We went here yesterday. We drove both of Our 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4×4s to get washed. It was a gorgeous 70° day & Hubby & I wanted a Self-Serve car wash, as we saw too many bad reviews on automatic Car washes around Boardman & Youngstown. I got My Jeep Jan. 16th, 2021 for My Birthday. The SNAZZBERRY is Jeeps newest color, for the 2021 Wrangler Sport 4×4. My Husbands Birthday is Wed. March 24th, 2021 and He got a matching Jeep to mine, 3 days ago. His is STINGRAY We didnt want to risk scratches, dings, or dents by taking them to regular car washes, as the reviews were awful. Not the case with WHATAWASH. VERY HAPPY RESULTS. MACHINERY WAS FINE & EVERYTHING WORKED AS EXPECTED! THX! GOD BLESS! WE WILL BE BACK WEEKLY!

I always wash my car here...they have a few self wash garages with many treatments for your car...they also have a automatic carwash. Ohhhh and vaccums too!

My friend just moved up that way and wasnt familiar with the area and just bought a new car and wanted wash it herself. This place was easy to find.

Like the credit card auto billing. Can wash without anxiety over running out of time. Just swipe and hit the button on the reader when done. Billed for time used. Most of the settings DO NOT WORK. The brush and hi pressure wash worked. Nothing else seemed any different. And the spot free rinse definitely didnt work was full pressure. Take if for what it is. Hope the owner fixes the place up

Went early so there was no wait, quick and easy.

Love how this car wash has the option to swipe with a card. The meter continue ps running until you stop it, which is also a huge plus because Im tired of running out of quarters halfway through the job.

Out of control prices because there in a small city so they figure you have no place else to go.

Conveniently located on South Ave., just North of Midlothian. This car wash is great, Ive been washing my cars and trucks here for many years.

I had 5 minutes of time and it decided to completely stop until i put 2 more dollars in so it took my money and took my time away

Had a issue with getting the wrong money back From the coin machine called the manger and he said hell give me a refund so I gave him my address. He said he would send it out on Monday I waited for about a week and I posted a bad review about this place because I didnt receive my refund. So the owner contact me to go over the address I gave on file and I gave him the wrong address so my refund didnt come to me. It was totally my fault because I gave him the wrong address. But all in all this place is a good place to wash your car its clean and the owners do call you back to get things resolved 👍👍👍

Pretty good place to wash your car, only $2.00 for wash, rinse and wax. Not a bad price, Ill be back.

It is a very well kept up lot and has been updated in all the right places. Just remember, this is not a detail BY FAR. (I recommend AutoBling Detailing) But if time is a factor you cannot beat this drive-up. A+

Ive been to other car washes, and none clean my vehicle as good as this automated wash. Your can actually wipe your car off with paper towel afterwards, and its clean. Love this place

Few broken machines but they are labeled. THE WATER PRESSURE IS LIKE ANY OTHER CAR WASH... Dont pay any attention to the first comment. I was worried but thought Id give it a try and I laughed to myself. It wont knock you over or rip the paint off of your car. Everything I used worked great!

Where do I even begin?I showed up to Whatawash car wash at 5 pm and didnt end up leaving till 5:45 pm. First of all it should never take 45 minutes to get your car washed.Here is why it took 45 minutes.I pulled into the self wash wanting to pay with my credit card. The first bay I pulled into the credit card machine was not working, pulled into a second one again not working. Finally I pulled into the third bay and it worked. The self wash cost is 1.50 so I began washing. I was on the high pressure setting. The pressure was so high that at some points I had to use both of my hands to hold it. Now just a visual, I am 6ft 180lbs a basketball player and a volleyball player. Anyway as Im rinsing my car I see something fly off of my car. I go over and look to see what it was and it is paint from my car! Thats right it was peeling the paint off of my car. So when i was finished with my wash the machine said $7.00. I was a little confused because when I started it said it was $1.50. I got in my car and pulled up my bank account only to see they charged me $11.00!I called before I even left the wash, no answer so I left a message. I went home to show my parents and thy were so shocked! Also when I got home my right hand was swollen, in fact so swollen that I could not bend my fingers. We took pictures of my hand and car and waited for a returned phone call. The owner called about 30mins later and we then explained to him what took place. He agreed to meet us there within the hour. I decided to go back down to the car wash before anyone else went into that bay to find my paint chips and get pictures of them. When I went back I found about 4 paint chips that were still on the ground also other color paint chips as well. A maintenance guy comes up to me and asks if I was looking for something and I said well actually the wash chipped paint off of my car, and his response was Well, it is high pressure WHAT????? Seriously!?!?When the owner met us there he looked at my car and immediately said HA you cant honestly think that this is my faultNow Im going to be honest and say that my car has been in Cali for 7years and there was a sun spot on the passenger side and the original owner(which is who we bought it off of) had it painted. It was a pretty bad job but it was the right color and it was painted! So anyway the owner then proceeds to make up excuses saying it was the guy who painted it was at fault. This conversation went on for about 30mins trying to come to a conclusion of what is going to happen about my car. The owner was a jerk and took no blame for any of this. He told us to call some auto body shops to see whose fault it would be. And then give him a call on Mon. Well that is exactly what we did. We called a couple places and explained the whole story and they said absolutely he is at fault. We called the owner back and the then says this, Im going to summarize the conversation.Im not responsible for this at all, and you know what I think really happened. I think you got in an accident and dont want to tell your parents. Or I think you came there and put the paint chips there just to get money. Here is the best one yet, I think you got mad at your boyfriend and punched your car and made it chip, thats also why your hand was swollen.Who punches their car so hard the paint just falls off of it? Like seriously???This man has made several accusations about me and has tried to come up with every possibility under the sun to try and cover up the fact that his car wash did this to my car.
