Our rental was ready when we arrived for pick up. However, we had reserved an SUV and were presented with a well worn Chrysler sedan. Paperwork was smooth, fast and easy.

Agent at the airport was very helpful and friendly. She made it easy as possible to obtain the vehicle and to return it.

Picking up my car was extremely easy, they were super friendly and I was out of the airport in Yuma in under 15 minutes. Car was clean, nice, and ran well for the three weeks I rented it. Return was super easy, no extra charges, no surprises. I would use again any time Im in Yuma.

Well the only negative experience I had with Avis is the communication. I tried letting the reps know that my trip got cut short and Ill be returning sooner, but after atleast 10 attempts over two different days I couldnt let anyone know and my voicemails went unanswered.

The lady who helped us was so wonderful! She was professional, accommodating, very helpful and great to work with. We never used Avis before-it actually was an accident because I pushed the wrong button. But after our awesome experience, we will definitely use it from now on.

MIRROE WAS FALLING OFF.GIVEN A CAR THAT THE PASSENGER MIRROR WAS FALLING OFF, GAVE ME AN UPDATE. KEPT CAR AN ADDITIONAL WEEK. $495 WAS CHARGED. CANT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE TP SEE INVOICE, NOONE ANSWERS PHONE, THIS SHOULD NOT BE THAT HIGH AND I SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED EXTRA FOR THE UPDATE.,ON HOLD FOR EVER AND THEN HANGUP.

Always excellent customer service and if I have any issues with my rental, the personnel is always available to help. I have been a loyal customer for many years.

Rented from Avis several times. Cars are always dirty and smell. Also never have the class of car I really need available, even when reserving over a month in advance.

It was an over all good experience; just a bit pricey for a 4 hr. rental in my opinion.

The Camry that was rented was an amazing ride with all the amenities needed to make this trip a breeze.

Quick, professional people checking you out and in. Clearly explained the process. Enjoyed the Nissan Sentra. It was clean and in good working condition. When I mentioned it needed new wiper blades, the agent took note and thanked me for telling her. Fair pricing. Comfortable experience.

Well first off the people at the counter were great but the phone conversation I had with one of your team members would not help me with extending my rental. I asked for a manager and all was good I just think the team member needs a little more training on customer service and what they can do to help the paying customer.

Staff at Yuma International Airport location is very friendly and the rate of the car rental is very reasonable.

Today, I went to pick up my rental I reserved online yesterday. I as told “sorry, we have no cars” I told them if I reserved online then one must be available. “Again, sorry ma’am, no cars” I was livid! I called Avis’ 800 number headquarters to have them refund my money by Monday since they didn’t honour my reservation. I was told “no it was up to the bank and it would take 3-5 business days.” That is totally unacceptable for a business to hold your money when they failed to honor their end of the deal. Then....I get a call 3 hours later telling me there is a car available. Are you kidding me??? After all Avis put me through and now they have one available?? The people I spoke to at Avis’ 800 # are in Mexico - hard to understand- and rude! I’m still in shock that a business would do this to someone. What if I had a funeral or wedding or medical emergency I needed to get to?? Avis won’t care as is evident by their attitude and behaviour today. BBB will be notified.

I tried to move a 6 figure yearly corporate account to Avis from another national company. It ended up costing my company a couple $1000.00 just to deal with all the mistakes made on the first two rentals we made. What a ridiculous farce. I have never had to deal with such a complete lack of effort towards a positive resolution, not to mention a complete disregard in bringing on a new corporate account. After giving Avis repeated opportunities to rectify the situation, I have given up. My company is forced to take the loss, and take our business elsewhere.

Very busy location but they are doing a good job of having fast friendly service! Volkswagen Passat that I got was perfectly clean and serviceable when I picked it up. This location services Avis and Budget.

Avis was outstanding with the face to face personal encounter, both on the way out and when we came back. The return was a little confusing and not clearly marked but we got it done. They did not have the car i ordered, and we ended up with a small/compact crossover/SUV, a Toyota Rav 4. We ordered a bigger more comfortable vehicle so my wife would be more comfortable as she has all over body pain from Cancer treatment. The Rav added to that. 4 stars for service, neatness, and speed of getting us in and out super fast.

I reserved a car in advance when I came to pick it up I got a car that was damaged and looked very bad because the car I reserved was not there. I had no choice but to take it because my daughter was graduating getting her Masters degree. I was embarrass that I showed up in that car and had to go to dinner. I was very ashamed

Managers don’t respond when vehicle safety issue are brought too Avis attention. Last 3 vehicles I’ve rented had issues with. Major issues in Cleveland Airport rentals, no response from John. Talked with customer service, no response. Won’t use Avis again, I rent almost every week as a traveling business owner.

Very very disappointed. The guy was rude at the counter and he DENIED my car rental due to bad Credit. I wonder and asked if he checked the Lady before me credit also. But probably not as he was FLIRTING with the lady as she used her bank card also. I would highly not recommend this place to anyone. My family or friends.

Not good. No cars available after having reservations ahead of time. Had to go find a car elsewhere as Budget/Avis didnt know when next one would be available. Put us in a bind for catching our flight out. Very frustrating. Two other seperate couples were left in same situation when we were there. Could imagine that it went on all day like that. Not a good way to run a buisiness!

I was rented a dented car. I pre paid to get a discount and needed to return the car early. No refund at all on the days I didnt use. I called and was placed on hold for over an hour, I assume with no chance of them coming back on the line. I was treated rudely when I called the actual location. Overall horrible experience and I wont rent from Avis again
