I went on a saturday expecting a wait. The employee who greeted me gave me my expected wait time of 1 hour and 15 min. All employees were very kind and attentive. They checked on me even offered water while I waited. I will definitely return ! It is so refreshing to see people that show up to work do thier job and dont make the customer feel like you are an inconvenience. Thank You.

Had trouble with a new battery. They immediately took charge and got a new one put in. I was so thankful. They were very nice about it .

I was told 35 to 40 minutes and was there over 90 minutes. Im not sure why.,That was my big negative. There werent very many people there, but it took forever.One note - I appreciate the window cleaning, but if you are going to clean windows, then I would suggest doing a better job. Mostly they just rubbed the dirt around and left it worse than before.Positives - the young woman that did the check in was nice and did a good job. She was not the one who gave me the estimate.

Good service, a bit slow maybe due to lunch hour rush. The people were working hard and friendly, just hard to wait 2h for an oil change. Synthetic is $100 now, a bit of a surprise. Doing your own is not too hard, Ill be trying that again.

Ive had 2 distinct types of experiences here, if they are busy, 3 stalls going with 4 or 5 waiting, its very unsatisfactory, a 1 star service. Today it was empty at around 5pm, and a great experience! They got me right in they got started on my car right away and they got it done. No pushy add-on sales, no rushed feeling, it was a great, great experience at Jiffy Lube today. Thank you.

Like always amazing ask exactly what you want and if you have any other problems will call you ahead time. Always helpful and gives advice on whats going on with your car. Love this place

I haven’t had a problem with this place until recently, I got my oil change here and they didn’t tighten my oil filter and it fell off while driving. I know it’s small but come on.

They are so friendly and do efficient! Didnt have to wait long on the hottest day of the year! Was do impressed with the service.

Very expensive, annoying TV in the waiting area, always an upsell. Professional, hard-working staff. Its much faster and cheaper to do it yourself.

They did a great job with the oil change itself. No complaints there. There was 6 cars ahead of me and i waited 2 hours before they finished. That seemed a bit excessive. Ill go back if there isnt a huge line.

Everyone was quick, professional, and friendly. They kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and gave me advise on future issues that may arise. Marcos in particular was very helpful and provided excellent service.

The guys were thorough, professional, and pleasant. Got me in and out in no time at all. I even enjoyed talking about our shared hobbies: fast cars and disc golf. I will definitely come back again.

Staff very competent, willing to help.and even stayed late.Unfortunately: Staff not enabled to enforce Mask rule inside waiting area...and after 10 mos on Covid response team, I had an anxiety issue watching two women (idiots)without masks and had to sit outside. Respect and protect the staff, others and posted rules please. These folks are awesom.

They changed my battery in less than 30 minutes.

The reason for four stars instead of five is I found oily smudge marks in my car and on my seats. I saw them cover seats of other cars, but my seats were never covered and I had to do some clean up after my service was completed.

Waited bout an hour to get in, but all three cars in spots were there an hour later. Left and went back only to find the same cars there several times. Tried later before closing, and there were still people coming in there. Unable to get in.

Awesome experience! Went in for an oil change for our old van and got a whole customer service experience! Mud was a legend sorting us out, getting what we needed all whilst being super entertaining! Efficient and professional, we’re glad we got to stop by on our road trip!

I was there for over 2 hours! A tech poured washing fluid into my coolant tank! And they had to flush every. Made me late for an appointment and still charged me for it. Also, ever since, I’ve been leaking oil and engine smells like it’s burning. They told me to bring it back in so I will do that and we will go from thereI wanted to provide an update- they did take care of me when I came back in. Thank you

Not impressed today. I waited for 1hr.15min. There were plenty of workers and my car was the first in line the entire time. I was initially there for an oil change but after they told me my battery needed replacing and telling me a battery would be 129.99, I agreed. My bill was a different story. Maybe yall should tell your customers EXACTLY how much THEIR battery will cost- not what they start at. After a $50 special battery upcharge and $30 labor fee, it was MUCH more than 129. Just felt purposely mislead.

Super sweet guys, cleaned my car while waiting for my oil change. However at the end, one opened my door for me to be nice and ended up breaking my door handle so I can no longer open my drivers side door from the outside. I had to leave to get my tires done so I couldnt stay to discuss the situation. Will definitely be going back due to the amazing customer service and how quick they are though.

I arrived before 4 other cars that were done before mine while my car just sat there. Other than that the service was satisfactory. But it would be nice if they did cars in the order they came in. I was told when I asked why that I had the slow technician...

The service at this location is amazing! Not only was I greeted promptly when I pulled in, but Tre and all of the techs provide great, safe service. While I was waiting for my vehicle to get an oil change and tire rotation, I was able to witness the teamwork between Tre and Kylie. Their safety procedures are amazing, and I’m not just talking about their COVID-19 protocols. They also informed me that my last oil change (at a competitors location) one of the bolts was stripped and easily able to come off which could have cause a lot of problems for me. They replaced the bolt at no extra charge! So, all in all, 5 out of 5 service!

The woman I think running the place seemed to have energy and move, but the rest of the crew was barely moving and I’m not sure if they knew how to even check the oil right after it was done? Well the two hour oil change will not happen again that is for sure unless I see a new crew out there that seems to want to be there!

Once I got in to the Bay and they started my service it took 45 minutes. Very courteous people. If you are just wanting a oil change, they check everything, so I recommend you find a place that just gives a oil change. If you want everything checked out,your windows washed, etc and offered repairs then go to jiffy lube, but it will not be a Jiffy Time wise!

8:00 on a Saturday morning already 3 cars in the bay Im next. I thought in and out thats great...Wait not so fast....let me tell you, I waited 1 hour and 25 minutes for Jiffy Lube. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere. Only 3 people on duty on a Saturday. Not good business practices.

I was not happy with the service. I drove away with the Engine light on. When I came back the forgot my oil filter and other parts!! The only reason why I would visit is because of the GREAT customer service of Marcos!! He made sure they fixed the problem and apologize over and over. I am grateful the regional manager called and made it right.

Yes, its just a quick oil change place, but the staff was very professional and courteous. They explained the options and accepted our decisions on what we wanted or didnt want. The final printout gave a good overview of the general status of the car. Price was quite reasonable, and they were fairly quick with the service ~ 15 minutes per car, as we had two of our cars there at the same time.

We went for an oil change. Jiffy lube was really fast and very polite. Its a little on the expensive side but at least you know that there wont be any oil leaks because Walmart didnt tighten the bolt all the way so car can have a slow leak. And we were in and out of there in a little less then 15 minutes because we were the second person in line that morning waiting for the shop to open.

Been using Jiffy Lube for many years and many different cars. Just moved to the Yuba City vicinity and used the Jiffy Lube on Bridge St. They were quick, friendly, courteous, and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to take good care of their car.

Had oil and brake fluid replacement. My 2014 Altima leaked after that. Never leaked before. Took it back the following week to give them a chance to fix it...it happens, right? The manager was great. Took it right back. He told me, its fixed! And it still leaked. My normal mechanic found the problem. Fixed it. And luckily...didnt charge me.

Gotta say a fella employee named Marcos customer service is the best, he deserves a dam raise !!!!!

The place is small, the air conditioning doesnt work that well, the restrooms are no that clean, its OK... the price is relatively high. But, the guys are very polite, professionals, honest, and the service is fast, and the oil is good. So if you need a oil change in a jiffy, there is no better place than Jiffy Lube Yuba City.
