Joe came out promptly and was able to diagnose the problem. He said he could make more money fixing it but recommended we buy a new washer as this one needed time-consuming repairs and was near the end of its useful life anyway. I appreciated that he was up front about this. He also recommended what kind of washer would work best for our situation
Both refrigerator and freezer went out and they fit us in with their LG expert. Phenomenal job, pleasant, professional and really went above and beyond by calling LG engineering to help us with a purchase date in order to get it under warranty. Having many expenses, it was so nice of him to do this for us. Would highly recommend.
We had a great experience with them. He happened to be in our area when we called and came out almost immediately. Very personable and professional. He let us know about an issue with the compressor that LG had and that if we could produce the receipt he could bill LG for it. He then waited while we tried desperately to get home depot to email us the receipt which took way longer than it should have. We appreciated him not only fixing it, but also his patience while we tried to get the receipt. We will definitely use them again for our repair needs.

I havent had them out to repair my TV, but I spoke with Jess on the phone and she was dope. Homegirl is working hard, juggling phones, and still giving me all the info I need. Give that girl a raise!
My dryer keeps my clothes wet when I set up on sensor, put works fine when set it up on timer.The technician came and said, nothing wrong with the dryer, but the dryer vent need to be cleaned. I explain to him couple times, that it works fine with timer, but not with sensor program, so I believe something wrong with the sensor rods. He minimums what I said, and again said it will work fine after cleaning the vent. I did clean the dryer vent, and after all that my dryer keeps doing the same thing. I called the company back to send the technician back because they charge for the first visit, and the same problem still existing. They refused to send the technician back, unless they charge for new visit. I will never use this company again, and I highly do NOT recommend them.Note: my dryer fixed now and I was right about the sensor rods.
Unfortunately not a good experience. I contacted Samsung to complain since they are contracted with them and hoping they can fix problem since we have a warranty. When I called to schedule appointment the person who answered the phone was unfriendly. When we dropped off the TV, the person who helped get us checked in was also unfriendly. Then we picked up our TV 3 days later( I must say I was impressed how quickly they got it fixed) to get it home and find it all scratched up. We transported out TV in a blanket to prevent any scratches. I understand mistakes happen but it would have been nice for someone to say hey we are sorry but we accidentally scratched your screen. What can we do to make it right? I understand if the frame got alittle scratched as well, but for the TV screen to have to scratches on is very upsetting and disappointing considering our TV is less then a year old, was not scratched when we dropped it off, and it was also not cheap.Update: the company has promptly responded to problem, which I appreciate and we are working to get it fixed.Update : spoke with the office manager today who was very kind and apologized. They ordered new parts which they offered to come to house to install. I really appreciate them fixing their mistake.
We have a Samsung dryer that decided to not heat properly. We called into Apex and they sent someone out in a reasonable time during the pandemic. A young gentleman named Joey showed up and from the minute he walked into our house to the time he left he was nothing but courteous, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Our dryer has been up and running ever since and we couldnt be more pleased. Thank you.

Tyler replaced our ice maker and cleared the drain line for our 2008 model LG refrigerator/freezer. He was prompt, courteous, and explained the entire process. When repair was complete, he asked if we had any questions, reviewed the warranty with us, and ensured we had Apex contact info if anything was needed. I called for a recommendation on an issue I was having with a newer Samsung model tv that I purchased. The lady I spoke to on the phone was honest with the issue. I really appreciated that because it’s hard to find honest people that aren’t just out for your money.
Called them during the week and asked about getting my TV repaired, their costs and their hours. They told me they were open until 5:30pm Monday through Friday. They said all I had to do is drop my TV off during their business hours, and an initial inspection to determine the repair fees would be somewhere around $100. A few days later, on a Friday, I show up (after driving 30 minutes) at their business around 4pm. Doors locked, lights off and nobody answered the phone this time. Tried multiple times. Luckily, another repair company (Modern TV & Big Screen Repair) was right down the road, answered right away and took my TV in for repair. Prices were a lot better for the initial inspection ($20.00)
Had Alex to my home to fix my Samsung refrigerator. He did a wonderful job. It was all iced up inside and I was completely unaware. He dde iced it for me and fixed it the problem wont come back.
We were put in contact with apex thru our home warranty company, it took 2 weeks before they could even come look at our issue with our wash machine. They sent a really young kid out by himself, I showed him the wash machine and he started looking at it. After about 15 minutes he told me that my hose was to long on my drain pipe. I said well it’s been like that for 16 years and I know that’s not the problem! He called someone and then came back and said he was gonna order a part that commonly goes bad on the washer but that he really didn’t know what was wrong. So two weeks later apex calls and says they have the parts and that it will be a month till they can get out to put the parts on! I said how unhappy I was and my wife had to talk to them. We waited a month and the same kid came out to put the parts on, he took about twenty minutes and said when he was done that he checked and everything was good now! So my wife loaded up the washer and within 20 minutes it did the same thing again. So we called and apex sent the kid out again the same day, he told my wife that he knew what was wrong now, he told her that our plumbing was messed up and that we needed to call a plumber and make another claim which would be another hundred dollars! I came home and checked the plumbing and it is fine. So apex left again and said the issue was fixed to our warranty company. Now we are arguing on the phone with the warranty company because apex said the washer is fixed! This has been a nightmare, a new washer would have been 400 dollars instead they want us to wait another month to send another company out for another opinion, my wife has been taking laundry to my moms, her sisters, and our nieces to do it. This warranty was supposed to give me peace of mind and I’ve had to talk to my doctor and get put on blood pressure medication because of this issue with apex, they don’t know what they are doing, so we are canceling the home warranty and going and buying a new one ourselves. What a waste of time and money all because apex doesn’t know what they are doing. And we had a claim about 9 months ago to fix the ice maker on our fridge, the situation was very similar, two weeks to get someone here two weeks or more for parts and a month to come out to do the work and it already is broke again! This place is a joke and the warranty company is impossible to work with when apex is telling them that it’s fixed! My wife has been on the phone for days, I have a mental disability and dealing with this has caused nightmares, anxiety, and stress that having a warranty was supposed to stop! What a scam ppl beware I think the positive reviews are bogus I don’t see how anyone could be happy with these ppl!

Never use this company! They are the worst of the worst. They make up false reports and have the nerve to send them to the manufacture that include lies and measurements that were made up and never actually measured. They are a joke and the owner Alex is terrible. Use any other appliance repair company besides them. They refuse to take ownership of their mistakes or send copies of reports they send over to manufacture which also dont match what they send to you. Beyond disgusted with this place and all its staff.

Don’t expect a fast fix due to parts delays during Covid but I will say The Technician Tyler was extremely professional while he fixed the oven issue. I have also had problems with another Samsung appliance that he was able to diagnose from previous experience. Some folks would look for the payout however he showed he and his company look out for the customer first. Hope to not have to use them again but if I do I’m confident they will get the job done.
My Smart TV was working as a TV but one of the Smart features stopped working. Samsung appointed this company to come out and fix the feature. The technician was kind and handy, the office folks was always abrupt.They came out twice, the 2nd time they changed the motherboard of the TV. Now the TV doesnt even turn on. The office (including the service manager) is now telling me they cant do anything about that, I need to call Samsung and make a new ticket. I explained that they have ruined my TV, they laughed at me and said they didnt ruin it. I said if a TV worked and they were coming out to just fix a feature, but after the TV doesnt even turn on and I need to restart the whole process with Samsung to have them come and fix a problem they now created, then they ruined my TV. Their response was to hang up on me.I call Samsung now and Samsung is appalled by the manner of this company. The rep. agreed if I didnt have that problem before (not being able to turn on the TV) then yes that is the companys problem.--------------------Follow up: This company installs a defected main board to my TV, THEY claim Samsung sent them a defective part. Instead of them reaching out to Samsung because they are working on parts with Samsung directly they want me to create a new ticket with Samsung for them to come out and fix their created error.On the new ticket Samsung said that this company now ordered multiple parts to fix this TV, main board, screen, etc...yes screen. Samsung said that the company has received most of the parts they ordered, is waiting on only one more then they will call me to set up an appointment. However, per their comment here and their call to me only the main board is the issue.This company is a fraud. Yes looks like they werent trying to help me, they were helping themselves to parts.On Samsungs file they use the company name Home Technology Solutions, so Samsung doesnt see the poor reviews they have on BBB, Yelp, etc. but with the clients they use the name Apex. When I mentioned their name to Samsung, Samsung was confused and thought it was a different company.

Been having MAJOR issues with LG appliances HQ out of Alabama. Finally got approval to have my refrigerator repaired after two weeks of arguing with LG. Called Apex to confirm my service appt and it was NEVER scheduled by LG. Ashley from Apex made the necessary documentation and now thanks to her willingness and professionalism my service call is tomorrow. Ashley was extremely courteous and knowledgeable and was extremely proactive with my issue. She handled things perfectly!! The whole experience of getting our refrigerator repaired was better than I could have expected. Once Samsung determined that a service call was necessary, Apex called the next day to set an appointment.The service technician, Tyler, was amazing! Friendly, even taking a few moments to pet our little dog. He was very knowledgeable and worked fast. Left no mess. Quick friendly service. I give this company and Tyler a full 5 stars!
We purchased a new LG fridge with built in water and ice dispenser. After being installed we noticed that the water and ice from the fridge has a plastic after taste. We consulted with the LG website and followed all of the trouble shooting with replacing the water line, replacing the water filter, and ensuring that the water line into the fridge didnt contain the taste (which it didnt). The taste was not occurring from any of the other water outputs in the house nor was it present when being dispensed directly from the unit that provided pressure to get the water out of the well.We then decided to contact LG service to log a warranty claim who advised we follow the steps we took above. After confirming with them that we did the trouble shooting they scheduled us with the closest authorized service provider which was APEX. The day of the technician arrived promptly, and he was pleasant and professional. The tech informed me that, prior to coming out for the service call, his boss told him there was no way that it was the fridge and there had to be an issue with the water at our house, despite no plastic taste in the rest of the house, and that there was nothing they could do. After the tech tasted the water he agreed with me that there was a taste. He then tasted the water from my kitchen sink and from the water source for the fridge, and surprise, said the taste only was from the fridge. WOW SHOCKER JUST LIKE WE SAID?! Then wrote out the service ticket for us stating all of the above. We were advised to return the fridge to where we purchased it and there was no way from them to replace the bladder which was contained in the fridge or to replace the water lines. So the tech left and that was that.I followed up with APEX to schedule replacing the water lines and was told that it would be an out of pocket charge because water taste was not covered under the one year warranty. They wanted to charge us over $400 for an issue that came with the fridge within our warranty.At this point we called LG again and they reviewed the service notes. The notes they reported to LG said that our water was the issue and the house had water problems. Remember before when the tech said the fridge tasted bad? Yea, me too..... So APEX lied to LG and tried to charge us $400 to fix a manufacturing issue.Finally, we called LG to try and get an explanation of why they were attempting to charge us so much money. LG read me the invoice stating it was our water. I then read them the invoice left for me and signed by tech and offered to send it to them. I was then quickly scheduled service from another company. And well guess what?! He showed up, said it could be two things, replaced the two items that touch water, AND MAGICALLY MY WATER DOESNT TASTE BAD.You can look at their overall good rating which is all well and good. Who knows if youre going to get the supervisor that doesnt want to fix your issue for whatever reason or lie to the manufacturer to try extort you for $400.

The field technician Jamie from APEX was awesome. He was very polite, professional, and efficient. He came early in the morning and repaired the washing machine in about 40 minutes. Our laundry room was left in good shape and answered all of our questions.
I have used Apex on three separate occasions over the last 2 years or so and I must say that I am highly impressed with their responsiveness, customer service and the professionalism of their technicians. The technicians that serviced my appliances were very thorough, very polite, courteous, and obviously knowledgeable and well-trained at their craft. I will not hesitate to use them again.

In both service calls, the service was scheduled promptly, the repairman was on time, professional and knowledgeable in diagnostics and resolution. We had two service techs (Brandon and Lewis) come out to review a problem created by another installer. Both me were extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Could be that they saw the damage the previous installation caused but I’ll bet they treat all customers the same. In addition to diagnosing the leak problem they fixed other issues and offered tips on better using the other Samsung appliances we recently purchased. We will only come here for future service on our suite of Samsung kitchen appliances.
Could not ask for a better experience. My Repairman was Jamie. Appointment time set between 7 and 12. I asked to be called ahead of time. Sometimes this works; sometimes it doesn’t. At 8:33 Jamie called me, said he would arrive in 15 or 20 minutes and asked if this was convenient. I told him absolutely and he arrived exactly on time. He was so personable and professional I was feeling very lucky to have my warranty work done by this company. He located the issue, replaced my Icemaker and explained everything along the way. In a world full of shoddy work and rude technicians, Jamie was the antithesis of these. The company was professional and communicative, and Jamie knew his stuff and took care of my problem. Thank you for such a great experience.

So, Tyler showed up at my place to fix my fridge. He immediately recognized the issue, fixed it right away and was in and out in a flash. The whole job took less that half an hour or so. He was very well informed on the product and was even able to show me a few thing s I didnt know. I was highly satisfied with this job and would recommend him to anyone.

After having Dish Network out 3 times to fix my washing machine which NEVER spins the clothing out Samsung gave me Apex. They knew what the issue was before coming which is refreshing after having techs sit here for 2 hours each visit on the phone trying to resolve my issue. Alex the technician came after 5 in the evening which was nice considering Ive taken 3 days off of work for the previous company and had the machine repaired and WORKING in 30 minutes. What a difference. I will be asking Samsung for them every time (hopefully there doesnt need to be!)
I contacted Apex to have my Samsung dryer looked at. The gentleman who answered was extremely polite and helpful. A pleasure to work with. Then yesterday, I had technician Dylan visit to diagnose the issue. He was one of the best technicians I have ever had service from. Very courteous, knowledgeable, accommodating. He is a great representative of this company. I would definitely recommend this company for service and will be using them again in the future.

I am pleased to say that I set up an appointment with Apex to come out and fix my dryer. The technician Joe was a great guy to have in my home and was very knowledgeable. He fixed my dryer in 10-15 minutes! I was so ecstatic to finally be able to dry my clothes again! These guys get an A plus for customer service and for knowing how to work on appliances! Jamie did a great job on our Samsung refrigerator replacing our ice maker Aug. 02, 2019. He previously (Jul. 17, 2019) replaced the evaporator cover and defrost sensor. He is knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. I highly recommend him and Apex TV and Appliance Service.
I wish I would have read these reviews prior to get stuck with this company by my warranty provider. It has been nothing but terrible. They never called to schedule an appointment, I had to call them. When I did they tell me they like to order the part first before coming out. Fine, sounds like they know the problem. Two weeks go by before I hear from them again. I schedule the appointment for my next day off Oct 1st and they give me a five hour window when they will be here. So I wait and get a phone call from the technician three hours in to the five hour window saying he wont be out because they part they have is broken. Funny, why did no one think to check this while it was sitting in their shop for a week waiting for the appointment?So we wait for the new part. I called the warranty company to let them know and they were sure to rush the process to approve the replacement part. When they call they give me the same five hour window with no care that I will be wasting another afternoon waiting for them. As I sit here now past the fourth hour they still have not shown and no phone call.The owner or service manager is rude and lacks basic customer service skills. He speaks down to you. From reading his responses I see he feels those who are getting warranty service are not worth his time. Pretty sure if his technician does not show in the next 45 minutes, his company will no longer be worth my time.He did finally show 30 minutes before five. The service manager told me the driver sets the route. Funny the driver told me they set the route. They also told me they checked the part this time before it arrived and yet somehow the tech had to cut open the box when he got there and told me I had to dispose of the old one. What a crappy operation they are running.UPDATE: Pretty sure the part they replaced did not fix my issue because I just go the same error message and its making noises it had not made before.Considering they did not troubleshooting I am not surprised.UPDATE: Actually I did have to use you and now you insist on violating your contract and not honoring the 30 day warranty on your work.And you got a bad review because your company treats people seeking valid warranty service as second class citizens as can be seen in the comments related to those who had warranty service. This can also be seen in Apexs responses to these same customers.Your company should be treating warranty customers as future long term customers. Instead you chose to go the other way and treat us poorly.
Brandon serviced our dryer and he was knowledgable, friendly, and efficient. Thankfully it was a simple fix, but he took the time to ensure that the one issue was resolved before he left. He walked me through things to look for with the model I own, and things to be aware of as a new homeowner when it comes to appliances. I would definitely recommend Apex and Brandon to service your appliances!
SEE EDIT AT BOTTOM... An absolutely horrible service experience with Apex Appliance. Our dryer unit was diagnosed with a blown motor. The service tech (Brandon) arrived to replace that part at 7:15pm on 1/6/20. Upon reassembly of the unit, our tech noted he was having difficulty with the timer control & visibly had trouble putting a drum cylinder back into place. Eventually, we were told the repair was complete & asked to provide a credit card. Mind you, it was already known to us in advance what the cost of this service would be. Once processed, a signature screen was presented which featured an amount just over 12% higher than the quoted labor price (we provided the part). When asked to clarify such, Brandon stated, Well, I performed a lot of extra work for you & fixed that timer control issue. In the midst of him fiddling with said control, this tech shifted his story three times: first it was the wiring (outputting 5V instead of 120V), then it was burnt contacts (of which no charring or corrosion was at all visible), last, it was apparently a tab on some plastic retainer ring. Brandon claimed to have checked the voltage reading on his previous visit - this was a blatant lie as the dial was never removed on that trip. Next, he claimed that a wire brush was used to polish those brass tabs - yet another bold faced lie; the housing was never fully disassembled to allow such, let alone not enough time had passed in which to do so. Brandon proceeded to openly argue with myself for the next 15-20 minutes; brazenly trying to defend overcharging for work that had not been authorized. He noted that, Most folks just pay the difference & that I was the first person who ever objected to a small overcharge. I was then told there was actually only one other customer in 11 years who had disputed this practice. My, how quickly the stories continue to change! After much gum-flapping, Brandon finally agreed that perhaps it would have been easier to communicate any supplemental or additional charges prior to performing said labor. Imagine that; what a novel approach! Lets review some choice bits of dialogue uttered by this technician... After I complained of the extra amount: Should I put the timer back to the way it was? Or, I saved you a lot of money & completed free work. My favorite, Ive been here for 3 hours. (This was at 9:15, TWO hours after arriving.) Finally, I guess you cant please everyone. Never have I encountered a more callous & pompous associate - this person reeked of arrogance and disrespect. I called their office the next day & spoke with a Service Manager who informed me Brandon is a co-owner; this speaks volumes & explains why he would be so cavalier in his remarks. Go figure. I was informed this matter would be forwarded accordingly & to expect a call within 24-48 hours - as of this posting, its been 3 days with NO response. Heed my advice & hire any company other than Apex Appliance for your service needs - you have been warned!EDIT 1/11/20: See reply below... So, Apex is sorry I feel this way & now apparently the part I provided was the problem?! Sheer & utter nonsense. Take note, Apex has a 1/5 rating on Manta, 2/5 stars on Yelp & literally an F rating on BBB (though not an accredited member). I bought a brand-new Whirpool motor from a licensed dealer; it was agreed upon in advance that Apex couldnt warrant a part not purchased from them. No problem at all; it was worth it to save $90 over their inflated cost of $130! Let me be very clear: It was NEVER communicated to me in advance that there would be ANY additional cost related to ANY extra repair. As for the add-on fix in question, that is also debatable; Brandon stumbled over 3 possible causes of the alleged timer control issue. It doesnt instill much confidence when the service professional is unable to adequately justify their own work. The motor was NOT what led to this debacle; that was replaced quickly. Rather, it was a bogus repair on a purportedly defective timer dial - UNRELATED to the motor & NOT discussed in advance. Pathetic.
Jamie was out to repair my Samsung washer. He has excellent customer service skills and works VERY efficiently! He is an excellent representative of your company! I will definitely recommend your company going forward!!! Thank you for everything. I’m over the moon happy to have my washer back and with the service I received!
Jamie came to my home, was kind, professional, and knew what he was doing. He explained his steps, and cleaned up completely when he was done. I would recommend him to others who need assistance with their Samsung televisions ! Very professional!
Jaime came to my house for warranty work on my refrigerator. He cleared drain....replaced ice maker and circuit board. He did a great job and explained what he was doing the entire time.
Joe the senior field just left my house after repairing a totally disgusting dishwasher (sat for two weeks while we were on vacation) yucch!!!! . He came out to assess the situation last week and ordered the parts. He just installed everything and got us up back and running in no time. As a family of 6 this was very much appreciated. Two thumbs up for him...

My Samsung refrigerator was not cooling. Apex technician Jamie came and immediately diagnosed the problem. He had my refrigerator fixed in under an hour. He was nice and knowledgeable and he called ahead and arrived on time!
Joe just came and went above and beyond. He fixed our issue and was extremely professional and friendly. If I ever need a repair, I will ask for Joe.
Jamie called prior to coming as I requested, he was polite, on time and to the point. Not only was Jamie able to explain to me what was wrong he was able to show me exactly what was going on. I would definitely have Jamie do work in my house again! Thanks

After getting the run around from our home warranty place and LG, we were able to get someone from Apex out to look at our refrigerator. Our tech Jamie, was great. He explained everything he was doing the, issues he saw, diagnosed, and gave us a quote to fix our fridge. We were so happy to find someone that actually knew what they were doing and could explain to us how it needed to be fixed.
Apex TV & Appliance is a very trustworthy and honest company! Jamie came out to my house and was very helpful, kind and polite and quickly fixed our appliance issue. I called multiple companies prior to calling Apex TV & appliance and Jamie figured out the issue in under 5 mins. Great company! On time! Will definitely use in the future!
Joe was awesome...He fixed our dishwasher and our fridge in less than an hour. Super nice guy. 10/10 would recommend and make sure you ASK FOR JOE.
