Awful customer service. I made an appointment and made special work arrangements to get to my appointment at the scheduled time and had someone follow me so that I would have a ride after leaving my vehicle there. The service provider that greeted me when I was dropping my vehicle off on the day of my appointment (on a Friday) told me that my vehicle could not even be looked at until Tuesday. He told me next time I needed to make an appointment directly with him and not his scheduler if I wanted it looked at sooner. How was I supposed to know that the scheduler on the phone gave me an appointment time 4 days before his availability when they stated that they gave me an available appointment? I told him that I would take it elsewhere and thanked him for his time. His response was “Good luck. Nobody else will get you in for weeks.” Very rude and poor customer service. I ended up making an appointment with Evans Arena instead. They were able to get me in the following Monday and looked at it the same day. It was definitely worth the drive. Much better customer service!

Service department no longer provides good service. The people are friendly, but their service model is NOT customer friendly. Since customers can no longer schedule an appointment for even a simple oil change, you show up and may have to wait hours to get it done. This makes planning your day impossible! I have purchased multiple vehicles here, but never again until they fix their problems. Sadly, this is the last time I will use their service department.

Customer service want great this time around. My vehicle was in the shop for 30 days. After four days of having it the check engine light came on when this was never the original issue The shop Didn’t communicate thoroughly with the warranty company. Two separate bills were sent out causing confusion on the backend. My warranty company wasn’t presented with all of the information up front leaving me the customer with a bill . Staff is nice but i will be exploring my options in the future

My mother bought a n ew 2021 Jeep Cherokee and was informed that it has a recall. She contacted the dealer who informed her that the vehicle would have to stay over night for the repairs. An appointment was set up for June 1 at 11am. The service department informed her that her car would be ready June 2. She attempted to call for a status at 230 today and says she got a busy signal. I called around 4pm, talked to the service manager who informed me the vehicle was waiting for a bay to perform the maintenance. What I dont understand is why my 80 yr old mother needed to bring her car to the dealer and have it overnight if 1- the dealer didnt really schedule a bay to do the maintenance and 2 the parts were not already on hand for this recall. The Information from Jeep says this repair would only be 2 hours, So AGAIN why did the dealer set up an appointment with my mother if they werent going to do the job till another day,

Disappointed with my interaction with one of the sales reps. Got price for a truck with military discount and employee family discount, great, 9K off the sticker! Not so much...the manager tried to offer me 15k less for my brand new trade-in then what they evaluated it for on their own website. Needless to say, I walked away.Giving 3 stars as the sales rep was responsive and returned my call quickly, but 2 star off for shady negotiating.

I bought a 2016 jeep wrangler which was a certified used. The salesman went on and on about it being an AEV vehicle. Which means it was professionally lifted as an AEV promotional vehicle. This appealed to me being professionally lifted out of the factory and the fact it was a certified used. After driving the jeep for 200 miles over the course of two weeks, my traction control and ABS lights came on. I had the vehicle towed to the dealership. After a week and a half they told me it was fixed and I picked it up. Two days later the lights came back on. I contacted the dealer who sent drivers to pick the jeep up to take it back to service. After having the jeep for a week and a half the service department started to explain that the oversize tires and lift was the problem, which I explain to them was on the jeep when they sold it to me. Certified. They continued to diagnose. After 2 1/2 weeks they deliver the jeep back to me fixed. The jeep was delivered with the clock not reset on the radio ( which is no big deal ),the gas tank empty (gas light on)and the speedometer off by about 10 miles an hour. Keep in mind this is a $28,000 certified vehicle. I have owned it for two months and been able to put only 250 miles on it. This is beyond disappointing. I know Key Chrysler has been awarded service awards,This just confirms to me that we live in a society that gives everyone a trophy.

Called in August to get recall work done on my Pacifica. We scheduled an appointment and I brought the car in. It was early for the oil change but I asked them to go ahead and do it since it was in for service anyway. They never called me to say it was done; finally a half hour before closing time Saturday I call because we needed the van to transport the whole family that afternoon. They apologize for the poor communication, and tell me they actually didnt even have the part they needed to do the recall work. They promise to call me when the part becomes available. Well its February and they never called and I just had it done at another dealer, since this one isnt interested in my service business.Edit: Key did contact me and is working hard to make it right. For now I’m bringing my vehicle back here for all it’s service needs.

My experience at Key Chrysler was great. My salesperson was Dwayne and he went out of his way to ensure I got the vehicle I wanted. I knew what kind of vehicle I had in mind, but still the whole process was done in an hour and a half. I did not have to spend hours at a lot and walk away with nothing to show for it other than frustration and time wasted. Everyone there was very friendly. I got sent out of state to work and realized my family needed a second vehicle with no time to shop in-person. I came across exactly what I was looking for through Auto Trader and contacted KEY directly. Dealing with them on our last purchase, I was already comfortable making a blind purchase.I expected to complete necessary paperwork via FedEx but they went the extra mile and drove nearly 5 hours one way to meet me! They got the deal done in 3 days, including delivery of the vehicle to my wife. They also got me an insanely low APR...No pressure at all. Highly recommended. Noone else matches their customer service.Kudos to our saleswoman, who delivered the vehicle with her husband on her day off!

Stopped in to look at pick-ups, walked around looking for ten minutes or so, waited a while by my car but no one came out. Got in the car and called and was told they were busy, but would be right out. Waited another ten minutes a left. I wasnt dressed very nice, but drove a pretty nice car and had my checkbook in my pocket. They must have more customers than they need.

Customer service is abhorrent. It took 3 days for a diagnostic check and not once in those 3 days did they call to update me. And even after the check and recalls were completed I had to call them and ask for an update on my car.

Use them as a last resort for servicing. Made an appointment for service and they didnt even look at it for 48 hours. After repeated calling, they did plug the diagnostic module in and promised me they would look at it again Monday (as it was now Friday afternoon). Communication is poor and customer service is as well. I have used them before and they werent like this years ago. Other places in the area are more responsive and forthcoming in their explanations and timing.

Unfortunate experience with a dealership I have seen in town my entire life. I contacted this dealership in an effort to price a truck due to the time of year and the likelihood of lower prices for the previous years’ models. I was met with an uninterested sales manager who seemed unenthusiastic about taking my information. Whoever the gentleman was stated he would take my information and pass it onto his sales staff but seemed as if I was bothering him to do so. Needless to say, no response from the sales staff after a significant period of time. I will be shopping with their competitors or with a dealership who will be at least somewhat happy to earn my business. I can honestly say we had the best car buying experience ever at Key. We were looking for a new car to replace one that had been totaled in an accident. We ended up with a really nice used Dodge Dart that was sold to us by the most genuinely nice sales person, Michael Baker. We never once felt pressured to buy the vehicle and he went above and beyond to get us what we wanted (car manuals, front license plate bracket, and he made sure all recalls were taken care of) with the car. Even once the sale was done, we went back with a question about the car remotes and he did not stop until he got what we were looking for. To me a good business is one that when an issue comes up they take care of you. First off my hats off to Jeff in the sales department. He had gone above and beyond every time I have interacted with him. After we bought the truck we found a a spot on the bed and Jeff made sure it was taken care of at no cost to me even got me set up in a loaner which he didnt have to do. Only issue I had was lug nuts coming loose on one of the wheels. I wasnt mad and they were sincerely apologetic. Had a good conversation with Phil while I was there, I like what he and his crew at cruisers do with the aftermarket stuff I recommend.

Stephanie Drayton is phenomenal to work with! She worked with me for 2 days to find a car I loved. It was not easy to find a car I loved and get a deal I could afford. Not only did I get an amazing deal but a new car as well! I left there feeling like she was a friend. Very honest, and when you are about ready to lose faith she makes you laugh and brings Rich into the picture. This is not my first experience at Key-Chrysler but by far the best. As a woman sometimes you feel taken advantage of when looking for cars. I can say I felt comfortable at all times, I believe Stephanie answered everything honestly and sometimes to honest. UPDATE: Integrity is in question at this service department. I had my vehicle dropped of for a flash recall and asked them to please rotate tires I had purchased there. No worries! I was told. I like to know where I stand so I recorded the location of one of my tires, prior. When I picked it up it was still in the same spot. So I know for a fact that tire did not move. I went to inform the service department and I was told they were very sorry and that they would look into it. Even kinda halfway offered a free oil change. On my way home I got a call saying they reviewed the video and my tires had in fact been rotated. Okay, I cant prove the other three did not move but you can tell a steer tire from the back tires by looking at the wear. They rotated one side based on what I could tell! I get its not a big deal but dont lie to me to save yourself. Talk to your tech, figure out what happened and make it right with the customer. I am not sure if I will return. Its the principal here for me. Many small shops closer that deserve a shot at my business.Kelly, if you want to keep me as a customer lets see about three free oil changes on this Diesel of mine, aye?

After searching the web for a used Town & Country minivan, we were contacted by DJ Yates from Key Chrysler/Jeep etc. He was very helpful and sincere with assisting us in selecting the right vehicle that fit our needs. Our visit to Key Chrysler (on a very cold and snowy night), we found just the right van sitting at the front door, engine running, the interior toasty warm and awaiting a test drive. DJ was very thorough to insure we were familiar with the vehicles features and operation. Following the test drive, DJ answered all of our questions and concerns. The experience here was just different overall. It wasnt necessarily bad, but it wasnt as good as it could have been. It started off by me walking into the building and into a group of three male employees who were standing by the door. All of them just looked at me like I had just stepped off the mother ship and they were so shocked they couldnt form English yet. I introduced myself to the older of the three, Dave, who took me out to look at the Charger I wanted. Everything went fine with Dave. He was nice, personable, and didnt pressure me when I said I needed to wait until I received my first pay check from my new job on Thursday. The sales manager was also very nice and did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied with the deal.I texted Dave on Thursday after I received my check and told him I would be in around 1 to get the car. He said to make sure I bring my down payment and other paperwork and he would have the car cleaned and waiting for me. I got there a little after one and noticed the car still sitting where I had left it. Thats fine. Not a big deal. I begin to process my paperwork and was asked for the cash down payment by the man in finance. I told him I wasnt told to bring cash but could put the payment on my credit card. Again not a big deal. We processed my finances and I was out of his office in less then 10 minutes and it was then I realized I was never offered gap insurance which I wanted and I guess I should have asked for. My mistake as Ive never had to ask for it before as typically dealerships try their hardest to sell all the extras with a new vehicle.I turn in the keys to my old car and get the keys to the charger and while Im looking over the vehicle I notice various scuffs and an odd sticky substance over the paint which I ask Dave about. He has someone clean it off while he explains the vehicle has been fueled and is ready to go. I leave with the vehicle and notice that the gas is just over 3/4 of a tank. So you couldnt be bothered to make sure I have a full tank of gas? Also, not a big deal, but eventually these minor attention to detail errors start to add up.

I came in last month to see about a price on a part and was given the price. Had to save money to but the part. I went back today to buy the part and they told me it was three times the amount that they originally quoted me. I’m not concerned about price hike I wanted to be sold the price I was quoted the first time. You should make it a policy that when you give a quote to someone you let them know you are going to tell them different price when they come back in.

New Ram truck purchase at Key Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge, Xenia OHI recently purchase a new Ram truck from Key Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge in Xenia OH. My experience was by far the best of any car purchase I have experienced. The staff (especially the salesman Dwayne Cornett) were pleasant and knowledgeable. The atmosphere of the dealership was relaxed and professional. There was none of the normal high pressure sales tactics often seen a car dealerships. The listened to my needs and when they didnt have the perfect vehicle on the lot, readily offered to order me a vehicle. They made the process easy. I had done my homework and knew that the pricing they offered was fair. They also offered a fair price on my trade-in vehicle. Haggling was not necessary. Delivery of the vehicle was quick. All paperwork was done ahead of time, so pickup was quick and easy. I would highly recommend this dealership even if it means you have to drive a little farther to get there.

Jim Hendrickson is AMAZING!!!! He spent an entire day with us to help us make the right choices for our family. GM Phil is rude, incompetent, and a careless individual! After having my car for twenty days due to a recall issue ( that I was told I was financially responsible for) after reaching out to the FCA and finding out that not only was I NOT responsible for the fee but that I also should have been given a rental ; I was told by Phil it was nothing he could do with NO effort and they held my car for an additional day after it was repaired requiring me to have to extend my rental without reimbursement!

Absolute worst service I’ve experienced ever. Kept our jeep 4 days for warranty work without ever looking at the issue. Then tell us is it’s likely not warrantied and we’d need to pay. I Inquired about programming the LED headlights when dropping off and told them never mind and to not touch them after they gave me a price. Went to a different dealer who fixed our leaking axles in less time than they had our jeep. No mention of the headlights so they should not have been touched. Get our jeep back and I have a headlight out and the wiring isn’t connected the headlight also appears it may be broken. Absolutely awful experience.

Take your vehicle in to have recalls repaired they keep it for a week waiting on parts they should have had for scheduled repair then call you with a list of repairs they want to keep it for another week and charge you thousands presumably this is standard procedure to end up making you pay for the recalls. my suggestion dont buy anything related to dodge

Key Chrysler is the ONLY dealership in the Miami Valley. When youve gone through the process of owning, leasing, and servicing cars (even from other locations) you start to realize that no one has the professional experience that the Key Chrysler staff provides to you at a time of decision making. You know they have it when the head person at the dealership is willing to take 15 minutes to install a front license plate on your new car. I took my 2014 RAM 1500 to KEY Chryslers Service Department when I had a power steering issue because they are an authorized Chrysler service center. It was a great decision. Chris, Kelly and CJ were excellent to work with. They were professional, met the timeline we discussed and were very reasonably priced. The pick up and drop off service is very convenient. They fixed the problem and I have had no issues since. Thanks KEY Chrysler, I will not look anywhere else for service.

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. My salesman Joey was a great guy. Down to earth, didn’t ever try to pressure me into a sale and didn’t try to feed me a bunch of BS. I got a good deal and I’m very happy with my purchase of my Ram 3500. I know when it’s time to get my wife a new vehicle I’ll be making the 45 minutes drive from my house back up to Keys.

In the past I refused to go to any other location but this one, now I can’t get any help from them. I bought a car from them. I have called for the past 4 or 5 months trying to find out about my warranty and trade in possibilities. I have left so many voicemails and never received a call back. I spoke with one guy/boss in warranty and he sounded as if he just went through a divorce and was taking his anger out on me. I have been hung up on multiple times. But the women are great, very respectful and helping especially in the calls department. I was telling everyone this was the greatest location in the world, promoting as if I worked there for free. Now I just smh

I took my Jeep in for a recall, and found out from the technician while I was there that the previous owner hadnt brought my Jeep in for a previous recall from 2012. But they were willing to work in that repair anyway so that I didnt have to reset everything for a different day.
