Such friendly staff in the grooming salon! I just adopted a cat and she desperately needed her nails clipped. Not only did they clip her nails, but they went out of their way to brush off any excess fur and cleaned up her paws too! I look forward to coming back from grooming… great service! Thank you! 🐱

The store has all you need but the staff doesnt seem knowledgeable enough to sell the products. May be understaffed the employees. On the floor seemed to be pulled in many directions. Overall it is a clean store and has a decent selection.

Love this place. I was having some difficulty finding the right food, for my sensitive fur baby, that didnt have any peas or sweet potatoes. The clerk was very helpful going over the ingredients and pointing out a couple of choices until we narrowed it down to the perfect one. He also explained that if my dog doesnt like it, I can bring it back for a full refund or exchange for another brand. I never knew PetSmart did that. On the advice from my vet, I was also looking for a compressed rawhide chew bone. The clerk was helpful with that too, and luckily, I got the last one. The cashier was also very nice and helped me update my information, since its been a few years, and long before I moved to Yuba City, since I have been to a PetSmart. I will definitely continue to shop here!

We went here to buy a leash, and there was a large variety of leashes to choose from with reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Update*****mynBella and I loved the training classes so much that were now in advanced training class. Bella has grown to love Marianne the teacher. All she wants to do is crawl up in her lap and cuddle with her. Shes a very personable teacher. The bond me and Bella has now is so strong. Thank you for all you do for us.Love this place, I have taken my dogs there since they were puppies, one to socialize, two shop for new toys and Marianne the dog trainer has helped me so much with my dogs that I am now taking my puppy to her beginning class, love it so much that we are doing the intermediate class. I recommend this place 100%

Super friendly. I bought a large aquarium the day before cyber Monday, and when I went to pick it up on cyber Monday they had no problem giving me a better deal. They helped me load everything into my car. Great experience!

This store is our fave of the 3 in town. Until they upgraded the aquarium system. Each time we go in the tanks have dead fish floating, dead on bottom. Some have been dead for quite some time as they are falling apart. Today tanks are getting lots of algae on glass, more dead fish. The selection is minimal on the community fish. It’s going downhill here and fast. There is a girl named Tommy who is very knowledgeable on fish but haven’t seen here lately

Don’t order online and think that you’ll actually get your order through door dash the same day. You won’t!!! Every item I ordered said it was available for same day delivery through door dash. A full day after I placed my order I had to call customer service and sit on the phone for half an hour for them to say they can’t refund my money and I still won’t get my packages for ten days. Now I will have to go buy the products somewhere else because my animals need them, wait for my shipment and return the very LATE items just to get my money back. Such a headache and a hassle I do not recommend it! I clicked every button that said same day delivery!!!

We shop here occasionally. Usually items for our bearded dragon. Unfortunately the expensive heat lamps tend not to work. Its hit or miss. Im not sure if they get damaged in shipping but this has happened numerous times. They also dont sell the 3000 hour ones anymore. Decided to try ordering some online. Fingers crossed! Cashier was very helpful though.

Ive been bringing my dog here for about 2+ years now, and never had a negative experience unitil recently. Mariah has gone above and beyond for him, so I requested her again this time, and it was the complete opposite experience. His cut was very choppy, it was almost as if he was cut but no bath. Also, and most importantly, someone didnt put the flea medicine on him before we left. I suspected it because he didnt have that wet spot on his neck, and because I dose both my cats and my dog at the same time, now 2 weeks later Buddy has fleas. Even though this was one negative experience of about 10 grooming trips, I was unhappy enough that I will treat him myself with his flea meds, and I will find another groomer outside of Petsmart.

The groomers there were great and absolutely sweet to my puppy.

Went to PetsMart to purchase dog treats for my miniature horse. I met Maryann and started talking about dog training. Her obvious love and passion for her job and the animals, drew me in to the idea of having my animal trained. By the third class I notice tremendous changes in my twin Orangutans (Iris and Frank). They are doing the dishes, laundry and even mowing the lawn, without me asking. Maryann is a lifesaver!!! Thank goodness for Maryann!!! She deserves a raise!!! Love ya girl!!!! What a complete stress relief. I even see a change in my miniature horse Deven!!! Thank you soooo much Maryann!!!

They give out free mask during this pendemic and its a little crowded but its clean and they clean the swipe card after every use. Most stores dont do that. So thats good.

There were a few items I was looking for that they were sold out of or didnt carry. I like their store and they have friendly customer service. My main problem is the parking lot.The parking lot is ABSOLUTELY FREAKING D-I-S-G-U-S-T-I-N-G!!! Im sorry but it really is gross The parking lot is covered and caked in bird feces! I didnt want to get out of my car. They should power wash the parking lot once a week because it is DISGUSTING! You cant walk anywhere without stepping into it

VERY satisfied! The social distancing was a factor, but also I injured my foot and couldnt walk any distance. Curbside pickup was so easy, I might not ever go inside the store!! Kidding, probably will, but nice to have the convenience when needed. Barely had to wait at all on either the email or the pickup itself. Have always had a great experience at this store.

Dog had hair. Hair was dirty and long. Now dogs hair is short and clean. Many thankies!

First time that we took our dog to be groomed here. First of all, very great at checking in, friendly and attention is paid to your pet. Now the grooming. Her toenails were not trimmed correctly and the very next day my vets office fixed them. I have a Golden Doodle, and I just believe that I will have to take a photo of what the head of a doodle should look like, when I say a retriever face, please dont make my Doodle look like a Poodle! I will come back here because I believe that the groomer really wants to please the owner (me). God knows I get lots of second chances! We took her back, and they did a FABULOUS job, even gave her mani/pedi and painted her toenails pink to match mine!!

Completely lost our business. We will stick to the local pet store from now on. We were interested in purchasing fish so I literally had to go to the back of the store to find an associate. There wasnt even one by the registers I guess they dont care if people walk off with products. When I found an associate she was able to page somebody. When I got back to where my husband was the associate was shaming my husband telling him that he was not able to buy guppies for our pond. She decided to tell him that putting a guppie in a pond was like putting a dog in a forest. Our pond is very small with lots of hiding places a heater for the winter and a canister fish filter. And we do weekly water changes. Going to the local pet store where they remember you every time you come in and discuss what your needs are and help you to problem solve is a much better option.

If you want to know if this store is better than PetCo, then yes it is.The store employees are obviously pet lovers. Everything you could possibly need to find is categorized easily and every time Ive ever asked for help Ive recieved friendly responses. Over all a really nice environment, and the store feels like a safe environment for pets.We just started dog training courses, and our current trainer is very knowledgeable and understanding. She clearly has handled a lot of different dog temperaments.Basically I have nothing negative to say about the store at all.

Nice associates but high priced items. I bought a shock collar for my dog and it cost me $170 got it home and it didnt even work.

They have a pretty good selection of PetSmarts stuff. Need some more treats for cats, though!

Great! We got the dog beds on sale that we went there for. I couldnt find the water filters for the dog automatic water bottle. And I forgot to ask someone. But we did look all over and could not find them. The store was clean and the workers friendly.

I have asked them multiple times to make sure to clean my dogs ears and trim the nails short. They dont listen. This time, I upgraded to the better package to get the deep condition, teeth cleaning, and nail grind, which is a massive $30 more. Again, we expressed that our dog really needed her ears cleaned and that their nails were too long last time. I get them back with her ears still dirty and their nails long and jagged! They were clearly not filed down and Im sorry the pictures dont do it justice, but trust me when I say dont waste your money bringing them here.

Second time I have taken my 13 year old dog, Bandit, to be groomed. The professional and overwhelming care given to Bandit by the groomer, Kayla, is incredible. I strongly recommended taking your dog to Kayla for grooming.
