This shop is great. Bob, took the time to explain the repair and was kind and direct. One thing that was awesome was that he didnt talk down to me. As a female, you get used to being ignored. Bob didnt do that. He and his team went the extra mile to fix my tricky problem and charged fairly for the work. Little rough around the edges, but salt of the earth guys. I think we found our new mechanics :)

Great guy. Lovely little dog that follows him around. Great work, made my car Ruth look like she was brand spanking new after a nasty car scratch against a garage door. Prices are affordable and reasonable. Not to mention available. Literally needed him Saturday when most places are closed and he was there. Seriously Great work.

Bob the owner is great. I drove from Louisville over to Dayton for a funeral and on the way back my 12 CRV broke down. Bob saw me on the side of the road and stopped to offer help. He offered to tow me to my place of choice. I asked him to tow it to his shop. He fixed the issues for a fair price. Bob has to be one of the nicest guys I have run across in awhile. Trust worthy and great work. Thanks Bob!

I think its a very reputable shop. I happen to know first hand that the owner, Bob doesnt drink at all so i strongly disagree with the last statement... But everyone can have an opinion, that doesnt mean its a fact. Love this shop!

I agree with the last review, do NOT GO TO BRAKEALLS. My daughter took her car to him, he did not do half of what my daughter told him to do, he avoided me for days before I could get an itemized list from him which wasnt right. He put down that he charged $410 for a battery! Just because he couldnt come up with anything he did to justify the amount he charged her.This place is a back alley trashy establishment and its better off to find a more reputable business.

I got rear-ended at a red light by a giant truck in my little Chevy spark. The hatch was smashed in and the bumper was dented badly. I called around several places in xenia and they were the absolute nicest! He told me to bring it in right then and he would drive me to get a rental car. I had a ride, but he helped me through the whole claims process with the truck drivers insurance. He kept me up to date on everything that was going on and made sure to do everything to make my car look like it had never been wrecked! I would recommend Brakealls to anyone!

Quality work

Do not go to this shop! The owner, Bob was rude, unprofessional, arrogant and sweared at me when I went to confront him on his awful business workings. I am a woman and this man yelled at me and would not give me my part after repeatedly overbooking me. The atmosphere is disgusting and smells of smoke and alcohol.
