My adjuster Chris Holmes was excellent, proffessional, quick, and thorough. He took care of my business policies as seriously as if they were his own. Great job, highly recommended!

Place said my payment went through and sent a letter to confirm it was paid, to find out is wasnt paid the next month later.I called main number and spoke to someone about and they said they called me to notify my payment didnt go through on 5 days later.BUT they never even called me and told me.Place is completely unorganized.Even their hours for Saturday state they are open.False only for appointments, would have been nice to read that before I drove down there to find out they were close.Find a better insurance agent than this one.

They cancelled my insurance befor my payment was due and then wanted me to rewrite the policy for more money

Terrible customer service, been with Allstate for years but after dealing with this office I changed conmpanies.

I went to my policy office and closed all the transactions and later the letter for money came again.I close my policy at office and clear my balance after that I receive again a bill.
