Great pedicure service!! Massage was the best Ive ever gotten in Yuba City so far!

I have been here many many times for either manicure, pedicure or waxing. I have always had great experiences. They always do an exceptional job.

Love this place, first time, they are all so sweet.

Completely over priced and took advantageof my young nice and charged her $60 when I have a friend who pays $30. The quality of work that was done is really bad. Very frustrating that we cant simply get quality work for our money.

Amazing people and Amazing job every time

They got us in quickly being that only four people were working but when asked if they could fix a nail they clipped that was crooked she was very aggressive and dismissive! They charged us for a mask they were requiring we wear and got upset when asked to do a job thoroughly that was being paid for, completely quite the whole experience until we made a comment about the job not being done right. Then they quickly being to chat amongst themselves!! Will not go back! I told her she kissed the side of my nail she mocked me”you missed the side” with no expression

Not too busy. Friendly. I think my paint on fingernails couldve been a little better but over pretty good

They do a great job. Very clean, they sterilize their instruments which I’m very big on that. ! Professional I love this place. I highly recommend them. Mike and Wendy are fantastic!

Been going to them for over 7 years and they are the best !!!! Even when I moved to Sacramento I drove out here to them .

I got my nails done today with my friend. We both wanted the same thing (red sparkly and one silver/white sparkly on the ring finger) the lady refused to put those colors on my friend and did the colors that she was pleased with. And then tried telling the guy that was doing my nails that he needed to do those colors on me even tho I didnt want them. He ended up doing the color I wanted then randomly going over it with a color he wanted. Both of our nails are messed up as in thick (feels like there is weights on our fingers) already chipping and we both got gel fake nails (which shouldnt chip!!) the workers were rude and going fast. They got mad at us when we asked questions or said can you please file that one straight? And when he told me the price I was shocked. They were $40 when on the wall it said 35. And when I asked about that he denied what the wall said. I dont really know what to do. But Im definitely never going back there again all they want is money and they dont care how your nails look and that isnt good costumer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON!

I went to get my toes done and I put my sandals beside me the man who I got throw my sandals and acted like nothing happened. Overall he did an good job but throwing my sandals made me give them a lower grade. Because that is not respectful.

They removed my old gel polish and prepped my nails (good job, overall), but only then asled me to choose a new color from a very limited range. I found only one that i liked, then was told they didnt have that one. I picked one of the less obnoxious colors, but could only live with it for a day before painting over it at home with regular polish. I quickly understood why they stripped my nails before showing me the color choices. I would have left.

Amazing job! Probably fifth time there. I always try to get the older guys because they are nice and they never rush on my nails not like how they did to my younger sister where her nails were kind of rushed. Overall I will be coming back! FYI this is my experience so far and they are also always busy.

I really want to get my nail done right u call the almost 10000 times they don’t answer and they say we have to call them to get your nails done and we calll them so much times they don’t answer

I went on on my Monday with a friend of my. As soon as we got there my friend was sited but I had to wait 30 minutes just because Im a guy and when I said I wanted Acrylics all 4 workers said so you want a Many care I was like no I said I want fake nails. They were so rude to me and also didnt do the colors I wanted in the being. The same thing happened to my friend she got the wrong colors as well.I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!

I watched how they cleaned their pedicure tubs and they used nothing but hot water and dawn. Not even some bleach. Thats against California law if Im not mistaken and just plain nasty! When I went to get a full set I showed them pictures of the shape I wanted (coffin) and they gave me square and then cut them shorter. Even before he applied the Acrylic I mentioned the shape was not what I wanted, he insisted he could fix it. Obviously he wasnt able to so I left angry as hell, with uneven nails, and 45$ out. Update: I went again with the older lady that sits in the front...just as bad! She made me leave her table because she was talking to some lady that had just gotten there. When I asked if she maybe had an appt she said no but that she always is the one to do her nails. How rude! Never going here again. People save your money!!! Go some where clean and where they actually care for their clients

Usually very happy with pedicures from KT Nails but today I went to have my fingernails filled with UV light gel. I had a gel manicure put on for a wedding at salon in RIverside, Ca. on May 7th and was extremely happy. It lasted over a month, today 6/19, with a little glitter and clear coat used to cover grow out.The application of the gel at KT is not over entire nail, has bumps where it pooled on side of my nails, uneven thickness, and wrong color (not what I asked for).The nail tech seemed unhappy to be doing my nails, couldnt understand me when I told her about the issues above, and charged me more than quoted on phone.

Friendly staff and no complaints with their work.

A little concerned about sanitation compliance, but was basically clean and they were nice.

No consideration of time. If someone needs to be waxed... you can wait while the waxing is done. Should be 1st come 1st served!

Well I been here before and they put my nail all wrong and we’re so rude so I called today and I wanted to see how much money the gel nail was and I forgot to ask gel so I tried to call them back they didn’t anzwer and then I called again the guy yelled and said I already told you and I was like no I meant to say gel then he yelled 40

I WOULDNT EVEN HAVE GIVEN THEM A STAR BUT HAD TO OTHERWISE I COULDNT HAVE POST THIS I WILL NEVER GO TO THESE PEOPLE AGAIN THEY RUINED MY EYEBROWS AND WHEN I SAID SOMETHING TO THE LADY SHE YELLED IN MY FACE WAIT I FIX FOR YOU BESIDES SHAVING THEM OFF THERE IS NO FIXING THEM SO I REFUSED TO PAY AND LEFT. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!
