I got my brakes And rotors done there they lasted 6 months I wentback to get help and he said hes not going to do anything for me.prior to that I took my car there to have him tell me what was leaking under the hood he said it was my power steering pump. he was going to charge me $500 because he planned on changing the alternator and the belt too neither of those needed changed I dodge a bullet here if I were you

Me and my brother have been coming here since Nas Autoworks opened. They are always quick and do quality work. The times we have been there we have had no issues. Do yourself a favor and give these guys a chance if you live in the yuba sutter area.

We recently moved to the area and have not found a decent honest mechanic, until now. Nasir was very professional and friendly. He definitely knows what he is doing. I would highly recommend anyone that needs auto repair or maintenance to come here. His prices are fair and he provides quality work. My experience with Nas was very professional. I was seeking a tire shop that could provide a higher quality performance tire for our Audi S5. Nas and the crew offer a clean quality shop with a can do attitude. For car owners seeking tires for European cars this is a better alternative than having to travel to dealers in larger urban cities.

I have been going to Nas for over a year now. After getting ripped off from Nissan, I found a mechanic I trust! Every time Nas and his crew works on my vehicle, they keep me in the loop about my maintenance or part(s) needed. They are the best!

The lady in the front was nicer to the mwn that came in, oil change took 1 hour and 45 min. (Coupon for oil change + tire rotation, ONLY OIL CHANGE). The guy that change my oil was nice. Starting my car, something was wrong, sound of an air bubble, my husband looked at it + something was loose, forgot whats called, now it sounds better. My ENGINE light is on also, it wasnt before.

The lady upfront is rude and ill mannered. There is coupon for alignment for $59.99 upon arrival she said it will be $100 and that coupon is not good for our car. Then she said we need appintment or I have to wait 4 hours before getting my turn. Very unprofessional. I will not recommended this shop to anyone out there. There are other shops with better customer service and prices.

I had Les Schwab put new wheels and tires on my F250 truck after having a friend of mine lift it 2. I asked Schwab if they could align the front end and they said it was almost impossible on a 2-wheel truck that had been lifted. I went to Nas Autoworks on a recommendation from a friend and I told them what Schwab had told me. After hearing my story, they were a little shocked that someone would say what Schwab said, they went ahead and aligned myfront end. Long story short, they did a great job and the truck drives great.

Best price for oil change! Staff is friendly. Mechanic was fast and efficient. Would have given five stars, but my steering wheel and floors were left dirty by the mechanic.

Brought my 2011 Toyota Camry in for an oil change and transmission service. Came back the next day to have them balance my tires.Theyre AWESOME!! They answered all my questions and concerns. Theyre honest and work hard to earn your trust. Theyre prices are also very reasonable. Will definitely continue to come back to them and HIGHLY recommend them.

Highly aggressive with customers. Instead of attempting to mediate customer complaints the owner instead turns to verbal and physical altercations. Excellent customer service. Owner went above and beyond addressing my immediate concerns with my 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid. Owner took his time to make me aware of the condition of my vehicle, as well as any potential upcoming problems or maintenance work I might want to take care of. There was no pressure or salesmanship involved. Just a friendly heads up on issues which may cause problems later. I was sent a detailed walk around video of the undercarriage, showing me exactly what concerns he was talking about and explaining why they might become an issue. Amazing service you cant even get at most dealerships for a fraction of the price. Well worth the drive out there. Will come here for all my automotive needs in the future.
