Great experience.... got my nails and toes done... amazing prices and fantastic work...

Nice work done well and fast but also carefully. A little bit packed in though. Not much opportunity for social distancing in the waiting area and pedicure foot bath areas.Update I broke one of my nails day after I got them done Im not sure if it was the acrylics fault or not but oh well.

Love it here. Ana is the best. I brought in a picture and she couldnt do the design . She admitted it and created something better. I left so happy. Thank you‼️

Waist of money. I went in to get french tips as my usual lady was out of town. The layer of acrilic and gel was far too thin. I asked for coffin & I recieved an oval shape. The day after is when the first nail broke. My boyfriend had handed me his laptop and the nail tip went flying off. It snapped off so half my nail is missing, and i wont be able to get my nails done for a while. I got these done of friday, and now it is wednesday (5 days) and this morning I was brushing my hair as another two snapped off. I know you have to be careful with acrilics, as I have worn them for three years, but it is unexpected for them to be breaking off five days after as if youve had them on for weeks. If i wanted this quality might as well go get press on nails from wallgreens. Now the beds of my nails are destroyed, a total waste of $40.

I got my nails done He gave me the wrong shape and when she like cut the nails to do my shape for one she cut off half of the whole nail the AKerlick iws not smooth out half of my nail is not even color with a Kerlick and it is colored in the wrong color and one of the worst experience at Nelson I ever had I had to pay over 60$ for a trust said I can send pictures to anyone who wants to see she cut me with the drill twice on just doing them than my sizes are not right she squish my fingers and honestly one of the worst experience I’ve ever had enough salon very unprofessional

An older lady helped me and she was very rude. When I chose the color I wanted for my nails, she was insistent on making them a different color that I did not like.

Kathy did a great job on my nails. I was referred by a friend who gets her nails done by Kathy and keeps getting fills instead of full sets because Kathy did such a good job putting them on the first time.

Had my nails done there twice this week. I was not happy with them originally but went back to have them fixed and the other lady did an amazing job.

Not even 1 star. Horrible service. Just went in to do regular polish only. The man that did my nails asked me for the money up front before he even started. I didnt see them asking anyone else. He put polish on me and didnt even clean me up or anything. First and last time going there. I rather travel for better care. Seems like the girl next to me wasnt happy at all either.

Today was one of the best salon experiences I’ve had. The staff was cheery and sweet. They were easy going and knowledgeable. My nail technician was thorough and fun. She had ideas for my nails that matched my skin tone and took her time making sure to ask if I liked what she’s had done. The environment is clean and the tools are well sanitized. I’ll be going back quite frequently.

I always stick with the same lady she is GREAT!!! Shelly says a nice jobs shes good at painting things on nails the whole place there is awesome you can get different pedicure packages different manicure packages they have a lot of nail polish!

Customer service was excellent the ladies were kind and helped us promptly. They were able to do exactly what I asked for on my nails. I would definitely come again and recommend to other people.

First time I went in, I had the worst experience ever. The owner was nice but one of the employees was rude and had no customer service at all. The owner told me to seat in the middle with this girl short hair. So I walked and when I pull the chair out the girl in a rude way say move I have someone here I haven’t call you. So I say can you please try to be nice and stop been rude. This woman told me to leave n she say “well than leave or have someone else help you” it’s sad 😞 to see how rude people are especially before Christmas 🎄 I wish them the best. Unfortunately I never coming back and I’m won’t recommend it to anyone.

They do a good job on nails, BuT they need to make sure they love what they do went there and the lady was acting weird and mad because I ask her to put some stones on my nails and I show her a pic as how I want them to look and all they were talking on their language and making some mad faces and at the end this guy came up to us and made a f.. face to us that day was horrible, never experience something like that! I pay for what I want not for what they want to do on me 😡

Very hit and miss! Theyre very friendly and they have a great selection of gel colors but they seem to be out of stock for the majority of them, which is kinda frustrating! The last 3 times Ive gone Ive had to pick a different color because they were out.. The last time I had to repick my color 3 times and I felt that they were getting impatient with me, which is Not my favorite! Hopefully they will see this review and replenish their stock of colors!

I was really looking forward to getting my nails done for the first time in years. I was letdown tremendously. When I politely pointed out something I wanted done differently the nail tech became irritated with me. After the lady finished and I had left the store I realized that the majority of the sides of my nails hadn’t been painted. There were parts where the Gel finish hadn’t even been applied. I had to go back and have her apply a second coat. Unfortunately, I’m not very pleased.

The nails are usually right, but the service is TERRIBLE. I have been lied to, yelled at, charged extra for one nail being a different color. Ive been getting my nails done for 20 years and Ive NEVER had worse service. I drive all the way to Roseville now to get mine done. Its worth it to avoid these people.

Please don’t EVER go here!!! They are so rude and don’t care about there customers. My sister and I went there yesterday to get pedicures and the workers were so rude too us! The lady doing my sisters toes pulled on her foot so bad that it made her whole foot swollen. Then as we are standing in line getting ready to pay my sister drops her baby’s bottle. So she sat her stuff on the chair so that we could get some towels and clean it up. The lady at the front then took her stuff off of the chair and threw it on the ground and said “move move” while throwing the mat on her freshly painted toes. All I wanted was a refund for the way that they treated both me and my sister and the owner Chaw couldn’t even do that. Such a horrible experience and I advise nobody to come here to get there nails or toes done.

I go to this salon every month for my acrylics and they never dissatisfy me. They’re really sweet and prices aren’t bad at all. My nails always last long as well when i go to this salon.

Zero stars. Not happy with the service. First of all, I got a pedicure and the lady cut my nails very short when I asked her not to do them short and just shape them. My toe was bleeding and I told her that hurts and its bleeding & she just said no blood and continued to hurt me. My friend had a bad experience as well, the guy that was doing her nails was upset and talking to others in their own language - he was basically yelling. . We ended up paying a lot of money for nothing as she did not even do her manicure correctly. Will not go back. Feels like they rush you so they can see the next person. I had an appointment and they saw me 30 minutes later. So unprofessional.

They have a really nice place, great service, friendly staff and prices that cant be beat. I would highly recommend and do recommend to everyone.

Had a horrible experience here. I had my nails done for a football game. They couldnt do the design I wanted. I picked a design and she told me it would not look good. Then she cut my nails too short. After she was done with everything I noticed my nails were sticky. I told her about it, and she rudely told me all you have to do is get a cotton ball and wipe them. I was very upset with this experience. After paying for a pedi and getting my and my daughters nails done. I would think I could of had good service. But nope! Going back to the only place I will be going to Eva nails & spa

Definitely had a great experience, the place is under new management. I cam in as a walk in. And I had no Idea but a lady that walked out as soon as I walked in was manager. Well I was looking fot some season nail techs. And I guess they called her back to do my nails. So I told her perviously I had bad pedis here and she told me that she will make my experience better. So I got my pedi. And then later I found out she was manager lol. She did such and awesome job and so sweet. She also put me on game about my nails on my hands and I learned something. Definitely will be making appointments with her❤️❤️.

If I wanted my gel manicure picked and scraped off I would have done it myself. Completely ruined my nails. I got soak off gel polish for a reason. Never going back.

Made appointment for two manicures and pedicures.. so disappointed, the guy who did me was rude, sloppy, rushed, and did not do full service correctly. No lotion, no cuticle oil, my arms and hands are ashy and my nails filed crooked.. the Polish has lumps and he only used one coat.. overcharged me for an incomplete service. Going to notify state board as well as call manager and demand refund.. such poor customer service

Of all the places Ive gone in Yuba and Rocklin, I keep going back to them. I recommend it!
