Incredible service and flexibility on the biggest plumbing job we’ve ever faced.

Hooked up our AC unit. Did a great job. Freon was not cheap.

I sent 2 inquiries through the website and also left a message with the owner asking for a call back for an estimate. Never heard back from anyone. Guess they didnt want my business. Its a shame, too, because they came highly recommended to me.

R.E. Sanders is always professional. Actually, they are more than professional; they treat customers like family! We have had issues with our well pump (2016) and our furnace (2018). Both times they were kind, professional but personable, and helped us troubleshoot anything before we spent our hard-earned money. Though, honestly, I am willing to pay R.E. Sanders because I know I have been treated so well.

Great experience with R E Sanders. Water heater went out Christmas Day and they came out right away on the day after when we called. Monte the technician was a nice honest reasonable technician. Cost was reasonable and the work done was done in a timely manner. Would recommend R E Sanders to anyone needing a plumber.

Had an issue with a freezing pipe today and called RE Sanders for some assistance, as they were relatively close to my home. The lady who answered the phone was very polite and when she wasnt able to answer my question, she went to ask the owner, who then came on the line. He was very professional, took time out of his day to help talk me through a few possibilities, and actually helped me diagnose and fix the problem on my own, without needing to dispatch anyone. I am very pleased with the professionalism that I experienced today, and will definitely use/recommend RE Sanders in the future.

Understaffed

I have some friends who have used R.E. Sanders and say they do a very good job. They are honest in their assessments and give wonderful service.

I am a home owner in the york area and recently contacted Re Sanders inc.to fix a problem on my furnace the secretary as well as the owner was very disrespectful and unprofessional towards me after I told themthe problem on the furnace was checked out by another professional co.and I have the quotation for the price of the parts in hand. They clearly told me Ill have to go by there (PRICE ) far as the parts this is where customers get ripped off dealing with this type of business.
