I wouldnt recommend this place for getting your taxes prepared. I did my 2019 taxes with one of their accountants and had to file by mail. Before my refund arrived, I received a letter from the IRS saying that they fixed mistakes on my return and as a result my refund was decreased by 50%. I contacted them and asked them to check and see whether the mistake was in their calculations or from the IRS. They just told me to contact the IRS and said they will look into it and I never heard back from them. Now mistakes happen with all professionals. But when I have paid you to do something for me, I expect you to be competent and get it right. If you make a mistake - which is okay- its your responsibility to fix it. So essentially I lost over a thousand dollars because an accountant couldnt get my 1040 right and they told me to deal with the IRS on my own.Update because of business owner response: I simply asked you guys to recheck your calculations and emailed the owner the IRS letter plus the original tax return. I didnt ask you to contact the IRS on my behalf. I did email you like you told me and never heard back. Dont bother. This review is just meant to provide information based on my experience with you

My girl friend does not file taxes since shes on Social Security. Past years they told her she did not need to file a return. So she went back to the this year, forced her to do a return to get her 2nd stimulus check plus another $20 fee for the stimulus. Wow, rip odd the elderly!!!

They are very good.they know their stuff.they try to help u out and do the best for u.we will never go anywhere else.we now have our adult son going there and other family members thumps up to Andy and his staff.

Good but they should be more upfront with their prices . If you have kids or get more then a certain amount back its 65$ upfront .. So be prepared and come with the intentions to pay that . Still beats H n R block by a long shot.
