I dropped off laundry there about a few weeks ago, and a few days later I realized a full bag of clothes was missing. I immediately called and notified someone and was told they would look around and let me know. I heard nothing back and called back two day later and was told my bag wasn’t there and these people are giving me the run around. Not to mention, most of the people there speak little to no English. I will be filing a complaint and getting my lawyer involved, as I had very expensive clothing in my laundry bag. Absolutely ridiculous.

Wash and fold service is very convenient.

Need to start dusting in their and sanitize the bathroom door knobs and all....leave sanitizer in certain pin point spots.

I went there this afternoon, I had to be waiting for half an hour to get washers & dryers to use. This is a disgrace! Plus the workers were literally racing us for the machines. I hate going to clean city to do laundry. I had to wait in line for machines!

Clean City Super Laundromat is where I clean clothes on a regular basis. It is spacious, clean and the staff is helpful.

The stench of this place is disgusting!! It smells like dirty water has been sitting in the machines for weeks and the smell encompasses the entire place. I question the last time they had their machines serviced and had a plumber check out the pipes. Like, what are you guys not doing for it to smell that bad?? Arent there regulation codes to follow to keep a place like this in business??

The employees are terrible no kindness at all. Manager should talk to them to have a better actitud whe we ask for help

I dont know if I am going to continue going to clean city. Not enough dryers, some of the staff arent nice either! The staff, races to get dryers & washers. Theres a Male supervisor there that got into it with my mom, all because she asked him to change $100! That person is truly a churl!

Horrible service here, me and my boyfriends family are never coming here ever again. The staff is very rude and disrespectful. I came two times to dry clothes because our dryer is broken and a staff member had the courage to come to me being rude saying we not allowed to be here because all we are doing is drying. The first time I came the same person refused to give me change for a 20 so I can do my laundry. If you want to do laundry I suggest you go anywhere else but this place. How he comes and refuse to have my service when he’s making money either way.

I love going there. They have a lot of machine and dryers. I love their detergents and softener. And the machine washes your clothes very good.

Clean city is a very bad laundromat it has very disrespectful and disgusting people working there I think you need to go to another laundromat like down the street there is a laundromat called mega mat laundromat very respectful machines work well.. and the cashier there is very polite go to megamat laundromat down the block the megamat laundromat is very clean they have respectful workers and employees they sweep and mop the floor and the prices are very cheap and most people can afford

Worst place EVER! The people who work there have no manners whatsoever & very snotty! They are Nasty people & very UneducatedThe machines always get stuck with your clothes inside . They are super expensive & the dryers even worst Get ready to put $3.00 to dry 4 pairs of Jeans then they charge you $.35 for seven minutes thats a rip off I would not recommend this place to no one!!!

When the owners and managers are there this place is always clean and all runs smooth. When they are not, the staff slacks and the place is filthy. Machines work well and if you go at night, there is hardly people there.

The machines and prices are great however I wanted to use the bathroom when I was there and the person working there didnt believe that I was a customer and refused to let me use it.

Worst staff. Should hire new staff members that are friendly and polite. Forgot something in the dryer called them to check if it was still there and was told she was busy folding to go and check my self.

Big place but always very busy. They should expand their store. They definitely have enough clients to do so.

The workers are unprofessional. That pisses me off. The establishment is kept tidy. You either have to go very early or very late. Going to try a new business that opened near the yonkers/bronx boarder.

Before I used to take my clothes to wash here and I realized that I had other peoples clothes. When I complained they told me that maybe it was a mistake, which I already knew. Then I noticed that I was missing clothes last week I went to complain and nobody gives you a concrete answer. People who work a lot and do not have time to wash clothes, we send them to wash trusting and paying for a service, not to have their clothes stolen from one

I have already visited this place twice to wash my clothes. The machines are in good condition, they do not work with coins only with the use of a special card which is bought in a machine that they offer. The machine that sells the cards accepts cash, credit card, and EBT. The place is large and organized, it has a bathroom only for customers, they also offer free parking for customers. The excited people of the place are not noticed since they do not wear uniforms so as to be able to know what the employees are. The place is very frequented by people from the areas.

The.service is the most horrible, those who work at night do not see themselves treating the people, thank the people who wash their clothes .eyes have work.via a problem with my machine, I told Mr. what happened .and he said no I know nothing, tell the girl, none of them knew how to solve it.
