They weren’t the best quality nails and I got my skin pinched a lot with the scissors when she was cutting for a coffin shape. I was planning on paying with card but the woman doing my nails saw I had cash and insisted I pay that way (the cash was meant to be given to a cousin for their birthday) and then kept a tip for herself without allowing me the opportunity to give it myself. I was planning on tipping regardless but found it odd she did it herself. Really don’t plan on coming back here.

Terrible experience! $50 for a full set with gel. Ridiculously expensive compared to other places in town. The girl did my nails really thick and kept arguing with me it wasnt the nails, it was the polish that was thick. So I had her change the color and start over. Not only were they STILL super thick, but she left some of the old color under and you could see it under the new color. She also definitely had an attitude because I asked her to re-do them and they still looked terrible. On top of that, they ask how much youre going to tip them while theyre charging your card which I think is in poor taste. Never going back!

Absolutely disliked the service. I asked if the nail tech was going to finish shaping my nails and she said later. But she never came back to shape them. Not to mention I spent around two hours for nails that were done terribly wrong. I don’t recommend this place at all not even if you are in desperate need. Not worth the long wait for horrible nails.

My best friend recommended I come here with her. I also brought my grandma to get her nails done too. I had a great experience there.

Well my wife and I walked in today and none of the 3 ladies came up front to welcome us in. One just yelled from the sitting position she was in to tell is Im busy come back later nope... you just lost our business... 2 manicures & pedicures forever!

I was referred by a friend that loves this place, Idk if I caught them on an off day or what but my service was horrible, nails were not shaped evenly or the way I asked for. The technician couldnt do the simple color design I asked for. Will not go bk.

Love the experiance the woman who did my nails was super nice. She was a very nice and caring.

The ladies working there were nice, no big complaints on that, worst manicure ever tho, I wanted not to, I tried not to leave a bad review but had to. Today marks a week since my service and I will have to get another gel manicure. Cuticles not removed properly, gel polish not even close to the sides of my nail or too close to where it is now going to peel if I tug it, bubbles . I asked the girl to fix it and she did not. My pedi was alright, she trimmed my toes too short but eh, they will grow back. Another thing that I have to mention is the fact that when I was done and ready to pay, she gave me a total of $65 for gel mani and a pedi and asked how much to charge my card, I said $70, she looked at me and says $70????? I looked at her and said : 75 whatever. She basically demanded a higher tip, I was in good spirits so I wasnt gonna argue, it left a bad taste in my mouth, first you do a poor job and then demand a bigger tip? She was lucky I even considered a $5 tip. At the end of the day, I do not have to get my nails done there, I will find another salon, but they need good customers and good reviews. Don’t ever go to VN nails in Yuba City by Walmart. Most disgusting place w rude ppl. Not only did i have nail polish on my skin but they use like a tablespoon of wax in bag the put on your feet. When they put the hot towel around you they barely wrap your legs and miss your feet. The towels they use are so dingy and gross and look like they haven’t been washed in years. This happen to both me and my friend that went. Don’t go there!

Anyone reading this, I beg you please do not to go here for your own safety. My wife went to remove her acrylic nails, the nail tech cut her pinky finger open and then tore off HALF of her REAL NAIL on her ring finger...she left with both hands bleeding and she is now missing half a nail and her finger has been bleeding for two days....the woman who did this was rude and looked like she had no idea what she was doing...she was yelling and i had absolutely no idea what she was saying....THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!

Ive also brought in a couple friends to try out the place and they absolutely loved their nails and the customer service. I refuse to go anywhere else.Thanks Salon .

HORRIBLE i mean HORRIBLE! I went in for a full set and the nails are uneven and all different shapes! Nail polish was slapped on! Hairs all in it just all around horrible! If I were you I wouldn’t even step in this salon.
