Excellent customer service. My fiancé bought my engagement ring here its very beautiful. They called to follow up on the purchase and make sure the ring fit well and that we were happy with it. They insisted we come into the store to check the ring, we did and they have us a really nice gift bag and gift certificate for wedding bands and super cute cup that says future Mrs. Crossley.

Great personal service. They helped me design my own earrings just the way I liked them! Doors are locked. Show ID to get in due to security issues. Still very friendly and personable.

I took my wedding set to be repaired at Pooles Jewelers expecting to leave it to obtain the repairs. They were able to repair and clean my rings in approximately 15 minutes! All the staff were extremely friendly and the young lady who waited on me was very helpful. The charge for the repair was minimal-much less than I expected. I was pleased with my experience. I will use their services again if necessary and recommend them to my friends.

Excellent service from start to finish. Went to another shop in town to have a flask engraved for Christmas. They said we dont have anything to hold that, sorry and walked to the office in the back of the shop. No hi, no bye, no nothing. I panicked and said to myself Pooles can get it done and I drove straight there. They were polite, told me they could build something to hold it and it would be ready in about 4 days as they were very busy. Two days later i received a call and a text indicating it was done. It turned out beautifully, they even wrapped it for me. I have always experienced excellent service and received phenomenal pricing at this Jeweler.. Silly me, will not go anywhere else from now on. It doesnt get any better than Pooles, dont waste your time spinning your wheels elsewhere. Make your first and last stop Pooles Jewelers in Yuba City! Thanks again.

I have been in Pooles multiple times over the last couple years as has my husband. From the first experience they had us wowed by their amazing customer service and how helpful each staff person was. We continue to go here because we are made to feel important. No matter how small of a sale we are, we are treated as though its a high dollar sale. They go above and beyond and spend the extra time helping you with any need you may have. They remember who we are when we walk in the door and are always wearing a smile. Poole’s Jewelers has been helping my family for years. The store is emaculate, and beautiful. They have a great selection to cover all your jewelry needs. Most important they treat you so friendly, while still being professional. I’ve had jewelry repaired, just recently and I must say they did a gorgeous job, they do it on site, which I loved. I’ve also purchased from them and it was always a great experience. If you need to purchase or if you have a repair, then they are simply the best!!

I cannot not say enough kind words about Pooles Jewelers and their wonderful staff. Shawna and the team went above and behind for me today to repair a missing diamond on my ring prior to a trip. They had muring in and out of the store within a couple of hours. I stopped by to get a new battery for my watch. The customer service was out of this world. The prices are more than fair. They treat you well no matter how small of service you are buying. She took her time with me and explained questions I had about my earrings. Then cleaned my ring, my earrings and gave me a bottle of jewelry cleaner! They have been in business for almost 100 years, and now I see why! I would highly recommend this store!!

Well I MUST say I am impressed!! I was referred to POOLES Jewelers for repair and cleaning of my ring by a friend (I have not lived in this area but only for a few years and have not had to have any repairs done until the day after Christmas). SO I went into Pooles and was greeted by Anthony as I walked up to the counter. Question #1. Do you do repairs on site or send them out.Answer, On site! Question #2. Does your person know how to work on Black Hills Gold? You see NOT everyone knows about working on Black Hills Gold. (I learned from past experience). Answer, Yes! Anthony assured me YES!! OK I TOOK THE CHANCE!! I left my ring and was expecting them to have it 14 days. BUT to my surprise they called me 2 days later and I have my wedding ring of 47 years BACK!! It hasnt looked this good and shiny in a long time. THANK YOU POOLES and ANTHONY for the quick work and my BEAUTIFUL ring!!!

I approached Pooles about custom making a wedding set using my grandmothers stones. In spite of the difficulty of one of the stones being large and odd shaped, Jeff designed a wonderful piece that was exactly what I had envisioned. The staff there is knowledgeable and friendly and couldnt have been more helpful. I have absolutely no regrets using Pooles and would recommend them to anyone.

After 40 years as a nurse I don’t wear much jewelry. But I wanted nice earrings for my daughters wedding. They had just what I wanted.

I went in to the store for the first time to get lobster claw problem of a 14 karat chain.They were so nice and estimate charge was $ 10.Went back few days later all fixed and was ready to pay.Gentlemen said, “ It’s complimentary. No charge!”I was greatful to get this fixed here locally in Yuba City and they didn’t even charge me.I plan to take few of my jewelry to see if they can redesign.Thank you!
