The lady Cindy that did my pedicure was very attentive and she was very nice good conversation she did a good job on my pedicure and it was very relaxing I will definitely be going back

Love this Place!! When I usually get my manicure my nails would hurt afterwards. Cindy did an amazing job. She was so detailed and patient. Michelle and another woman did my pedicure it was heavenly. I did the lavender pedi. So relaxing. I will definitely be going back. Thank you!!

I only gave it one star because you have to in order to leave a review. What kind of a place turns away paying customers I went there today and was told that I would have to go back to the mall where I got them done before and was unhappy with the work but now im unhappy with this place even more because that is horrible service I wouldnt recommend this place at all. Thank you I will take my money elsewhere.

Well I got my nails done on Friday the lady who did my nails did a poor job I went back today 10/11 and I told her that I was unhappy with the quality of the nail polish I was willing to pay to get them repainted and the lady said no one was at the salon who would be able to do my nails I was never offered another appointment to come back another day, so now I have to pay at another salon for the horrible job they did. they have a high turnover in employees every time I go there is a different nail tech I would reconsider coming here I will no longer be coming back.

So this man had the audacity to tell me what he gave me is usually$180 but he charged $100. He had me fd up. Dont go there ladies.

Wow! Ive just moved here. Ive had my nails done at three salons prior to coming here. I found my new salon! Amazing tech. Lots of colors to choose from.

Ask for the nail GUY he is amazing. No pain works with you to get exactly what you want. Patient with customers that change their minds. And my nails look perfect their straight, pretty, thin, and he actually listened when I said I wanted short for work purposes. To many times salons go with what they think is best not what your paying for. This place is perfect :)

Did a really terrible job painting. Missed a lot of spots and my nails are still rough. I do a better job at home. Plus they insisted on having me take off my anklet and it disappeared. All around poor experience.

I felt rushed. I paid for the $45 Tropical citrus pedicure gel and didnt get the 10-minute massage, more like 4 min. Usually, I feel relaxed, but I felt like I just got ripped off since they raised the prices. My toenail was uneven, and she kept trying to make my feet do the impossible.Note to shop: Take your time

Great prices and great work. Sophia has been taking care of me for many years. It does get busy sometimes so if you expect to walk in and not have to wait when busy just give them a call they are always happy to tell you when to come in for no wait.Micro blading eye brows and lashes are amazingAs well.

I wont go back again. The females need to fix their attitude. Out of all the nail places Ive been to in my life, Ive never felt uncomfortable until I went to K V Nails. Defiantly a tense atmosphere. The Guy was nice, and did a decent job.

Very bad service. My daughter was there for two hrs all so she wouldn’t get her nails done. They kept getting other people before her. Not a happy mother when u see ur 18 year old who is trying to become an independent young lady. This just puts her down as it is she didn’t want to go by her self.

Appointed made. I was on time. Told the lady would be 30 mins till she would be in. I was quoted $40 and the sign advertised $35. I left and came back in 30 minutes. Waited 15 more mins for a total of 45 minutes past my scheduled appt. I had time to read reviews and felt lucky to have gotten out without service. Rude women. Dirty unkept place. I sat next to the trash that was supposed to be taken out! Dont settle for a cheap price, pay for quality. Studio 622 next door is my next stop. Clean and nice people there.What a sad experience, I so looked forward to lashes today. Now I feel soooooo fortunate. Whew, sad to lucky. All in 45 mins.

The lady did a sloppy job on my full set and put gelll on my nails didnt ask if i wanted it so she charged me more for it with out asking me if i wanted it and i get home and one nail is already lifted wouldnt be surprised if they start falling off in a week or two. Wont come back here or recommend to anyone.

Bad service i just got my nails done and they started coming off same with the eye lashes they say they last a month, not true. Not only that the glue is bad for the eyes this people need to be shut down asap😠

I’ve never felt more uncomfortable while at a business like this😣 The lady’s are very rude, especially the lady that does her work near the Payment desk😡 She repeatedly stopped doing my nails to text😑 Will not be coming here anymore and going to Gina’s nails now‼️

KV NAILS HAS VERY POOR TIME MANAGEMENT! I have been a steady customer for over two years. In the last few months EVERY time I come in Im told to wait 30 minutes which turns into an hour. I decided i should make appointments to avoid this inconvenient waste of my time. Upon arrival for my 930 am appointment today I was told to come back at 1130 am. I checked back in at 1100 am just to see if they were ready. This time she yelled you wait 1130 come back. Ok, so I come back at 1130, and was totally ignored. I said Excuse me, how much longer will it be? I was told just a few minutes. It is now 1208 and she is not yet finished working on the customer she was working on when I came in for my 930 am appointment. My pedicure began at 1220 pm. The ONLY reason I have put up with this, at all, is because Tuin (not sure of the spelling of her name because her license is not conspicuously posted) does the best pedicure I have ever had. I will talk to them to see if they can actually honor future appointment times. If not, it is time to go elsewhere. To be fair. Tuin does apologize for the wait, and has a really sweet disposition. They all work very hard, but they need to work on their time management. I have heard this complaint from others as well. I would give a 5 star rating based on the quality of the pedicure alone. Tuin s skill level is unsurpassed - second to none.

Had the worse experience with their cluster eyelash extensions, after two weeks of having them on, they started to fall off and I had none of my natural eyelashes left. Ive been using disposable eyelashes temporarily and castol oil to help with the regrowth. Never will I recommend anyone to get them done here.

Do not come here for lashes, every single time I come here, she is at least 30 to 40 min late, no phone call or text, very annoying!
