I would love to give ZERO STARS!!! Called the office to confirm that certain things were covered on my policy. I had recently made some changes a few months back in August. {never got a new policy in the mail to confirm on my own, just the declaration page} I spoke with a lady named Perla and asked a question she told me that it was not covered on my policy. I explained to her that when I change my policy that I was indeed told that it was covered. I asked her to see who I had spoke with as this may be a training issue because I was informed of wrong information. She looked it up and said I was the one that you spoke with and I never said it was covered. I was indeed told this. I only speak with one person regarding my policy I remember what we talked about. I even gave her an out to admit that she may have given wrong information. Instead she stood firm on calling me a lier! Very rude. I asked for her manager and she smugly replied I am the office manager. Ended up speaking with the owner but was told it was all just a miscommunication as he was snickering. Not miscommunication, I was called a lier! AND NOT FUNNY! Asked Ryan how I could switch offices, he said I would have to find a new agent and then call him to release the books.I ended up call Customer Service and they were explaining a coverage and it was exactly what Perla had said to me! She was giving me information on vehicle insurance not homeowners! Had she only not let her ego take control we could have saved a lot of time and we would not be here. I was also informed that the agent doesnt release the books as they do not own them anymore, another lie! I switched offices and filed a formal complaint. Beware of this and check your policys carefully!

The most expensive car insurance on the market and with no real meaningful benefits for paying more money. Not a good deal for smart consumers.

Perla was very helpful and explained very clearly the life policies and the differences among the other life options that State Farm offers. Definitely recommend this office for its customer service and the experience they have in the products.

Great customer service! They are always so helpful!

Money was taken out of my account when I called months before letting them know I would no longer be a customer. I was assured I owed no more money and my policy was up. I completely understand that mistakes happen but the fact that it’s been 3 months and I have YET to get the money back is upsetting. I continually call to check on the money. I would think good customer service would be them calling me with updates but that hasn’t happened once. Super disappointed.
