I am going to be honest with my review !!!!!!! CeeCee and Cindy support staffare way less then professional and fall far below the quality of a good employee these women contribute nothing meaningfully to the workplace. hands of hope is a great blessing to the community and is being down played by their quality of work ethics such a special origination deserve much better than this. ... If we share it together, it might change .

The homelessness epidemic is nowhere more prevalent than when i first came into town here and its not entirely because people choose to be this way. Thank God for this place with its voluteer workers and services. From housing to laundry to showers and clothing or just a snack and a rest from the tired souls that wander in here daily. Hands of Hope is a fantastic refuge from the cold world when people are down and out, these people help pick you up and vet you going in the direction thats best for helping yourself instead of giving up.

This is a wonderful place to go if youre low income and needing a hand up. The woman that helped my husband and I was so kind and never once stood in a place of judgement towards us. You can get a one time, help with rent deposit if youre homeless, have found a place to live but dont have enough money for your deposit. Its truly a blessing to us that are trying to get back on our feet. I believe the woman that helped us was named Hope. She is one of the kindest women I ever met.

Hands of Hope is a non pro-fit organization that needs to be opened every day for people in need. I was pregnant with my first born child and they helped out a lot. I was homeless because my parents didnt except my pregnancy. But having the things available to me made being homeless more helpful with the showers and washing clothes as at that time I couldnt afford it. One if the workers Mrs. Kay is a beautiful soul and a wonderful person. She helped me out a lot. They help with a drink and snack that was very helpful because I was pregnant. I just wished that they could have shelter every night for the people like me that couldnt afford a motel/hotel room every night. But having some clothes that where donated was every helpful. Over all this is a really great place to go to if your a person or family in need, they have computers to help job search or whatever needed, showers, laundry, snacks, tv, toys and clothes if you need them.

Yuba City hands of hope was uninformed and didnt really want to be bothered. During business hours they had door closed 11:30 am. Sat there looking at us, finally opened door, man asked what we needed, started tell him, he stopped said maybe you need to talk with my wife !!She wasnt to informative. So we went to Marysville division. What a Pleasant & helpful experience. ..

What an amazing asset to our community! Kay is an amazing woman that I absolutely adore. This organization offers hot showers and offer shampoo, conditionair, soap and basically all one would need to shower up, they offer coffee and tea. A clothing closet and laundry self service. They maintain high quality front load washers. They also provide laundry soap and softener. Bleach if needed. All is hypoallergenic. Lately we have sunscreen. Many guests utilize the hygene kits containing shampoo, soap, sewing kits among other things. It depends on community donations. Much of what makes HOH operate depends on community involvement like doners, volinteers and fundraisers. They also offer case management to assist guests with finding perminat jobs and housing.
