Not the type to leave bad reviews but honestly worst place to go to to fix your vehicles for Whatever reason. We had left our vehicle there for collision reasons. They took about 2 weeks and never got updates from the car whatsoever during that time. and they never contacted us over our car being ready, 4 days later after the vehicle had been ready we got notified by the insurance not the car shop. 0 stars if I could

Amazing establishment! With out a doubt the most attentive & friendly customer service I’ve ever had. I’m happy & confident with these guys doing my collision repair after an auto accident. Everybody from the front staff to the guys in the back are knowledgeable & professional. They can help no matter the situation! I was greeted with a hello and :-) of course you know because of COVID-19 we have to wear a mask(no smile).Service King’s lobby looked awesome, with refreshments and lighting. I felt more comfortable about leaving our car in their hands. They also made sure that the rental car company picked me up. Our car was completed on time as promised. They deserve 5 + stars !

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The process was quick and easy even when dealing with insurance they took care of everything I just had to get the ball rolling. I took my car in on Thurs got it back by Monday and my car look brand new as if it was rolling off the lot. I highly recommend going here and I plan on coming back for future repairs.

Wished i could say more, but i got my 2020 VW fixed in 3 days, brand new parts replaced, Great staff member service, i mean they earned there name, then again they hooked me up with a rental i was more than satisfied, i even dropped my car off with a (slow leak) tire... which wasn’t part the accident i had, but instead the leave it or maybe fixed (patch) the tire, they replaced the whole tire and throw away the leaking one which was perfect because i’d have to buy a specific tire that’s works with my rims which was around $120...so i ended up signing all documents and paperwork at the total of $0....i felt awesome, i even asked to give a feedback because i felt like i needed to. hope anyone reading this, also experience the same service. thank you!

Terrible customer service. I received my car back with a huge crack in the windshield. They claimed no responsibility whatsoever. I admit there may have been a chip (I don’t know for sure though), but I know for sure there was no crack. I understand chips can lead to cracks, but it was under their care when the cracking happened. When we called about it, all they did was become rude and defensive. No apologies at all. We will be going to corporate to complain. I’m not usually the type of person to complain and get mean, but when you are rude to us instead of providing good customer service, I will be saying something. So much for “Service” King.Oh, and even before that...I received no email about the estimate and no calls with updates on my car. I had to call them.FYI. I’m a registered nurse who has been working home health through this pandemic. This is my car I use to go to patient’s homes. My husband is a first responder with the fire department.

Roberto is awesome had my car in and out fast and cleaner than when i dropped it off very efficient I loved the fact that Karen called Enterprise to pick me up for my rental it was fast and easy the only issue i am having is that they couldnt fix my backup camera now my car is at Nissan and I cant pick it up until they go pay for the recalibration since my insurance already paid them to do this the first time

I would highly recommend Service King! I have had factory paint issues twice on my vehicle and both times, Service King did a beautiful job matching the paint. Flavio was very helpful and accommodating working around my time constraints. Karen and Robert were also great to work with. I was extremely happy with the service and quality of workmanship.

From the moment I started the process of having my repairs done by Service King, they were wonderful. They constantly communicated with me. The staff was professional and friendly. I would receive a daily text message letting me know what was going on with my car. They did a great job on my repairs. My car looked as if nothing had ever happened after it was fixed. I could go on and on about how satisfied I was. They were that great!

Someone hit my car and took off without saying anything while I was at work. Took it here, and as soon as I walked into the door everybody was polite and professional. I decided to let them do the repairs since they have good reviews. And I couldn’t be any happier. They did a great job. I highly recommend this place. And also they were very fast. I dropped it off Monday evening and got it back Wednesday afternoon.

Amazing work! Excellent customer service. My vehicle was rear ended, and was dreading having to deal with the whole process. Very fortunate to have good insurance to take care of us. We chose this location also because it was conveniently next to a Hertz location.- Roberto did a very great job from the quoting process and was accurate with the time frame of completion.-I was very impressed with the turn around time due to the 4th of July Holiday. They still delivered the estimated time of completion as promised. To be honest, I was hesitant/skeptical of the job they were going to perform due to the provided timeline and fast turnaround.-They gave us accurate updates thru texts and when we called the shop.-When I picked up our vehicle, I was not expecting them to return our vehicle WASHED and CLEANED. I inspected their work with great attention to detail and could not find a single flaw.-SUMMARY: Words cannot describe how happy I am about their work and customer service. Extremely satisfied. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this repair shop. They do amazing work in a time efficient manner. I felt like a valued customer. Thank you Service King!!! You guys are great!

Ive had to visit 3 times in the last 3 months and every time they were really good to me. The last time was something small and simple and it happened a few days after I had gotten my car back and they fixed it for free!! Id highly recommend this place!!!!

They are thr best i have been bringing my cars every time there is something going on with my vehicles. I have used other places something is always happening. With service king no problem very polite caring about problems supper good service.

Had my car worked on here after someone hit my door and my car came back looking as good as new. I also had a scratch on my other door that wasnt related to the accident that they cleaned up for free.

Did an ok job but had to go back 5 times now and the messed up one of my windows tint then had it fixed with the wrong color and now they going to have it redone but still have lots of extra time wasted. Told my insurance company they shouldn’t recommend them any more. I mean should have a truck bed released from them without tightening the damn bolts back up. Never will use again.

They change their business name very often so if you people going keep your car For long time they are not reliable, all paint fade away after 5 years all same people work inside but new name. They tell me no no no! I call geico thanks for geico they stand for me. They Fixing my car again with new body shop.
