The work is pretty good and reliable,, but they can be pricey to uphold their decent warranties. I really dont like that they get black grease on my interior when they move the car it in and out of their shop. Darkened my brand new steering wheel cover on the left side. Not cool.

Always a good place to fix tire issues. There was a screw in the sidewall of my tire, so I had to get a new tire. They did break a part on my rim, but they made up for it by fixing it for free, and also giving me a discount on the overall charge of the tire fix. Overall, it is a great place, but busy due to a shortage of workers due to the pandemic.

They are the best. Wont ever change less schwabs, great service personnel, employees are great. Accurate and polite.

As always a great place to get the basics checked out before an out of town road trip. I thought I had a slow leak in one of my tires so went back today to get it patched, but not necessary as I was just low from constant driving. Thanks again guys and ladies great customer service as always👍

So I went in to get 4 new tires for my car and they left all of the lug nuts loose on the front two wheels (I hope that clears up why I gave one star). I did not realize until I was driving down the highway with friends that my front wheel was wobbling. These people had one job. Im not even mad I already knew I shouldve gone to a local business where they can actually do the job. These people obviously have no protocol for safety and should not be trusted.

Quick and friendly service. If ever I need tires checked or have a question, someone is always there to offer that help... Answer that question. I wont get my tires anywhere else. Trustworthy, reliable and honest business.

On Friday May 14 we got a flat on our RV. AAA was unable to help so we drove to Les Schwab in Yuba City. It was very close to closing time, but they agreed to help my daughter. It was just us 3 girls, my daughter, my granddaughter and myself. We were headed to Collins lake. They made what could have been a disaster, a fun weekend afterall. THANK YOU!!!!!

I stopped at Les Schwab to get my tire pressure topped off on all tires. I pulled up to a bay and was greeted by a mechanic with a mask asking how he could help. I asked to have my tires filled and with no hesitation he filled them. I like that about Les Schwab. Even though I didnt buy my tires from them they help with no attitude. Thats why I purchased tires from Les Schwab for my wifes car. So you see, Im not a customer but I am. Whether they know that or not they still help. For me that will always be a 5 star review.

Yet one more bad experience at a schwab this place told me it would be days to mount and balance my tires bc I didnt buy the tires from them...bc they dont sell nittos!!! Pretty bad to treat a customer second rate just bc they couldnt gouge em on a tire sale!!!

Good luck getting after purchase care for your tires. Shop is focused on sales and after sales care. It is 2 to 5 hours wait to rotate and balance tires. The store hours make it even worse as the place closes at 5pm! This will be the last time I shop at Les Schwab for anything. If you want to wait for hours or have to drop your vehicle off just to rotate and balance your tires and limited business hours, this is the place for you

Love their customer service. Personally I enjoy the smell of rubber when I open the doors and I can enjoy buttery popcorn while I watch tv while I wait. They give a 30 warranty on everything including my alignment check up which cost me nothing! Im like wow, totally cool!!

Pretty frustrated, a came in for an alignment, because the truck was pulling to the right, they told me the inner tie rods had play. Last time I was in for an alignment about 2 years

Ive purchased most of my tires here. Theyre usually pretty fast and friendly. They also do brakes, alignments and a few other things. Another great option is financing, which is great if you dont have $500 up front for a new set of tires.

Friendly people but definitely tries to rip off women. Went in for a brake check and it went fine but they recommended to replace my struts and quoted me $900+. As I waited another older woman came in for an air pressure check and they told her the same thing! Your struts are leaking, dont need to fix it now but you may want to come back soon

Had a slow leak in one of my tires. First place I went just put air in it. The surly dude I spoke to said they could have a look at it but they had 4 cars ahead of me and Id have to wait awhile. I left and went to Les Schwab in Yuba City. They were courteous and fast. My tire had a nail in it. It was fixed and I was back on the road in 15 minutes. Best of all, no charge. Great service!

Takes long time in truck side area, Needs more quick service. Took more than one and half hour to fix flat tire. Work on that area thanks.

Les Schwab in Yuba City is a RIP-OFF!! Ill never do business there again! I took a punctured tire in for repair and was told by the staff that the tire was not repairable! The damage was not done on the sidewall or anything, it was a simple puncture that clearly seem repairable to me. However, since they said it was not repairable they offered the suggestion of a new tire (of course) and went on to say that because my vehicle was a four wheel drive, Id need to replace all four tires!!! That would have set me back $2K minimum!! By the way, my car is only a year old!! Needless to say, I picked up my tire and went to another shop just minutes down to road. And wouldnt you know it, they fixed my unrepairable tire inside 30 minutes for $25.00!! Les Schwab has lost my repeat business!! Ill never recommend anyone go there unless they prefer dishonest and greedy service!!! Its a shame businesses such as this feel the need to try to rip people off!!!!

Even though we had a little mishap ending up with one of my wheels almost falling off and damaging my rim, they tried their best to find an exact replacement but had no luck (rims were 10+ years old) so they offered me a nice chunk of change for my rims and current tires then went out of their way to get me the rims and tires I wanted (even though they dont carry the brands) and gave me a screaming deal on them. Definitely taking care of customers right. This is an excellent example of how a company should respond.

Fantastic customer service. There was a little delay because my appointment wasnt properly scheduled over the phone, so they did both my brake check and tire rotation for free, even though my tires werent purchased from them. Definitely buying my next set of tires from them, though.

Bad tempers and dont take responsibility for their actions. Took my truck in for an alignment and got a call about thirty minutes later saying they couldnt do it. Naturally, I told them I refused to pay for it since it wasnt accomplished. The tech working on my truck obviously wasnt happy. Upon receiving my truck back I saw that my gear shifter was well above the park position (column shifter). After I tried shutting my truck off, the key no longer went to the off position and I couldnt remove it. After informing the manager about the hissy fit his tech threw (it takes significant force to break that), I was told to submit a claim. I deployed three days later. I gave them an authorized contact, who they stopped returning call to and ignored him. Six months went by and went I came home, the manage told me to submit the claim again. I get a call from their loss department and a letter not even a day later saying the arent paying for the damage. Good quality service right there. Dont go to Les Schwab or at the very least, avoid the one in Yuba City. Theyre horrible. I recommend going to Firestone for alignments. You can get lifetime alignments for $200. Its worth the drive to save you this stores nightmare.

I went in for a brake check and when I picked up the vehicle they told me one of their technicians had broken one of the center caps on my Jeep. They told me that they would replace it and they would call to follow up for the replacement. I thought okay as long as youre going to fix it thats fine.A week goes by with no call so I come in and explain what happened and they never even ordered the part. The guy tells me that he will order the part and it will be there in a week. A week goes by again and no call so I go in again and explain again what happened and they again told me they would order the part. Two weeks go by and nothing. Mind you I was being very calm through this process. I go in again and they still tell me they dont have the part, I tell them that this is the last week I am in town then Im moving out of state. They tell me to go to the store up there and tell them to call the Yuba City store to bill them. Completely ridiculous. They broke it so they should have replaced it as soon as possible but they gave me a complete run around.I recently found that they had also cracked the rest of my center caps so thank you Les Schwab. Thats something Im going to have to replace that I shouldnt be. Up until this incident we gave them a lot of business but never again. Terrible experience and service, beware of this store.

Customer service at the Yuba City store is fantastic. While waiting for my car observed people coming in. They were swamped. Very busy. Always a smile on everyones face and very courteous. Would recommend this Les Schwab to anybody.

I came there in need of help for two tires with slow leak. They tried to fix them out of kindness for free when they didnt have too (my tires were not from them). 6 days later my tire fell off while I was driving 60 mph down skyway. It was not tight enough. They immediately had the Les Schwab in Chico come rescue me. Give me a new tire and fix my ball joint. Then I drove to Yuba City Les Schwab, and they noticed that two of my tires are warped. They offered me to replace all 4 tires brand new and a spare. There customer service is wonderful! They are doing everything they can to.help me. Including giving me a ride to work. Becky and Jason.... Oh also Jared really know how to treat people. Great place...

Stopped by while traveling through from Ashland, Or to Sacramento, Ca. My Porsche was indicating a low tire pressure. Staff had me take a seat, cup of coffee and pulled my car into their shop in moments. Tire was checked, problem found, repaired at no cost (surprised me) and had me on my way in moments. Wonderful attitude by all staff, gave me a receipt (no charge) and complimented me on the car. Thank god for businesses and managers such as this. I have several businesses, fleet of vehicles and have always used Big O in the past. I have since this experience, been sending half of my tire/vehicle business to Les Schwab wherever needed. Thanks to a company who uses Good Friends as a motto for travelers needing assistance. Kudos to the corporate leaders and business owners. seanpaul

Great service today as usual, only comment is, I like the fact they work fast to keep down customer wait time, but I wish they would be easier with the air wrenches, I keep getting dings and scratches around the lugs. These rims are crazy expensive.
