Owner is a great guy. Very fast service. Best prices in town. Best tire shop around! I made a mistake & bought tires from another shop Mahoning Ave Tire ( only because i got a flat right near the business, They were junk, overpriced and didnt hold air) ..I Had to go right to Billy after to get actual good tires put on right for a decent price. A great place to get used tires from. Very reasonably priced, they stand behind the tires they sell and they install them for you. Not a long wait. If your short on money and need a tire quickly this is the place to go.

It is one of the best tire shops in town. They are fast and friendly. Whatever service you need they do their best to accommodate. If it is not possible for them to fix it they will recommend another reportable shop. I have recommended family and friends to them over the past few years. They are a great service to the community.

Its a bit of a hole in the wall, a little grungy, a little rough around the edges, but they always charge much less than the competitors in the area. There are no appointments so sometimes you have to wait over an hour, but Im always ok with that because of how much money Im saving. Billy is very friendly and you can tell he cares about how customers. His staff are straight forward and all about the business. Ive been going there for over 2 years and have never had any issues.

Owner was very rude !! Young employee was very nice and efficient. If you have to go there try to go when the owner is at lunch!!

I wish the owner wasn’t so negative and closed off (maybe I’m just over analyzing because of my career) I kept trying to engage him and he just cuts me off, also was rude to my female friend who was asking him questions, but besides that, his worker guy there is great.

Had the best experience with the owner Billy and his associate Dave. They were able to replace my destroyed stock 18 tire (2015 Dodge Charger w/only 15k miles) with one that had nearly the exact amount of wear. Fast & friendly service- which included balancing and replacing my Doughnut - all for about $50. Look no further, if you are in need of a quality used tire Billy truly is the best!

Just go to NTB or Walmart. Ive bought 4 tires from him in a month, all had slow leaks and or dry rotted horribly. My girlfriend watched his son pull a rock out of a tire and then proceed to patch it. I ruined one of my rims on the turnpike due to a dry rotten tire from here. Dont waste your time unless you drive less than 10 miles a week. Driving on a donut is more safe than these tires.

This is the FIRST PLACE YOU SHOULD GO! A-1 PLACE. Heres my story! I was running errands and someone told me I had a flat tire. It was totally flat. I drove slowly to a gas station. I was thankful that right next to the gas station was Billys Best Used Tires & Auto Srv! I had only $8 bucks to my name to last rest of the month so I asked if he could just fill it with air and I hoped I could get to my home 4 min away! I went in and told them my plight. Billy was a very kind man. I waited till he was done with someone else. I drove my car in and had a nail in my tire. He patched it with a plug and said...NO CHARGE! Wow...I couldnt believe it. I offered to go borrow money but he said no. I will never go anywhere but Billys. They saved me that day! Thank you Billys Best Used Ties & Auto Srv. You all are the BEST! Shelly
