Came in with some tires I got on some different rims and had them change over to my car. Reasonably priced and pretty quick too. Was very friendly. Did a fantastic job on our pickup.Had back brakes put on and front checked. Was honest about front not needing new set. ( we just replaced front not to long ago) Their price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this business. !

Called 7 different places and this was the best price around. The service was fast excellent.

Ordered tires. When they came in. They said the right size but are totally different from others in that size when I need a wider tire. Tires were never mounted or balanced and they still won’t let me return them. First time buying from this place and will be the last.

Very disrespectful front desk salesman. I tried to order new wheels over the phone. They asked for a deposit and I tried using my wifes debit card, with her sitting right next to me. The guy said he couldnt take the card number over the phone and said I could send him a picture of my wifes Id and card to his cell phone and he would do it. Ofcourse I wasnt going to do this but he still ordered them with no deposit. The next day I asked my mom to take me to the store to purchase them and this time I was going to use a prepaid debit card. When I went in the guy accused me of using a stolen credit card. I had my mother come in a she showed her id and explained that it was a prepaid card with no name on it and all I had was a PIN to use it. They kept provoking me and talking as if I was a thief. U can see the owners comment (who wasnt even there) below still trying to pass the false narrative that Im using a stolen card. That was untrue. It was a prepaid debit card. If it was stolen they would of called the police. Im sure. Id rather go to Queen Penny across the street. Way nicer of people..Ps. When I called back to speak to the owner shawn who supposedly wasnt there during the disagreement. He told me that if my card had a microchip they wouldnt of asked for my id. But since it didnt have a microchip they considered it a gift card and needed to see id.

If theyd answered the phone, I might have done business with them. I called numerous times hoping for a quote. They hung the phone up immediately twice and never answered again. Funny, Les Schwab answered immediately.

I went to this shop a few different times, each time I ask them if I need to come back tomorrow or make an appointment and they always tell me that they can fix my tires then. They also gave me a really good deal on tires! My car is driving smooth now. The employees are very accommodating. Thank you Tire Center!

Only putting a star because I have to. This place is extremely horrible. Took one of my trucks for an alignment and when I left I couldn’t even make it a mile down the street and it’s misfiring . Never had any issues with it until I took it here. The only thing they would do is “reverse” my alignment. Next I took my other truck and got my tires balanced. No wieghts we’re put on and nothing was different . Took them two hours to do nothing

After trying to get my tire repaired at Les Schwab and being told that it was my valve stem caps causing a slow leak (it wasnt). I came in here to get the same tire fixed, turns out it was a shard of glass! They had me fixed up and on my way in no time for only $15, and it was on Sunday!

Ive been going to this tire place for years now and I used to get great customer service but today when I went in requesting to get my tires rotated the person who helped me asked for a receipt which I didnt have at the time and keep in mind I have been going to them for years so they know me and told me before I previously didnt need to show a receipt. So then when I tried talking to the guy that knew me he tells me he isnt a computer doesnt remember saying that. First off he could have been professional saying their policy has changed but if I didnt have a receipt they could look it up on their computer. Instead he was rude, very unprofessional. Rather pay more for tires than receive this type of customer service.

I showed up to ask about an alignment for my truck and was told there were people in front of me and the guy turned around and in the same breath helped a guy who had just showed up and put his car in the bay to aline his first .

Went here to have tires installed on new rims I purchased I bought the tires from these guys after they charged me 900 dollars they then said I needed to pay another 40 dollars so I did with no hesitation after getting my truck back my TPMS light was on and my truck was not reading 3 out of 4 tires I talked to the guys that work here and they said just drive it I then proceeded to drive the truck for 30 min and I returned with no change on my truck. He then said come back tomorrow and they will look at it.. after spending 4 hrs here I said ok and returned the next day they took off one wheel and did something who knows what and reinstalled it told me to drive it again so I did and I returned 30 min later with the same problem he then said I will order 1 new sensor and put it in so I left and returned to them for a third day they installed a new sensor in one tire and told me to drive it so I did the truck is now reading 2 out of 4 sensors so I returned again and then he said my brand new truck with 2k miles on it is broken. These people are crooks and scandals do not buy tires from these people I will be calling the bureau of automotive repair to file a complaint. Do not buy from here they are rude and do not keep there word !

Awesome service and repair. Woke on a Sunday morning to a flat tire after driving delivery service from the night before. Called AAA to change my spare, and they referred me to a different shop in YC, but I decided to try this one instead of the popular one, and they were INCREDIBLE!!! Very friendly, helpful, and quick, not to mention very economical...would definitely recommend and use them again. Thanks guys for turning my crummy Sunday into a positive one!!!

Get service! Had a tire with a slow leak from a nail. The Tire Center on highway 20 in Yuba City repaired the flat in only 10 minutes and charged $10! Excellent service. I’ll definitely use them again.

Purchased 4 new mud tires. My truck now shakes bad when I drive past 60. I told them about the problem. so they took some air out of the tires and rebalanced the rear back tire. Still shakes! So I went back and the older guy said its my fault and i need to slow down. I took them to John l Sullivan and payed a 150 for a tire inspection road test. They told me 2 of my brand new tires failed the test and thats why it shakes and I need new tires lol.Buyer beware!!

I was charged $20 to get a tire patched. The patch job took about 30 minutes to complete. I find the price somewhat reasonable but the 30 minutes that it took to do the patch job could have been cut in half had the worker known exactly where everything was and was more attentive to the task at hand
