I had an apt at 1030 to get my first service on my K5, I got there 2 minutes before then, they got me in and done in just under an hour. Even though was busy with walk in, they still kept to my apt time which I appreciate very much. Before this car, my last 2 were Nissans from dealership in town, and that would not have happened there. Was no point to make an appointment there, theyd just help whoever was there first and push my apt. back and that infuriated me. So thank you Geweke. I appreciate keeping that apt.

Friday June 2 I went to lease or buy a car. I happened to be in front of Ford/Kia dealership. I was looking for the Chevy dealership but I figured take a look at the Ford and Kia cars. I cant tell you how glad I was. First the young man who was a salesman his name is Juan was wonderful. He helped me throughout the process and was very patient with me. If anyone asks me about buying a car I will certainly refer them to that dealership and Juan. I had an excellent experience. The only negative was a glitch with the Computer which was not there fault. The finance person Tony did everything he could to finish the sale.and help me leaveI did leave very satisfied.
Got a brand new car from here and from the beginning had problems. The uvo wouldnt connect and we took it in 3 times when we live an hour away to get it fixed it never was. Now with 6000 miles on it the check engine light is on. We are getting no help and are being told the service department is closed. Please dont buy from this place. They do not care about their customers and will leave a family of 5 with no car. A brand new car with these problems and no help, pretty crazy. I cant imagine buying a used car through them, save your family and go elsewhere
Very bad experience. I was asked to come in to talk about the dealership wanting to purchase my car back due to being in high demand. I was told because of the high demand that they would like to purchase or trade for above the current value, as well as create a good new purchase offer. Sounds like a good opportunity. Once I was going through the process of seeing what deal can be made the sales manager low balled the value of the car that they all kept referring to how nice my car was. And on top of that wanted large down payments for the possible new car deal. I felt like my time was wasted and the email I was sent saying above current value and good deals was just to bait me. Certainly not interested in continuing my business here.
Worst customer service. Schedule a appointment to get a recall done on my engine that causes it to catch fire. Had to schedule an appointment 2 weeks out and now its 3 days before the appointment and they call and tell they cant do that date and Id have to wait another week because theyre to busy but at least they acknowledged yeah that does stink. So save your time and take it to Roseville Kia way better service!

I purchased my Kia optima there and with the professional, friendly service I received I now take all of my vehicles there for service. From an oil change, replacing the battery, or even a full tuneup they do it all. Their staff really makes the difference especially Evelyn she is always awesome! She’s always friendly and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to answer any questions I may have. Yuba City’s finest!

Recently had service, went from 1130 until 230ish. Didnt expect the time delay of that long but they accomodated the issues by deducting some costs and gave me a reason to try them again. Had to cancel appointments for prior commitments that I set up after this with reasonable expectations that services would be a quicker than what I scheduled. Cant say I would go back for services but they tried everything possible to ensure to correct the issue. Would rather spend money for time, they just didnt meet my expectations, but my expectations might vary from someone else.
Jay was absolutely awesome and helped me find the exact Telluride SX Nightfall I was looking for! I cannot say enough about how pleasant the process was and Ernesto in finance helped me settle on the price and warranty and he was awesome too. If I could give Geweke Kia six stars I would! Make the drive to come see them...it’s worth the trip!
Took my car in for its first service yesterday. All of thr staff I spoke with were so helpful and nice. The drop off was quick and easy. When I arrived for pickup the time it took to check out was short, but they went over everything with me, walked me out to my car and made sure everything was satisfactory. And washed my car, which, they also confirmed it would be ok to do so before doing it. Will be back again!
The people who help me at the fleet area are amazing human beings. Scott helped me, Alan was there and Ricki too. Always friendly, always helpful. That’s why I am so loyal to Geweke because of the people, keep up the good work Guys

I dropped off my 2013 Kia Optima for new tires, and an A/C line. After 34 days of minor communication, and either ordering or receiving the wrong part 4-6 times I finally took my car and left. Horrendous experience all around. Service department lacks leadership and efficiency. I WILL NOT be coming back unless it involves my warranty.
My experience here was absolutely terrible. We called to make an appointment....they never asked us what we wanted done. They made us an appointment and we showed up. No one was wearing a mask; the dude tried to get in my car not wearing a mask. I needed the rear shocks replaced and an oil change but they couldnt do the shocks because they didnt ask me when I called what I was making the appointment for so no parts. A blessing that was though, I was able to call Folsom Kia and they quoted me literally half the cost of what they were going to charge me here. They were going to charge me over $1,100 for my rear shocks I got them all said and done for less than $550 at Folsom Kia. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Rude, and uncaring all around.

Service experience has been terrible to this point. Dropped my car off July 31st because the check engine light was flashing and putting the car into limp home mode. Its August 14th and they have no idea whats going on and are not following up with me. I received 1 phone call this entire week to update me on whats going on. Not only that, Ive been calling all day and my service rep is nowhere to be found. All Ive been told is that its in Kia Manufacturing hands, and they dont know how to fix this. There seems to be no sense of urgency to get this resolved. Maybe you can guys can screenshot this review and send it off to Kia Manufacturing so they get something figured out.

Not sure why the bad reviews, I showed up several times to look into buying and was given excellent service. I even called and asked a million questions and the finance department was very patient with me and my crazy schedule. I worked with Terry the Soul Man And got a great deal on a 2017!! I only showed up for a test drive, and to sign papers. Great staff! Well deserved 5 stars!!

I understand some things happen, and Ive worked in customer service enough to not really care if someone is rude or incompetent. You guys left me waiting for my shuttle for almost an hour(she never showed up). You also took over an hour to tell me youd have to reschedule to finish the job because you didnt have the parts. AND it still took you guys about an hour longer than you said. Smh 😔 👎✌ The one positive Ill give ya, Robert was helpful and I appreciate his service.
I bought my Kia from Folsom but since I live in Chico I bring my car to Yuba City to get serviced . Today was the second time that I drove all the way from Chico to get my car fixed with a recall and the second time that they didn’t tell me that they forgot to order the parts until I sat there for two hours. This is after multiple texts and phone calls talking to people and then calling me to say that the parts were in . Fortunately I don’t think I need the part since I am never coming here again .

We recently purchased a new Kia Sportage which was the second vehicle we bought from Geweke and the second time that we were treated like family. In both experiences we had sales reps go above and beyond to make sure we were given a great deal and in the case of our Sportage they made a deal with another dealer to acquire the exact model I wanted. I cant say enough good things about the folks who work here.

Took a 2014 kia sorento in for a transmission issue. After the car being there for over a day, they werent able to find the problem. I also had a hard time getting a hold of the service advisor when i was trying to check on the status of the vehicle. Really bad service and some mechanics need more experience. I payed $235 for nothing.
I spent 22 years working as a Honda tech and I worked in or visited much more dealerships than the average customer. Now I take my 2010 Kia Soul to this dealership for service.The entire place is very clean and well organized. The staff is curteous and friendly. Nick Ruelas, service writer, is great.I took a test drive in a new Kia Niro and the sales associate, Terry Wright was super nice, regardless of the fact that I explained I wont be able to shop for a new car before the years end.Highly recommended. To make this review fair... we worked only with the parts department, and they were horrible.The man who helped us, not only wasnt helpful, he hung up on us. He gave us incorrect information about a part and we had a WAY better experience calling the Roseville kia dealer, much more helpful and knowledgeable.Good luck!
My 2018 kia broke down and all I got was a customer service voicemail leave your message we will call you back. Never did I was car less for 2 whole days till I finaling call Yuba City Kia believe it or not I got a live customer no recordings. Paul Blanco is a joke when it comes to customer service..
Do not buy your car through this dealship. The service department is an absolute joke. Nobody listens to your requests. Also the management has horrible customer service, hang up on me when I am trying to tell you that you messed up something on my car, then slam the phone in my face. Dealship is terrible drive somewhere else to buy your next car, you will thank me later. For now I will try my luck somewhere else.
I would give them zero stars if possible. The communication at this shop is HORRIBLE. Dont hold your breath for a return call either. Every time you call the person is either at lunch or with a customer, you leave a message and never get a return call. You ask for a manager and are told they are in a meeting or not in the office.I took my car to get fixed 2 separate times. I could never get a straight answer from anyone and every time I asked them to fix something under my warranty they would charge me out of pocket before they would call the company to even see if it was covered. They are running quite a scam there. This is the closest Kia Dealership to me, but in the future I will make the hour drive to Roseville to get my car worked on.This is one of the most unprofessional and un-courteous businesses I have ever dealt with. Dont waste your time, money, or sanity dealing with Gewekes service department. Not only have they lost my business, but when I go to buy a new car in December I will be looking elsewhere.

Everytime I have to take my car in to be serviced there is an issue. Got it back and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Took it in today and by the time I got back home the airbag light comes on! Guy at the desk was not helpful. We will NEVER buy another vehicle from here. Incompetent staff just in a hurry to clock out.
Well we r trying to use our car as a trade in vehicle. The main person we were working with had to leave early so we were passed over to the sales manager. I have tried to call him multiple times for the past 2 days to find out the status. I have called and left messages and also called the other sales persons we were speaking with and have not received a return call yet. If i receive a call back and actually speak to someone I may change my review, until then its a 1 star for now.

The only thing that really upset me and annoyed me was getting my car and there was water all over it like they washed it but did not dry it at all there was drops of water all around n when I tried to dry it later on they had dry and it left stains of the water all around my car it looked horrible I was very upset and I had to wash it again.
