Its okay but they need to regulate the parking better. You have a lot of people who park in the parking lot that are not doing laundry. They need to start towing.

On Friday morning its horrible to go you barely find parking due that people that are not doing laundry are park in parking lot....

A huge laundromat with plenty of machines. Very clean and well maintained. They offer a drop off service for wash and fold at a dollar per pound. Free parking also.

My wife loves this Clean City because it is clean and spacious. Weve abandoned our resident laundromat and are now using this location. Their prices are good and our clothes are washed to our satisfaction.

This is the Laundry mate that I do all of my Laundry. It is always clean, convenient and you have workers on the site to help you with all of your needs. This place also do your laundry for you at a very fare price. I love this place. I do not go anywhere else.

Love this place. The oversized washer is great for a large family or washing bed linen. Dryers work really well also.

Some machines act up and when brought to the attention of the employees there’s always attitude along with the “oh well” look ... not a bad place but customer service is KEY!

My husband mistakenly left clothes there and didn’t realize it until later that night. I called on the phone to ask if someone could please check to see if they were still there. The lady who picked up had a disgusting attitude and told me you need to come in we are too busy. I explained that I was pregnant and could not go all the way back immediately. She refused to help me. I will be calling to speak to a manager tomorrow. Lack of customer service is ridiculous.

Washers and dryers are always in top condition. Staff is very nice. The only drawback is the dryers cost .35 per five minutes. There is plenty of washers and dryers available.

Horrible customer service. I came to drop my clothes off and because I brought them in a small hamper the lady behind the counter gave me a plastic bag to put my clothes in to weigh them. I come back again to drop my clothes off, and the lady charged me $.75 for a plastic bag. I explained to her that I came last time with the same hamper and was not charged for a bag but she very rudely told me oh well i had to pay. So I pay the $.75 cents for the bag... but as I see them folding up other peoples clothes who had their own bag, they still lined their bag with the plastic one so why are they charging me?! When I asked to speak to a manager they told me that They weren’t here and that their name was Vianey. As much as I spend to have my clothes washed, dryed and folded it’s ashame that I am being charged for a plastic bag. Especially on an inconsistent basis.

Bad customer service maneger is worst then the employee.. do not disturb them when there chit chatting among themself or the phone! They act like there doing you a favor...

Machines are dirty. Only one worker folding clothes. Need more staff to sanitize.

The service great some workers are wonderful Im a regular there but when you open at 5:30am and have ppl there a black man comes and you open at 6am i get that. I feel we all should be treated the same. I should be able to let in before 6 am too. Because Im black i was told 6am not fair at all. Good costumer service is good but not when you open 5:30am and wont let me in untill 6am not fair but you have other ppl there doing their clothes. This is discrimination.i just would like some workers to be train. Thank you

This is my local laundromat. Always impeccably clean. This location just gets really crowded and some people bring their whole house to wash, I domt underatand how people let that amount of dirty clothes pile up in their house.

Love it here (if one can love doing laundry); clean, many washers, many dryers that work, and a parking lot! I will continue to go here to do my familys laundry!

Affordable and durable machines and dryers. My new go to place to wash my clothes.

The only issue I have is people allow children to play with carts and when needed I cannot find a cart. On several occasions I had to carry my laundry to folding table
