I had a great experience working with Jeff and team to have a new air conditioning unit installed and also installation of duct work and vents. They were on time, professional, and very friendly each day that they were here. They got me on the schedule very quickly and were very easy to contact with any questions. The price also seemed very reasonable.

These guys are the best. They have found and repaired many mistakes made when the unit was installed. Also, they take the time to educate us on how our unit and thermostat works.

Technicians have always been friendly and done work right the first time. The issue is with billing. If you use them, get a written estimate in advance including materials. They charge 100% over retail for materials. When questioned they claimed it was industry standard. Not true. Called owner to discuss the ethics behind this mark up and he didnt return my phone call.

NEVER EVER CALL THEM!!!!!!!!! NOT WORTH IT!! they are fraud. I had called them to work my AC unit, tech did not have any clue about it. Gave me estimate of $1500.00 which was too high. And told me other parts will be Extra. At that time I was sure, I was not going to pay that much. I called someone else to repair and it cost me 1/3 of what he was asking for. Stay away from the company.

They were there when they said they would be. They cleaned our old boiler for the winter and it worked well all winter. No complaints.

For the past 15 years, Williams Service Company has provided excellent service to our home in Red Lion and also saved us a lot of money when we moved to Mount Wolf by fixing up an older furnace when other companies were only recommending a complete new furnace installation.

3 service calls in 1 mild winter on new furnaces they installed 5 years ago. Asked about a discount for it taking them so long - I have them on my answering machine laughing that calls were months and months apart and had nothing to do with each other and I should probably just pay the bills. 1st visit they cleaned, 2nd visit we were told to buy a different kind of filter than what they put in, 3rd visit he found a problem with a wire! How do you have 3 visits in one winter that were months and months apart? Their winters are longer than mine.

I will never refer anyone to use this company because they cant do the work. As a restaurant owner service in York 8 long years cooler has problem it happens all the time I have use many serives this company is the worst; they charge too much and cant even get the work done that is most unaceppable. $250 first time about 2hours, 2nd time $450 about 2 hours for the same problem same unite.

Im very disappointed from this company. Im out about $800 but end up scraping the unit. If you dont have nobody else to use make sure you ask about their price and warranty. They are not good at what they do and you and up with the bill. I wished I should have read the review before calling them.

Inept or frauds. Technician told me my compressor was shot. I had another company evaluate my unit and the coils just needed a cleaning. Williams is still trying to charge me for this repair where they unplugged and took the sticker off of my compressor. They have no concern that my family was left without AC for 5 of the hottest days this summer. The owner Bob Deroche himself told me to sit down and shut up when I went there to complain about this incident.

Called them out 5 times for the same problem on the same unit within a months time. After it went down the 6th time, I called another company that found out what the problem was. I refused to pay for the labor on the last bill due to their complete incompetence. They turned around and put my furnishings up for Sheriff sale. - Prompt service, but totally inept and shady. They do not stand by their work. Talked with several other Restaurant owners as well as the constable that served the execution sale and they all have had similar experiences with Williams. Use at your own risk.

Williams service company did work without prior authorization. They did a repair of a hinge the door of my commercial refrigerator that cost more than the entire appliance. I ended up 1900.00 for a hinge and door seal! Complete rip off.

Horrible company! Unless you want someone to keep coming back and never fixing the problem. Always a temporary fix. What they need is never on the truck. But billing is never a problem.
