I was fired after 2weeks because I asked about a rise. Bc I thought i was doing well because most there employees dont clean there equipment and or there Vans they dont wash there hands ever. And there no leadership going on. The employee are all stabbing each other in back. There one guy that worked there for 4 years and was making the same amount pay I was which was 13hr. This place needs alot work and the supervisor need alot more training and education on running a crew.
