The drop off service is amazing. They provide same day service and I love the the clothes always feel soft and smell fresh. LOVE IT :)

Id give it five but you can no longer do your own laundry. Its a pick up drop.off service only, now. Buy its same day and just 79 cents to the pound. Smells fresh and they use brand name soaps so no allergy issues which is a great plus for me. Fresh laundry comes back vaccu. Sealed and nicely folded. Totally worth the $. Especially since its same day service if you drop it off before 1pm.

Horrible. The machines eat ur quarters, they close way before closing time and are not even open when they say they are. Lady tried to charge we 15.00 for wash and fold service for 1 twin size quilt. Rip-off. Dont even try to call because their phone is disconnected.

Im sad to say as a long time customer of 4 years i decided to go somewhere else with my business. lf your hours are from 8am to 9pm then your doors of business should close at 9pm, not at 7pm. this is false advertisements. denying people at the door at 7pm. this is sad.also, if your going to be a employee at a mom an pop store and getting payed salary under the books who give the right to deny customer before your shift.

Machines barely work well. Either they smell or dont wash well. Most of the time people are hogging most washers and especially dryers. Employees are friendly but cant really help you. Sundays is the most packed day avoid!
