best. She takes time to explain everything. The staff is very knowledgeable on insurance and helps me with co pays.

The staff is amazing. I had a truly pain free experience and I had a root canal done. As a result of having such a pleasant time I am no longer experiencing the anxiety that one has when its time for your dental health. I am actually looking forward to my follow up appointment. I love that they have Saturday hours. This is so much more convent with my work schedule. I dont have to miss work to take care of my dental needs.

The staff was extremely accommodating squeezing me in on an emergency visit. Everyone was professional and pleasant to deal with. Im always apprehensive going to the dentist, but I had two teeth pulled with only local anesthetic with no pain. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this dental clinic and their staff.

I have been meaning to find a dentist since moving to Yuma 2 years ago. I had put it off and had tried Mexico. This past week I had extreme pain in my lower jaw. I knew I needed to find a dentist quickly. I have driven past The Yuma Dentists office in the Foothills many times, I have received advertisements in the mail and saw an ad for them in a medical magazine at my doctors office. I was going by there so I decided to stop in and see when they could see me. To my amazement they saw me within a half hour!! I had x-rays taken and was diagnosed with an infection that would require a root canal. The dentist, Dr Franklin Hulme, prescribed antibiotics and scheduled the procedure to be done in 2 days. I had the procedure done in about an hour with NO pain. My experience with The Yuma Dentist was the MOST positive one could expect. They are ALL very professional, everything was explained, the office is very clean, the dentist explained every step he was taking, they worked as a team!! I am one HAPPY customer, I have found MY dentist!! I was in a lot of pain. It meant a lot to me for them to be so caring and prompt in getting me in to get my problem resolved. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for excellent customer service!!

What a great facility! I sure wasted all that stressing out I was doing because this is the most friendly, efficient and knowledgable Dentists office I have EVER been to in the last 50 years or so. From the welcoming phone call from the Dentist himself the day before, to the smooth way my Patient account set up was handled by Lisa, and the professional way the rest of the staff interacted with me, I wish I could give it 10 Stars. Ive found my perfect Dentist, at last.

Very deceptive means of getting clients to rate 5 stars. You get a $10 Starbucks gift card AFTER you post a review of their services. Notice the numbers of 5 star reviews. That’s always suspect. The dentist had a curt & bad bedside manner. The dental assistant was trained to up sell her services, fluoride treatments & such. She’s very good at it too.Bribing for a good review is dishonest. If you’re one of those people who fell for it........ Really? For 2 cups of coffee?

I had to get a tooth pulled. I chose to be sedated. But could not use gas. However with just the pill sedation I felt no pain. Easiest experience ever. This is my dental office from now on!!!

I am TERRIFIED of pretty much all dentists....except for this one. I have visited many dentists in Yuma, but always back out when it is time for tooth extractions! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed by Lisa who chatted with me once I let her know of my fear of dentists. Martha made sure I was comfortable in the dentist while I waited a short time for Dr. Hulme. He was fantastic! He was professional, knowledgable and had sympathy and understanding of my strong reluctance to needles.On the day the extractions were scheduled, I was nervous and scared and almost bolted out of the door to the office. Dr. Hulme ensured that he administered proper sedation to calm me down as well as ensuring I was comfortable during the extractions. I didnt remember a thing, but I knew I wouldnt have to forget the pain, because there wasnt any! I had 12 (yes 12!!) extractions and the procedure went off without a hitch. I have visited the office for follow up visits and the reason I know so many personal names at this office, is because they were so customer service oriented and have GREAT personalities! All follow up visits have been the same - encouraging and professional.Believe me if I can enter the doors of this dentist office past the initial consultation so can you! I highly recommend this dentist and his staff!

Went to Foothills Yuma Dentist for the first time yesterday, Xrays and Exam were fine, nothing out of the ordinary. After the exam, they wanted to upsell of course. $1150 worth of deep cleaning. I declined the extra services and then had the cleaning. It was not a cleaning, they swiftly put the polish on my teeth, but did not polish, then rinsed it off. Another assistant came in and said his insurance will pay for the fluoride so put that on. They swiftly wiped that on and said I was finished. They did not even attempt a cleaning of any sort.

Very friendly on the phone and in person. Lisa and Nicole are great. Very pleasant dental office.

Had a friendly walk trough the phone by Evelyn, when i got there Lisa walked me trough the whole insurance layout and scheduled me with the best turnout of my situation, Rhonda and Evelyn again helped me get my X-rays and gave me an explanation on my situation, and Dr Hulme eas very polite ase evryone else, and went right to the point with no runaround on my current dental needs. Great people.

Never again will I recommend or go there. My wife made an appointment for a root canal. All that was done was x ray of the tooth and was told to see a specialist they didnt even clean her teeth or take xrays of the rest of her mouth.what a wast if time and money.
