Washpro is a professionally run company that provides excellent service. Our clothes were picked up and returned, nicely folded on schedule. I highly recommend this business.

It is by far the best laundry pickup service that i used. Owners go out of the way to accommodate you, i will be using them every week henceforth. I love how this hassle free service saves me time and their prices are very reasonable.Best part is they have app and use good quality supplies (unscented too). I have tried countless laundry washing services and Washpro has by far been the most premiere at an affordable rate. Not only is their communication with their customers the best, but the way they wash your clothes leave them smelling clean for days on end. WashPro saved my life! I was diagnosed with 6 ruptured discs and I live in a 3 story walk up building. I would have to haul my laundry basket every week down three flights of stairs along with the laundry detergent and still have to walk about a half a block to the end of the building to the laundry room. I was so glad my sister suggested calling a laundry service. They are very easy to work with..they check in with me every week..they pick up & deliver on time. They do a good job folding mt clothes..& their prices are reasonable. They are so courteous. I recommend them highly!

Pickup and delivery times need work. I give five stars for the wash and fold service following my instructions. They respect my disability and go out of their way to work with me.

They keep up with you and the service. The first time it was great. Clothes smelled great, they were not over dried. But the second time was different. The last time clothes were over dried and did not smell like they had fabric softener. I also believe clothes have been lost. But I appreciate that they keep up with you and the service. They give discounts if they made a mistake. They also pick up and deliver, so that’s a plus.

This laundry service picked up, cleaned folded, bagged and delivered four bags of laundry In the time promised. Their website is is clear on cost and services they provide. Although I didn’t ask for specific services, they are a pleasant family to do business. They did treat my more delicate clothing especially nice. As a first time customer, I’m impressed. I will do business with them again.Update, scheduled three wash loads and they are consist with all orders. Took me some time to use the app, and they answered every question to help me navigate everything online.They practice COVID safety measured and bag clean laundry in plastic bags. I reuse the bags to discard paper. Still top notch service. Hope they continue to provide this service.
