Salvation army is well known but the yuba Sutter core really has a lot in this community....they over see or assist almost all other agencies in the area as Our community is embracing wrap around services.Salvation army run s. most all homeless services and what issues that involves.one of the things I liked about the core here is a clear chain of command.a clear out line of what would be expected of you in order to have a successful end.more than one chance.I very much plan to continue to support salvation army and its efforts here.

I went with a friend to get food from the pantry on Friday. Open only Tuesdays and Fridays mornings.Ring the bell if no one is in the pantry located next to the church and main office.

Went in for food found so much more just thankful people like this are still in service.

They need more donations, before the pandemic they had a point system and you could pick out a lot of stuff, they even assorted frozen meat now they have very little and when you have a family of 5 or 6 . I think I got 2 boxes but there was only 1 can of tuna fish small can.1 small package of spaghetti noodles. A bag of rice. Soy milk. And that is a

Salvation army is one of few places that like helping families in need. No questions ask.

Used to offer more services in the past. Nice people though. I understand, but still wish Salvation Army provided more food.

Kind people who really care...I have been both a recipient of food and attended the church. I find both to be of great support to members of our community.The pastor. I need not say more if you have the opportunity to meet him is a real follower of Christ.I know if and when I need help I can go there and there will be loving hands to pray for me and if I need services I can obtain them too if they have the resources.If I had the money to do so I would help the SA. There are lines of hungry people sometimes all the way to the street that they help.

This Salvation Army was pretty good everybody was really nice and helpful but I dont like some of the things that Salvation Army itself does not this particular one but other ones in our local community I do not care for but if you want someone to treat you fairly this is the one to go to

I have had the opportunity to both worship at the church and reach out for help via Christmas food boxes, emergency food and other sorts of help. ......they are kind and helpful.
