I had a rental car from Enterprise when my own car was in the body shop for repairs needed from a fender-bender. They were prompt when picking me up. The return was just as easy. The car they provided was very clean. Their employees were very efficient and friendly. I am a satisfied customer.

They were great. They worked with my insurance company to give me a car to use (25$ a day isn’t much car but that’s the insurance co. fault) until my car was repaired which took awhile, about 3+ weeks. I had a flat with the first car and had to return to Enterprise where they just gave a different car. No fuss, no blame. When the time came to return the car I wasn’t sure how to do that and pick up my own car without bringing along another driver but, amazingly enough the repair place works with Enterprise and I could leave the rental with them -Gerber.

Staff were friendly and got me what we needed. Check in was very fast and explained everything in detail. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. Will definitely rent again unless I get a bigger vehicle. Recommend enterprise!!!!

Staff was friendly and answered all my questions about the rental and coverages. I used my insurance and got theirs too (keeping everyone safe properly). I would have rented it one day more so as to not drive back from my location immediately but switching to a weekend rate after hours increased cost. It would be nice to have a timed drop box so after hours parking was more secured and accountability maintained in being documented by actual drop off time rather than when staff arrives. You may not read the fine print but you can use a debit card to rent, but you must have the other proofs they require plus a $200 refundable deposit, read your reservation. Overall, enterprise has always been a great company, that I do business with. 5 stars for everything...during one of the most hardest times in our family, Enterprise made sure I got there!!

I booked my reservation online, and then get a call a couple of hours later saying they don’t have any cars. Maybe update your system or assist me in finding another enterprise near by to fulfill the order that was confirmed through your website. I reserved a car to use 5 days from jul 28th to july 2nd, i reserved 2 weeks before the use date, i get there the 28th to be informed that since i was a resident of mexico, eventhough im a US citizen with a valid drivers license and since i didnt have a residence or proof showing that i lived in the usa i couldnt rent a car. i had to go to HERTZ to rent a car that same day and did it without a problem, i talked to a friend of mine that works at Enterprise and why they wouldnt rent me a car and he told me that should never be a reason to not rent a car, he used to work at the san diego location where people from mexico would rent cars everyday and never had a problem he told me that they probably overbooked their cars and preferred to give rent it to someone else. will never come to this company again when renting a car. horrible first time experience.

I called to rent a car the guy who answered the phone was so rude on 6/24/21 he even hung the phone up on me and I was nothing but nice to him. I rather pay the extra money at the airport then to deal with this location!!!! what ever happened to customer service!!! My insurance company pre set up a car when I dropped off my car fir repairs. They didn’t have a car available but took me home and would have one by 5 pm. No call back and didn’t call or pick me up the next day. I finally got ahold of them and they would pick me up the following morning at 9 am. It’s 9:40 and no show or call. It’s now 11 am and no show. This company sucks. I called and the guy I talked to yesterday didn’t put me on the pick up list. Rent a car from a better company.

Rent here a ton ever since we moved 1 yr ago.... Policy is always changing every time I rent.. its confusing. Most of the people are nice. I wish they would store info instead of asking for something different every single time. And being a frequent renter STOP changing policy every single time I rent. And why are some people charged $50 a deposit and others like me Charged $200 deposit?? I know this because I heard them tell someone before they even checked them in that they deposit would be $50..

Location is Great, the last rental I don’t even like that I have to question? Missing hub cap passenger carpet had huge cut as been used or searched through . Other then the bucket that paid mucho money to rent . Place is great customer service great keep it friendly staff . If you cut us the customer off like you don’t care we feel a bit not taken care of .

This location went so far above and beyond, its hard to fit it all.They went out of their way to get me un-stuck and back home to Phoenix to see my first child in the NICU.I cant say enough about the incredible customer service they offered in getting me a car. I do not recommend this place. The wait is long, the driver for the pickup service drives crazy and nowhere on their website does it state that their is a $50 deposit. They even charge it when their is another party paying for the rental.

Extremely shocked on how Mike treated my mother and myself. I asked nicely if he can explain to me the agreement so I can thoroughly explain it to my mom and he stated I am not the one who signed the agreement so he didn’t have to explain anything to me and hung up. We then asked to speak to a manager and he stated their is no manager. Thank you Angelica G. for helping my mother out with her situation.

Best rates in Yuma over all other rental companys. Seems to be inconsistent trading on policy and procedures. No credit card needed to rent a vehicle. They do require a debit card and electric bill to verify address.

The staff was extremely friendly. The only reason for 3 stars and not more is that we really wanted to drop off at night and get on the road home but the enterprise website said that none of the Yuma locations take night drops, but this location DOES take night drops.

I recently had an automobile accident and my insurance was able to rent me a vehicle for the 10 days I was going to be with out a vehicle. Enterprise was excellent in customer service. By the time I got to the rental office my insurance had already spoken with them, so they had my vehicle ready, and a top of the line vehicle. The whole process only took less than 15 minutes, and I was driving out their lot in a great, and very clean Nissan Rogue. I loved that vehicle, so sad when I had to return it. Enterprise employees where amazing and helpful. THANK YOU SOOO VERY MUCH!!!!

At first it nice and amazing last year but this year it was horrible 😠 we were planning a road trip to California and we went here to rent a car but it took us like 3 bours. 3 HOURS WASTED FOR NOTHING. So the lady who makes the payment for the car said that our card was declined and we went to an ATM near by to put almost $1,300 on the card and went back to rent the car but she said it was still declined and we called the card company and asked them whats wrong with the card and they said nothing is wrong it looks like the card is totally fine. I probably recommend calling them before renting a car

We rented a van this time around from enterprise on 4th Ave. It was clean and surprisingly good on gas. The process when picking up the vehicle was very smooth,but bringing it back was a little bit more frustrating. It was very hot at 9am, and there was a very long line, and everyone is made to wait outside(they do have a pop up shade thing but its small...so not very many ppl fit under it, with the social distancing)so ppl get frustrated when they are hot and waiting with what seemed like one person working on a Saturday. After waiting in this long line to return a car for over 30 minutes an employee comes out and says” if u are dropping off a vehicle you can just put the keys in the drop box”.....REALLY! The drop box said it was an after hours return and since they were clearly open we didnt think it would get checked and we would be credited for the correct return time. So we were hot and frustrated since we waited over 30 min for something that had we known about would have made the return MUCH easier.Next time, we will ASK when picking up the vehicle if we can just drop the keys in the after hours return!

I drove all over town trying to find the ONLY Enterprise that was open. When I made a reservation, the operator failed to tell me there was only 1 location open in Yuma. When I picked car up, the agent on duty, Michael Santos, was rude & unprofessional. When I complained about the operator, Michael threatened to cancel my reservation. Branch Mgr Adriana Lopez was very professional, apologizing for Michaels behavior & promised a better experience next time.

I had issues with the car starting everything went black and would not start. I tried to get a hold of the 1800 number to find out issues took a while to get a hold of someone. Then I took the car back dropped the keys in drop box I was told to wait outside in over 100 degree weather so I dropped the keys in drop box. I call the 4th ave branch in yuma az to tell them the issue I had with the car and I told them have it checked out so this does not happen to anyone else did not seem to care because no dash lights were on to show it had any problems. I was upset since the car would not start.

Me and my girlfriend rented out a Hyundai compact to take to a one day trip. The car was fantastic and had no issues.That being said when we returned the car we locked the doors and returned the keys at around 2amI get a call the following day that the Air Compressor kit is missing from the trunk 😑We saw the air compressor kit they were talking about but didnt touch it or move it from its place.We would not take anything because they would obviously charge it out of my deposit which is exactly what they did!So no we didnt steal the kit and if we did that would be incredibly stupid. Might as well buy one if we did.So Im out 40$ and I feel like a criminal... Nice.Im pretty sure someone broke into the car and stole the kit when we turned in the car. Next time I rent a car from these guys they can keep all the extra bull*** accessories and Im taking pictures of the car so no issues arise 😑 I even paid for the stupid insurance too! Of course the employees dont give a sh** which was the general attitude of the service the entire time I dealt with them.. Not cool

Overall my rental experience was fantastic, staff were helpful and car rental was effortless. I ended up needing to extend my rental for 4 additional days and the Enterprise in Yuma, Arizona were very accommodating. The only area were I was unhappy was GPS navigation and Sirius Satellite Radio were supposed to be included, but in both cars I used it wasnt available. If its advertised as an amenity, then it needs to be available and/or functional.

This is the best enterprise location I have used being a regular user.I recently rented a large SUV for a week day 1 had a problem with it but being in Moreno valley ca. That location did nothing to help me and I tried unto continue my trip with an unsafe vehicle. It took 3 days to find and get another vehicle delivered to me at 3am Friday but the Yuma office was great helping me.

Made a reservation for a week to go on vacation.I have used Hertz in the past for rentals but decided to give them a try because a friend recommended them. Worst decision Ive ever made. The car had expired tags and I was pulled over because of that. When I contacted them to explain my situation the manager made it seem like I was overreacting. Her solution was to explain to the cops that sometimes they forget to put the new tags on the cars. I was very upset and demanded a new car. I was told I had to wait until the following business day to drive to another town and pick up a car. Monday morning I drove about 28 minutes to the next town only to be told that even though my car was reserved they had given it out to a walk-in. The girl at that location changed the tags and all was ok, so I thought. When i returned the car the manager still had the guts to ask if i was satisfied with their customer service and explained again how they forget to change the tags. She did not even attempt to apologize or anything just gave me a receipt and thats it. To top it off when i picked up the car it had 3/4 of a tank (gas) then 10 days later i was charged for returning the car with 3/4 of a tank.Poor customer service, dirty car, expired tags, and gas charges... I will never do business with this company again and I would not recommend it.

I’ve had a very good experience with Enterprise before but that wasn’t the case with this location, which was very inconvenient. I made a reservation online and got a reservation confirmation via email, the day after my reservation confirmation I got a phone call saying that there were no vehicles available. Other locations/companies specified online that they had no vehicles available for date and time which is understandable and honest. I relied on that reservation confirmation and booked hotel/activities. What are reservations for then?Enterprise’s algorithm is flawed or human input might be corrupted.

Adequate. Initial car had to be exchanged because of a lack of registration and state tag expired on license plate. This cost me some time for my departure on my cross country trip. So the next morning I called in and was told to come after 10 am for the exchange. I was placed in a Toyota Camry which worked out fairly well except the check engine light came on during the trip/rental. The oil and other fluid levels were checked and fine and no unusual noises or other indications of a problem. Mileage was about 35 mpg. Value was reasonable and no major issues.

Update. Glasses were found 3 days after complaint. Somone did have them due to the condition that they were in when returned. I love renting from Enterprise and will continue to do so. Just be careful who you hire. Thank you.@Enterprise So I rented a car and got a great deal. I left a $200 pair of sunglasses on the drivers side visor. Called them 2 days later after realizing this. Man on the phone said hed look. 2 days later no call. went dwn to the office and they blew me off. WOW thanks yall. No offers no suggestions just Oh well. You cant tell me no one found them while cleaning the car.

I just recently rented a car from enterprise and I am not sure if because of everything going on right now but when I showed up they did not have the car I rented on line as when doing same day you are left with what they have or even sometimes no car. So because they need to fix their online booking they make it your fault. They upgraded me but at my expense then lied about giving me a discount when I paid regular price for the upgrade. This place is NOT like it use to be with honesty, integrity and great service.
