I called around for price checking. I have a number of suit jackets and slacks that I need altered. She was considerably more affordable than the other places I called. I brought in 2 jackets and a pair of slacks to get started. When she told me they would be ready in 3 days, I was impressed. Others wanted 2 to 3 weeks. She called to check in with me. The work was outstanding. And she is nice to speak to. I brought in more work for her and recommended her to a coworker.

Ann was a sweet lady with great experience. She took into account our need to have our alterations done quickly. Work was done on time and done well. I will certainly go back for other alterations.

The first time I used Anas I was impressed. Then I took her 4 large pillow cases to sew. She took 6 weeks and charged $75. Ouch. But I tried again with a Lindy Bop dress I had purchased that was much too big (but was going to cost $80 to ship back to the UK). She said it would take one week. I gave her 2 before I went back to check. This went on from June to November!!!! 5 months it took for me to get my dress done! And never once was I rude, did I throw a fit- maybe I should have- but I was patient and there was not any event I needed the dress for. They did not charge me.I wasnt ever going to use her again but people kept telling me how unusual that was and how much they love her work. So I got suckered. Now, when I walked in they remembered me. You would think that then they would go above and beyond. But no. I dropped another dress off last week and was told it would be done Wednesday. I made it clear I need it for a wedding on Saturday. I went in on Thursday. Not done.Wasnt ready until Friday.Do not count on Ana.

Great price and fast turnaround

I dropped off Thursday asking to have my dress done by Saturday. She said pick up a little before they closed at 3. I called her on Saturday asking if my dress was done at 12 pm she said it wasnt and she was still working on it, but that she was closing early. She said she would call me before she left so I could pick up and SHE NEVER CALLED. So I show up at 2 anyways and she is closed. I wouldnt have left my dress with her if I wasnt able to get it fixed or not. This is the rudest thing that has ever happened.

She hacks your clothes. She ruined 2 brand new jeans (tags still on them) and a jacket. She just cuts away- be warned.In response to the owner: I was out of town by the time I found out. Please do not try and act surprised by your rushed (even after having my clothes for several days) and incompetent service.

Not a good place to go to ruined my boyfriends expensive jeans I bought him he measured them to short and Was not happy my first time going there!
