I was quoted for a price to fix my brakes and a tune up, and the bill turned out to be twice that. As a college student, the price was too big for me to go again. I recommend asking for the prices of everything before you go there especially the labor rate. Great customer service but the information could have been more clear.

The guys were very polite and did a great job of checking my whole car out. The price was very high but the guy did everything he could to bring my price down. Good place to go if you can afford it.

The service was excellent, I have dealt with Matt before with tires. The cost was Im sure competitive, but I didntt have time to shop around. The car I had worked on was a 2005 and needed a complete exhaust system replacement and it has been over 20 years since I have had to have this sort of work done!

Had a flat tire. Needed new tires anyway. Called to get prices on new tires. Got a great deal on the tires. It took a couple of days to get the tires which is normal at any tire place. Got in and waited on my service. Great deal and great service. I will use Jamies tire again when I need tires. Great price, service and great to deal with.

A trustworthy shop? Yes. Jamie is a stand-up guy who hires exceptional employees. Ive never had an issue with the shop in over 10 years and trust them with my Prius ever time.

I had a flat tire and managed to get my car to the nearest tire place, which happened to be Jamie’s. The guys there were busy but managed to get my tire fixed in a short amount of time. I was very happy with the service and would go there again.

Bought 2 tires. They claimed the lug nuts were swollen and had to be replaced. My researched show that this is an issue with the production lug nuts for my model. However, my research also showed the price they charged for the lug nuts was twice as much as what they can be bought on your own. I dont mind a business making a profit, but 100% markup is gouging in my opinion.

I had a flat fixed and tires rotated. There was some question as to whether my run flat tire was repairable. It was, with no problem. Jamies fixed the tire in less than 1 hour, at a reasonable price, rotated my tires, and didnt try to sell me any other services.

Jamie’s was somewhat friendly, but unwilling to work with my situation and very costly. I would not recommend them to my fellow students. When I say very costly, I mean astronomical. This is not worth my time.

Ive used Jamies for a number of years on several different vehicles. Theyve always treated me well, done the job as expected. I feel a good value for the money.

Prices for oil changes have gone up. I get that, and they seem comparible with the competition. What I have also seen with price changes is an additional shop fee of near $4 added to the invoice. Where this appeared to be previously included/absorbed in the service of the lower price ... now it is in addition to to the newly increased price.Customer Provided oil filters (my preference for OEM parts) used to reduce my total service by $10. Now it is $5.So overall, the cost of my oil change service is not a justifiable increase due to the times, it is a considerably higher price with extra fees and fewer discounts.The service is very good, the staff is friendly, and I do use the coupons when they are available at your website. I have been bringing both my vehicles to Jamies for oil changes and tire service since 2017. That started because my previous shop raised prices higher than what justified my need for their service.When the standard service price goes up (as needed) and I see even more increases and changes that effect my overall bill - that is what ultimately decides if I return or look for an alternative.

Always very courteous. They explain any needed repairs in detail. They never push parts sales but always give you the information you need to make a decision for repair. Highly recommend their services.

I had an estimate from the Monroe store down the street for some sweet Yokos to be put on my car but they didnt have my size and couldnt do it til the next day. I went to these guys and they got a sweet comparable Goodyear tire set from their store in Fairborn so I could have them installed today and matched their discounts for an even cheaper price. So in about 2 hours, Daddy is gonna be very happy.

My first visit, I brought in my vehicle with a leaking tire valve approximately4:00 p.m.. With 1 mechanic and 1 tire mechanic they had 2 waiting customers and 2 pick ups that evening. They worked with me on getting the needed part and conveniently scheduled me in and corrected my problem. I was impressed how much they worked with me for such a small repair at such a late time of the day. Greatly appreciated getting the work done so quickly.

They are professional and friendly! The waiting area is clean and they get me in quickly every time I’ve called to schedule - sometimes same day. Their team is knowledgeable and does quality work!

The oil change on my car was fine but the front desk could have used some help. My appointment was at 8:30am and I got in quickly but when my car was done right before 9am I sat there and waited 15 minutes while Gene, who was working at the desk helped 9 other customers instead of taking a minute to check me out so I could be on my way. When he tried to get me to have my air filter changed because it was dirty I said no I dont have time for that he seemed irritated.

They got me at the last minute for 4 new tires for my daughter’s car and they got it done early. Great quality and customer service.

I had a lug nut stuck and was in a very unfortunate circumstance. I had the vehicle on the tow truck and they took my phone call and said bring it down when no other shops would take the time to try and help. They let the tow truck pull in and stay there while they attempted to get the lug nut off. Within just 15 mins they had it off and had me on way. Thank you very much for your help!!!

I’d like to first start out by saying this establishment could use some knowledge about customer care. Secondly today was the FOURTH day this week me and my sister in law had to drop her car off. The last three times we’re all for the same problem. The visit today was by far the worst in the last 3. The issues that the car is experiencing are result of whatever your company did. Beyond the aspect of the multiple times we visited and have spent over two thousand dollars in the process, she has payed out of pocket everyday after her car was initially fixed. That was last week. That’s 300+ dollars in rental fees. Saying you guys are efficient or affective would be generous. I wouldn’t recommend the devil himself. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Ive been with them since 2011. Its been up and down in last few years. Ok so they let go of mechanics that didnt do their job but thats not my problem. I expect quality for the higher cost.Im on the fence. I bought a new vehicle, a truck. Im not sure if I will have them work on it.I should not feel like that since I have been coming to them for sometime but simple mistakes and high cost repairs that still arent right concern me.Just keep your eyes open and pay attention.Everyone has bad spells. For me, they need to earn my trust again. A new counter gut who is good at talking cant fix your car thats up to the quality and standards the garage expects of their mechanics.I will say they do have some good guys working for them.

This is the only place if you want great service. The people there are excellent and friendly. I wont go anywhere else.

We always buy our tires here. Timely, great service and decent prices.

I recommend Jamies to all of my family and friends. Its so nice to be able to take my car in for an oil change and not get a phone call telling me that they recommend every flush known to mankind along with an air filter, oil additive, etc. Last year, after we got our tax return, we planned to spend around $1,700 getting all the repairs we thought were need to get my car running like new again. We took the car to Jamies and told them to do it all. An hour later, I got a call that all the repairs were not needed, and two tires were in great shape... $400 was all they were going to charge. That just doesnt happen anywhere else but Jamies.

I went in for a bad front end vibration and was expecting the worst. They found it was my lugnuts werent tightened from a previous service from a different company (scary). They took care of it with no charge and sent me on my way. I cant say enough good things! I hate to take my car anywhere afraid of getting bad news and ripped off from not knowing the cause of a problem. They are my go to from here on out. Trusting a company goes a long way! Thanks!!

So I took in a friends car, mind you shes blonde young, and has no idea what shes doing, I take it in the say the back is way off the scales when it comes to an alignment and the left control arm is bent, and there isnt anything thing wrong with the front alignment..and all together would cost 800 to fix....I find out from a friend you cant aligne the back only the front and the rear control arm isnt even bent....needless to say Im not using them anymore

I took my car on for tire service. I had already been told that the patch location was a risky place. I was ordering a tire from a warehouse club, but needed to be able to get my tire to hold air in the mean time. Jamies was honest and said they didnt recommend the fix as it would not likely hold.They were willing to still offer the fix and helped me get by until my tires came in. They even proactively gave me very competitive quotes for tires.I will be returning for more vehicle service beyond my tires.

This is the fourth time I have returned my car to this location with more problems! Spent over 2500 dollars here! The only cover minor parts. Which was quoted different over the phone, but when they paid for it it was 60 dollars less! They offered no solution at all. Not only that, they did a oil change & didn’t even refill my windshield wiper fluid! Is that part of a full service oil change? Very disappointed. Once my car is fixed I will never return to any of these locations and I will no longer recommend anyone to even bring their vehicle here.

I typically take my car to a mechanic I personally know, but if I need something done right away, this is my main auto care provider. I have a lowered vehicle, so its not always easy to find someone who can work on it, but they tried and did. I find them to be the most honest company Ive come across and that is worth everything when it comes to car repair.

Great service and I always trust them with my car. They have never tried to over sell unneeded service which I greatly appreciate as a woman with little knowledge of the mechanics of a car. I have family that are mechanics and they have confirmed everything that I have been told to be true.

I was in and out in less than 15 minutes for a tire rotation. Also was quite surprised at free rotations since I had Goodyear Assurance tires. I need to start reading my warranty cards from now on, hahaha.I will be back, good business!

I’ve gone to Jamies Tire & Service Xenia. The first time I had a flat tire and another place told me I would need a new tire. But Jamies Tire & Service fixed it without having me get a new tire and also gave me a free oil changed! Which is a win right there!!The second time was a big visit! I normally go to Koons to get my car fixed if it’s time to get an oil changed and tire rotation and fluid change. But I wasn’t able to make an appointment soon enough with Koons and I’m driving to Colorado and I definitely needed to get my car looked at. So I decided to come back. I came in and everyone was friendly and it’s in a great location. They took my car and couple moments later someone came out to discuss with me what needed to be done to my car. I know a few things about cars and I know what’s important and what’s not to important to change and the man came out with two pages with two different colors of highlighting. One was major and one wasn’t a huge deal. He told me the total and everything which was around $900.A lot of you won’t ever probably have a bill higher than $100 here but I needed to get a lot done and the best part it is about $400 cheaper doing it here then at Koons.This place definitely is a trust worthy establishment and I will now use them whenever I need some work done.I will definitely update this review after I arrive back from Colorado we will see if all that work will hold up. But I know it will because they are great!

My 1st initial experience was great with the Xenia store. I got 4 new tires for my truck, and an alignment. Everything was great. I decided shortly after due to upsizing the tires and getting a more aggressive offroad tire which caused them to rub just a smidge at full turn to have a leveling kit put on. After having the kit installed I knew a realignment would be necessary so I called and made an appointment to drop it off at 7am as soon as they opened. Upon arrival at the store I waited and waited as the counter associate talked on the phone out in the garage office almost 20 minutes went by and a fellow garage worker came in and said it would be just a minute. I simply said here are the keys I have the appointment scheduled and they know what to do. I have a coworker waiting to take me back to work and left. The day went by and no call finally at 2 pm I called and was told they were waiting on the alignment rack to come open and it would be another hr to 11/2 before it was ready. 330,4,430, 5 pm nothing. I told my wife to take me up there they close at 6. Almost to the store my cell rings and I was told its ready. I get there and the associate proceeds to tell me they had it off and on the rack and that the alignment shows good on there computer but it still has a pull to the right and that it could be a tire issue. I said well if it was a tire issue why wasnt it like that when I brought it in ? He said well drive it and see what you think then if Im not happy they would delve more into it. I got in the truck and it didnt take 10 secs down the road I knew it wasnt right. After talking to a few people they said to take it back and make them do it again because the steering wheel should atleast be straight. So I made another appointment and dropped it off. The call comes in with an update that its basically the same thing they cant figure out where the pull is coming from. I was told it could be a bad tire or just that its because of the design of the tire. All which made no sense to anyone with common knowledge about tires or vehicles.So I went and picked it up and decided I was done. A couple days later I took it to a tire shop in Moraine and they had it on and off the rack in a few hours. Told me the drivers side caster was out and the passenger side camber was out of spec. Paid for the 3rd alignment and drove the truck home steering wheel is straight and no pull. That will be the last time one of our vehicles goes to one of these stores for anything. I understand I caused the issue that made the 1st alignment need redone and didnt ask for it to be covered under the 6mth alignment guarantee so I paid for a 2nd one but if you dont know how to fix it just say hey we cant do it. Dont waste peoples time and money. Seems the word on the street is they have lost alot of good employees recently and maybe thats the issue. Ok rant over. Hope this helps someone else out.

I had a really positive experience with Jamies. I called them needing an alignment that afternoon; they had room in the schedule, fit me in that afternoon, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed it that afternoon within two hours of when I called to make an appointment. They offered me a reasonable recommendation and price on replacement tires, part of which included sending in a rebate; they gave me the rebate card already filled out and ready to drop in the mail.

My first experience here I ordered new tires for my car. I dropped the car off before lunch time to get the new tires installed. I then picked the car up around 4:30 to find out that the tires never showed up. My car was sitting on the lift with no tires on it and they never had the courtesy to call and tell me that the tires never came in. I then had to wait until they put my old tires on before I could leave.The second time I came here, I Made an appointment at 8am for a 1pm oil change and tire rotate. Dropped the car off at 9:30am. Came back at 5pm to find that they had not finished the car because they ordered the wrong type of oil filter and then forgot about it. Finally got my car at 5:30pm. Got in the car and the check engine was light was on. The light was not on when I brought the car in. Popped the hood to find that the Mass air flow sensor was unplugged. Not sure if they were trying to pull one over on me or not but this sensor should have never been messed with to change the oil. Inexperienced techs with poor management. Please save yourself the hassle and the possibility of getting scammed by going elsewhere.I would give them 0 stars if possible.

I called and scheduled my van service for 9:30 in the morning, they got to it at 2:00 pm or so. then they their incompetent technician broke my steering box bolt. YOU DONT ALIGN THE WHEELS FROM THE GEER BOX! They gave me a quote for $700.00 to fix it. I took my van to real mechanic who was able to pull the box and re-tap the bolt holes and remount the unit to the van frame for a fraction of the cost. I feel completely taken advantage of and I have been encouraging everybody I know to avoid Jamies Tire shop unless they have time and money to waste on incompetence. if I could give a lower rating I would because 1 star is WAAAAAAY to many stars for that company.

Terrible experience, Jamies Tire fixed my car and as soon as I drove off the lot the car broke. I called the manager Seth to take care of it. Refused to refund or fix the issue I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Very unprofessional, slow service. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!! TRY A DIFFERENT SHOP.
