Came here to get my nails done not only did they listen to how I wanted them they also did an amazing job I am impressed been other places and wasnt to happy. I will definitely be going back here as they are awesome and they listen to what you want and how you want them.

The worst nail salon I’ve ever been to, by far. Not only was the man rough when he was removing my set, but he was rude and careless. The nail filer he used on me was dirty and on its last life. He also did my manicure in about 5 minutes. The color was inconsistent, splotchy, and chipped within the next two hours. Also watch out for upcharging. I witnessed them charging a girl $10 more for the same service I had received. Scummy place.

I got a pedicure done on Friday and its great! I went back on Monday to get a manicure, acrylics, and gel polish. I choose the same color I had on my toes but now its a shade darker, one of my nails are on crooked, I have a dip by my cuticle, one of the acrylics are over my cuticle and a nail popped off and I just got these done 6 days ago. I sit. Im not active with my hands Im home all day and watch shows

I would not recommend coming here, my nails are crooked, the white is all uneven and she drilled so far down that it looks like I need a fill. I’d say if you need a fill and there is nothing else available WAIT your nails will looks worse then when you walked in

My very first experience was that as soon as I entered the door was a big smile which is very important...everyone is very friendly sweet ....the best n lowest price in yuba city ..best pedicure hot Rock massage,paraffin wax ..Very good treatment you not going to regret any single bit of it . I really enjoyed my visit with them ☺...

I use to go here for my pedicures and acrylic nails when I was pregnant and they did a good job I went today Monday 05/10/21 and I was disappointed on the acrylic nails, I asked for a very simple design but the como is very off it was supposed to be a nude color with a red but the “nude” gel polis is a very peach color and it’s doesn’t look good with the red also they left they very bumpy, I hoping I can go back tomorrow to get them fix and hoping they don’t charge me extra. The pedicure was amazing though my boyfriend and I got the $40 pedicure and it was really good they took their time and the massage was really nice I love the hot wax and hot rocks they use

Didnt do my nails how i wanted and not even having them done 3 days they came off i paid almost 60 for my set to be ugly and fall off hella quick would not recommend this place thought theyd last me awhile but nope they already fell off also outta all places Ive been to they were extremely ruff and made my cuticles bleed and burn

My first time at this salon and although the lady was very nice I will not be returning. I will start with the positives of my experience; the salon was clean and the nail tech was very friendly. It was a Monday afternoon and I was the only customer so I got full attention. But unfortunately my basic manicure took 50 minutes because she kept pausing to rant about the business rent and random fees she was unaware of on her latest statement. She even pulled out her billing statement to go over each part. The entire conversation was her complaining about this. She did a fairly decent job at the manicure despite leaving polish on my cuticles but I was less than happy with the overall experience.

I went in with a group for a pedi and the place was clean, they attended part of our group which I understand because of the amount of people working there. We went for my niece’s birthday. They kept telling her to soak her feet even though she told them the water was too hot. After telling like 3 different people, they adjusted it. The liner they put in there fell off while she was soaking her feet so they just took it off. I’ve been to other places where they don’t remove it until they’re completely done with your feet. They removed them hallway through and had us soak our feet again. The prices were confusing because they say one price then say it will be $10 more for gel. They kept trying to get us to get the most expensive one, at $50. After asking several times what the difference was, they’d vaguely point to signs on the wall facing outside the business and say we use that. I got it and it was, in my opinion not worth the extra $10. They just added a tingly exfoliating gel and wipe it off, then top it off with a tingly lotion. That was it. My niece left very unhappy because she didn’t get the color she wanted on her toes, they painted them the exact same color of her skin and they settled with painting over the top coat with white. So her toes looked too thick and splotchy. They didn’t ask her what shape she wanted her new set to be, and they were left bumpy and patchy as well. She left with a coffin shape when she wanted a square shape. She told them and they got mad again and said it was too late.. The skin around my toe nails still have polish on them from my pedi, but if I paid $50, he should’ve removed it. He painted one of my toe nails a little over halfway so my nail looks way smaller than it is. He missed a few spots and clearly didn’t want to be there by the way he kept ignoring us. The massages were nice but I didn’t really feel listened to.The last time I went to get my nails done, the lady who did my nails started bleeding from her hand and kept doing my nails. She got blood on the files and kept going! I told her and she said it was ok because her hands are so dry they crack and bleed. Which, again I understand but it is a sanitation thing, not an understanding thing. I had an appointment and when I went, she had someone in my seat and had just started a full set, so I had to wait an extra 45 minutes even though she knew I was coming for her.

Ladies are great. My daughter and I always feel pampered when we get our pedicures and manicure s. Professional and friendly.

I was dissatisfied with my visit they didn’t have any brown. they took at least 2 hours to get the shape i never wanted

I went in with my granddaughter Sept 17th 2020. My pedicure was great .. and they did great on my 5 year old granddaughters feet and hands, but when it game to my nails I got a full acrylic gel set one lady started them while I was getting my pedicure she was doing nice job then had to go take care of another customer while I finished my pedicure.. so the lady who did my pedicure finished my nails. She didnt seem to understand me when I was telling her she wasnt coving the whole nail with either the acrylic or gel polish. She just kept saying yeah yeah. She cute three of my fingers and because she didnt cover them all the way it looks like I put on little kids stick on nails with pretty polish on them. I am very unhappy and I am returning later today Sept 18 2020 when they open to have them fix them and I expect it to be done at no cost to me... I will update after my revisit.

I called and ask to take off my acrylic nails and put on normal nail paint they said 10$ over the phone and took more money in person didn’t even put the nail paint on when ask they said its gonna be 8$ more to paint umm. Very poor service not going back again. Now i know why people don’t go to them.

I love the people and how nice they are. they are gentle but they twisted my fingers and it really hurt. But i loved the final result and think they did better than my last two appointments.

Gina’s nail salon has been my favorite place for 7 years now. They have always been professional, clean and quick since I’ve been coming here.

The employees here are very nice and friendly. They accept walk-ins and the wait time is not long at all. The nail salon is clean and provide a comfortable atmosphere. I really like going to this place.

To start off with i took myself and my granddaughter to have a special day. We wanted a mani and a pedi. The guy who was giving me a pedi did an excellent job on me but barely spoke english. I only mention that because somehow he managed to do some add ons like gel for my granddaughter which ended up costing $45. Mind you, my granddaughter sat in the pedi chair for close to 45 mins before anyone got to her. Other clients that just came thru the door were serviced first. After my pedi i had to race to sit down at the mani chair because again i sat there and waited for them to call me over but instead were having other ppl sit down to get their manis. I showed the gentleman what i wanted and he starts to do my nails but was going very quickly. My nails looked horrible. They had bubbles, dents, polish looked like it was running. My nails had spaces from the cuticle part which looked like i needed a fill already. He starts doing the design i asked for and my polish hasnt even dried. The designs were different on one hand. When i complained the gentleman became angry and was yelling and telling me he had 30 years exoerience. I sat there another 30 mins and had him fix my nails but he still did an awful job. At the end of it he and the other employees would not do the design i wanted.My bill was $95. No discount, no free mani offered, no apology. It was worse than im even writing.

Most of the nail techs do a very consistent job though each tech has their.own individual talents. There always seems to be some resistance if not happy with any particular element, be it length, shape, thickness and even color. I have asked if I could make an appt for a specific tech but have been told no on two separate occasions yet have seen them do so for other clients. Very frustrating but it could be a language barrier. The personal chitchat between techs, the personal phone calls all while working with clients is definitely rude but one gets what they pay for

Their staff does an excellent job on feels regular pedicures deluxe pedicures and the one thing that I really like about this place they do not do a hard up cell that really it makes me crazy and I go into the store and I can relax

I hate my nails so much. I asked the lady to shape them coffin shaped and ended up with some octagon and some squared nails I asked for her to take off my nails and start over she refused because she said she didnt know how and they would not do ombre because she said to many people complain about how ombre nails look. She convinced me she could not do any of the things I asked and I should have walked away but she had already started on my nails. Then she stood there with her hand out expecting a tip. I officially hate my nails so bad I want to chew my fingers off👎👎👎👎

I only gave 2 stars because Lisa does a great job on my eyebrows besides that I would never get nothing else done there...Nailpolish was on the sides of my fingers and all in my cuticles. I asked for coffin shape instead of being honest letting me know she didnt know how to do that she messed up my nails then got mad because I told her thats wrong.It was just a terrible experience there I would just keep getting my eyebrows done there and nothing else.!

Horrible. They cannot speak english. Had gel nails done and hated them. No manicure nailpolish is already away from cuticle. Polish is a changing color polish i thought they were putting a different color on. Charged a ridiculous amount for the job cindy did. I hate my nails and wouldnt gi back there ever!

This place is bad. I went with a girlfriend I got a full set and a pedicure she got a mani/pedi and we both were so disappointed. They did a horrible job on both of us. Totally rushed us. I got cut on three fingers while getting my full set and when my friend asked for them to clean up the manicure the lady was totally bitchy. My nails look nice but my fingers are super cut up. Looks so tacky.We will never go back.

Horrible service.. Im now, two days later going else to have pay 35 plus a ten dollar tip to have others actually do my pedi ... dont go here!

My Dad got to the point he could barely bend over. They served him well. Took care of his toe nails.

Horrible I was a little sick when I got my nails done and so basically I have not done anything but lay down I didnt got them or nothing 2 nails came off in the first 4 days Im so disappointed and never ever going there again they didnt even do the nails how I wanted them he basically did whatever he wanted Im very upset and they wouldnt even let me g et them fixed.
