The machines seem to work well and the price is good but the place isnt very clean. Theres trash laying around and stains and spills and whatnot. It seems like the place hasnt seen a deep clean in a long time.

This place is dirty and overpriced, avoid it. There’s a terrible smell, very little space to fold and overall outdated. The lowest price ($2.74) washer is like half a load, absolutely ridiculous.

This facility is clean. I often see workers there cleaning. I come here all the time to do laundry and if theres a defective machine its always marked. Ive never had an issue with their machines.

Very nice laundromat. Lots of washers many different sizes. A couple of very large washers able to handle large comforters. They just added more dryers, so even if busy, you can get your laundry done. They are open 24 hrs. Clean and comfortable. They also have WiFi.

Im a single guy who doesnt have a whole lot of time to do laundry so I come here and they are great! The people here are great and always do a wonderful job. The price is extremely reasonable and the facility is nice and clean.

Wow! What a relief to finally have a nice laundry mat in Austintown! This laundry mat is so clean, spacious, and modern! So many washers and dryers that I was able to get my laundry done all at once. Credit cards made it super easy. Ive used Wedgwood laundry mat, and that place is old and dirty, and cornersburgs prices are just so high. Ill be back for sure!!! ❤ love this place!

About three weeks ago, I filled a big loader and 2 double load machines. I put them in 7 or 8 driers for an hour. When they started to get ready and the machines turned off, small things felt mostly dry but a bit damp but as I got to other items that are larger, shirts etc, they are more than damp. I put them in for another 30 minutes but I did not remember that I did not add more time to one until I noticed that my stuff in that machine was ago more than damp. Everything had to be washed and dried again that was still damp. When the stuff that was mostly set could have probably another quarter but I had to leave immediately so I could wait another half hour. I put a note with the again and my phone in the mailbox by the service counter. I have still had no response.The driers, I filled up to about the bottom 1/4 of the window, the other 3/4 of the windowed area and even more due to the size of the dryer. None were anywhere near full.

Cleanest and friendliest Laundromat I have ever been to. The attendant was extremely helpful and social...the time went by fast. I plan on using the wash and fold service for my comforters in the near future. I would recommend to anyone!

Glad they have different sized washing machines and they all pretty reasonably priced. They got a coin exchange,a restroom and a vending machine if you have to be stuck there for a while doing laundry.

The washers were nice. The dryers were old and had stuff stuck in them. I worked at a laundry matt 6 years.we also had an attendant all day. It was disappointing to see no attendant. They only have an attendant on the weekend.

A little pricey. But theres always room.

We used to go here a long time ago when we lived in apartments close by and loved it. Now that we find ourselves back at the same apartments, we go there now and love it more. They have free wifi and its actually really good! The people seem to be friendly and the facilities are clean. The monster-sized washer they have seems interesting and I want to try it the next time we go! Edit: they are now open 24 hours, with an attendant on duty from 9-7 ish. Its even better now that I dont have to worry about what time I have to do laundry.

To the owner who contacted me asking why I gave such a low rating, Id be more than happy to detail my unbelievably bad experience I suffered during my recent visit to your establishment. I was going to let you slide with just a one star rating and no review, but you asked, so Ill tell:My king size comforter was dropped off at Washing Well to be laundered, and was told that it could it could be picked up on Saturday 9/8/18. On the morning of that date, I called Washing Well to see what the pick-up hours were, and the woman who answered said Im leaving here at 4pm. This was perfect because I had some shopping to do in Boardman, and I was going to be down that way around 3:30pm.I arrived at Washing Well at approximately 3:27pm - well before 4pm. Upon walking in, I noticed that the service counter was shuttered up, and there was no attendant present. However, a sign was posted stating that pick-up was until 7pm. I thought that was a little strange since the woman on the phone told me closing was at 4pm, but I thought maybe she just had gotten the hours wrong. In any case, I was there before 4pm and certainly well before 7pm.After waiting a few minutes, I realized no one was coming, so I called the posted phone number. A woman answered to whom I explained the situation, and I asked when an attendant might be back. Her response simply was I left. I asked are you coming back? To which she responds it was slow...there was no one there...Ive got better things to do than sit there...Im busy! At first I thought she was joking, but then realized she wasnt. So I said, but I spoke to you earlier, and you said youd be here until 4pm, and Im here well before that. So she reluctantly says ooook, I guess Ill head back over there and give you your comforter as if she was doing me a favor by coming back to do her job during business hours! So I calmly said thank you, Id really appreciate that since wed discussed your hours earlier. What happened next is just astonishing. She says you know what, you can just pick up your things tomorrow between 8am-4pm and then hung up on me. Astonishing is the only word that I can think of to describe what had just happened. Literally couldnt believe it.So fast forward to today, Sunday. I walk in to pick up the comforter, and from around the corner I hear someone yell can I help you? I said yes, Im here to pick up a comforter, and in front of a packed laundromat, she snidely and loudly yells ohhhhh....you...hahahahaha. I stood there in silence just again astonished at the blatant disrespect, lack of professionalism, and utter lack of customer service. I paid for my item and left without saying a word. I figured Id do my talking through a Google review because arguing with the likes of her would have gotten me absolutely nowhere.So Washing Well owner, lets recap: my comforter was dropped off to be laundered and was to be ready on Saturday. I called Saturday morning to see what operating times were that day. I was point blank told over the phone that youre open until 4pm. I showed up at 3:27pm and noticed the posted hours sign that says that drop-off was actually until 7pm (I have photos of the sign). When I realized no one was working, I called the posted phone number. The woman on the other end stated that shes got better things to do than to be at her job and then hung up on me. And finally, I get mocked by her when I show up to pick up my item on Sunday. Mind you, I provoked none of this.Put yourself in my shoes. How would you feel? What sort of laundry business has posted pick-up/drop-off hours, but only adheres to them when the employees dont have something better to do? What sort of business allows its employees to act so unprofessionally and treat customers with such disrespect? None that I personally know of - except this place apparently.I hope this explains why I gave 1-star. If I couldve given a negative star rating, I would have. You asked. I told.

Prices were good, I paid $2.50 for a standard size washer, and the dryers are a quarter for every 5 minutes, and seemed to dry my clothes in approx. 15 minutes. They also have larger washers that support as much as an 80lb load, but Im not sure of the price for them. Some of their machines did seem a bit outdated, but they got the job done.To pass the time, they have one flatscreen TV. There was also a claw machine and another coin-op machine, but not any arcade games or pinball or anything like that. As for vending machines, there was a soda machine and a snack machine, with low prices ranging between 50-cents and 1 dollar.Not the best laundromat Ive been to, seems like it could use a bit of an update, and more to do while waiting for your clothes to be done. Still, you could definitely do worse, and the price is definitely right.

Owner over talked front desk clerk as she answered my questions as potential new customer. When called on it he became belligerent stating he is the owner and can do what he wants The Clerk was Black, I was Black and I said, so the clerk is dumb and cannot answer the questions as to why you are interrupting her? He replied I am just trying to help her, I said you are over managing!! He did not apologize for cutting her off.

The staff member who was obviosly very busy recognized what I was doing wrong, kindly explained how I could resolve the problem and taught me how to correct it in the future. The one on West Blvd is great. Always an attendant during daytime hours and air conditioned. Also they will do laundry for you by the pound. However because its so great, its generally VERY BUSY..unless you only have 1 or 2 loads. The one on Matthews does not have attendant although one comes by if needed. (My machine wouldnt stop cycling and therefore my laundry was stuck in washer for over 1 hr on 23 min. I called West Blvd & an attendant for Matthews came in 2 min & resolved issue & gave me my $4 bucks back. He could not however return the total of 1 hr and 20 min I lost waiting to re-run it again. (Time is worth something to me at least.) However, overall Ive been to much worse places. They are friendly, and quick to re-imburse if you lose money in machine. Change machines provided up to $20 dollar bills. Always full. Soap & softener machines & bathroom. Dbl loaders $2.50 and one can fit 2 full loads. About 4 qtrs to dry a full load except towels. Washers of trpl, and even one that fits 5 loads for $9.00. Also a dryer for 50 lbs of clothes! Faster than washing a lot of loads at home. Advise you to keep an eye on expensive items as I had expensive comforter stolen & never left the place. They have cameras but person has yet to return. Many ppl leave & rtn & leave again. I wouldnt advise it. Good place & nice ppl overall. Thanks for reading! :)
