Always clean, not crowded, lots of machines and easy to use.

I’ve heard people complaining about it being crowded and I’ve been coming here since they went under new management. With a toddler never had a problem yeah it’s been busy but I’ve never had a problem waiting long for a machine. The employees are sweet and accommodating. Machines are clean and I see why it’s busy they do the job well.

My mother went here to dry her clothes because the dryer wasn’t delivered to her new home yet, and when she got there two workers yelled at her and told her “You’re not allowed to ask for a dryer since you didn’t wash the clothes here.”She was still a paying customer and they basically wanted to deny her business. When my mother said that she was still giving them business by using the dryers there they called her “a nasty Spanish woman.” Needless to say we both will make their lives easier by saving them the time of denying our business in the future.

Good luck getting a machine. The drop off service takes priority here. In my personal experience, I was cursed at and shoved by a client after suggesting to the worker there that they implement a limit on the number of machines one client can use at a time. (She had taken 3 extra large and ALL of the large machines. She rudely suggested to me that if I had a problem with that, I should buy my own washing machine, when it seems that that advice would apply more to her situation.) There is rarely a manager present to deal with these issues. The business owners do not care about anything but profiting from drop off service and if they prefer trashy customers that hog all the machines, they can have them. Ill never be going back.

Its good did laundry there and its a little crowded but wash comes out good

I was happy to have it reopen as I live close by. But they lost 10 of my white undershirts and have not rectified it despite numerous promises to do so. I will be driving my laundry down McLean Ave from now on.

Very clean. The people that work here are super helpful and friendly.

Their sign says last wash at 9:30. Worked all day and no time to get there any sooner. Walked in to wash ONE load at 9:15. And they didn’t let me wash my clothes. Terrible customer service.
