I had activated a policy on my truck then had to cancel with them a day or so later charged me a 40 dollar cancellation fee which is understandable but they never refunded my money Ive called them several times every person I talked with had no idea what to do or how to handle the situation then I tried reaching corporate to resolve the issue and got the run around from them Im pretty upset and Im definitely not paying the cancellation fee until they refund my money very poor service

Dishonest and doesnt cost u less than many other places. I went back to AAA and now pay a slightly smaller rate and have better accident coverage. I got more of a salesman vibe from the guy who set up my policy than an insurance agent trying to find the best deal for you.

I have never asked for a quote from this company or ever called them for that matter but they call me repeatedly, daily, to either hang up or offer me a quote on auto insurance. I have asked management several times now to have the company stop contacting me yet they still contact me daily. I get calls at all hours of the day and night form them and have been told by the agents that We are just hitting our quota of outbound calls making it sound more like a telemarketing firm rather than insurance sales. Their total lack of concern with this has been a great demonstration of their customer service skills.
