I am a returning customer who pays for the peace of mind of a representative filing my taxes. I paid over $600 for them to screw up my taxes. They left my son who I was adding to my taxes completely off I was unable to retrieve his stimulus payment, I received an attitude when I called them and question them about it. They do not respond to my phone calls and its been over a month and I still have yet to have my amended form. I will never return. Ive contacted their local office several times at least 10. I have also attempted to communicate with corporate office who has done absolutely nothing but refer me back to their local office. So its a giant loop that Im trying to fight to get fixed before my child support case. Which will be here in less than a few weeks now.

My tax preparer was very thorough and intuitive. Made the time to see me in person considering the circumstances. She was very polite and accommodating.
