Complete brake replacement done in less then 6 hrs. Dropped it off and done the same day. I believe in local businesses and Detroit Tire has always done a great job on all 4 of my vehicles.

My tire light came on. They squeezed me in because they were busy. They called me couple hours later saying was ready and no charge. The valve stem was corroded and they replaced the air caps on all four tires since I had after market ones on and they get corroded on the tire. I was so appreciative of no charge. The next day my tire was low again. So I took it back. I had a nail in my tire that was missed the day before. That was fixed. They are very polite friendly. I give them a 4 star because I had to take my car back. But they were great and took care of me..

After working and dealerships for 35 years of my life and then retiring to go into law enforcement, moving to Ohio from New Mexico I need you to find a place that I could trust, I looked at the reviews of Detroit Tire and found out they had a lot of good things to say about this place. So I made an appointment to get a front end noise checked out with Guy, theyare very friendly and professional people, consummate professionals in what they do, and I found a place that I can trust. Their prices are very reasonable and their work is top-notch, I will be your Forever customer.

Had to get a replacement for a flat tire, mounted, balanced, & aligned. It was a little pricey, but what was supposed to be a 2 hour job only took 1 hour. Staff was very friendly & helpful.

I just had an oil change and as always, the service friendly and quick. I have taken my car here for the last two or three years whenever it needs any work. Unlike a lot of places I’ve been before, they never try to sell me things I don’t need. It is for that reason that when they DO tell me I need to take care of something, I do it. I’ve found them to be very honest about what needs to be fixed right away and what can wait until I can better afford it. I won’t go anywhere else as long as I live in this area.

The employees at Detroit Tire (Xenia) were so knowledgeable and friendly. They asked what kind of tires I was looking for, and in what price range I wanted to work within. They took my information and made it happen. Also, they told me it could take two hours to do the work, but thankfully it only took half that long. Excellent, friendly, fast service when they replaced my tires. They provided me extra precautions from COVID, giving me a less public place to sit while I waited. However, one person on the desk was waiting on customers with mask pulled down. I paid approximately $40 to have the car sanitized after service; Im glad the measure was available.

Not only were they professional and efficient, but they were friendly and made me feel like a valued customer, even though Im from out of town. There was no condescension because Im female. They went out of their way to make my visit a fully informed and enjoyable experience.

I just took my vehicle into Xenia Detroit Tire to address a screw i found in one of the tires. They looked at it and determined that it didn’t actually penetrate the tire at all. I asked how much do I owe them and they said nothing. Great customer service!!!

I go out of my way to come to Detroit Tire purely for nostalgia. When my father was alive he always found a deal. We would calculate how much his home cooked meals cost, he could make dinner under a few dollars with his savvy couponing ways. He had a heart of gold, one day he bought a groupon from Detroit Tire so my chariot could get an oil change before he passed last year in April. I don’t particularly like this place at all but the grumpy old white men amuse me enough to keep me coming back while my pops rewards me a gold star up in heaven for saving my moneys. Also please do not stop singing your honky tonk, ya grumpy ole man, it’s grrrrrreat!

I just showed up, the day after Thanksgiving, to drop my car off. Even though I did not have an appointment, Detroit Tire took my car in. They looked at it and got back to me the very same day to let me know what the issue was and how much it was going to cost to repair my car. Detroit Tire had my car repairs completed by the time they said they would. Very professional, friendly and timely. Thank you Detroit Tire for a job well done!

I went to Detroit Tire twice recently. On the first visit I ordered a tire and had my evaporator box remounted. The service was good and the price was reasonable. The second visit was for an oil change and a vehicle inspection. The price for the oil change was competitive and the price for the inspection was okay but I felt like I was duped regarding the inspection. I dont know if they looked at the car in any more detail than they would have when doing an oil change. I was told that the inspection would take about an hour but they called me to pick up the car about 30 minutes after I left it. When I picked it up I had to ask for a review of the inspection results which was so brief that I was left dissatisfied. So the second visit was not as good as the first and I would be reluctant to give them my business again.

Steve and his team are absolutely awesome they put 4 tires and did an alignment on my truck and and it rides and drives better than it ever has. Detroit Tire is the best! It’s the onlyplace we take our vehicles! We drive about 25Miles to get there and now I have 2 family members who will be driving 70 miles to take their cars there. We have had them do tires, batteries, oil changes and mechanical work and all was perfect! We highly recommend them as you can see by family coming out of state to there!

I went in for a full set of new tires and even though they were about to close soon they helped me out and got some new tires on my car because they didn’t want me driving on a donut. They were very nice and patient with me.

I took my car in with hat I though was going to be a major issue. After looking at my car, the staff at Detroit Tire was able to explain the issue in a way that I could actually understand even though I know nothing about cars. They fixed my issue quickly and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them and I will be back!

I took a set of wheels in there and had them take the tires off and put them on my truck wheels. In the process they gouged two of the wheels. I went back in there after they denied they did it and i put my wheel on the tire machine and it lined right up with the gouges on the wheel. The manager still refused to make things right. They are UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Called to get new tires. They quoted me an excellent price and told me it would take a couple hours to finnish. I dropped my car off and it was ready to go within the couple hours promised just like they promised. They are always very friendly and courteous. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Took car in for poor idle.After diagnosis they changed wrong part,ran worse after pick up.Dealership said wrong part was more than likely changed.Simple repair costs upwords of 1100 dollars.

Took my vehicle their and got tires, brakes and rotors changed. They also said I needed an alignment. Took my vehicle to another place that fixed the actual problem. It didnt need an alignment but calipers that Detroit didnt catch. The other place saved me a few hundred dollars.

The guys at Detroit Tire never cease to amaze me! I just want to thank the owners and all the staff there that take such good care of me and my vehicles. I recently brought in my old pick up truck because it broke down on the highway. The technicians there work for hours trying to find out what was wrong with it and could not find the issue. I asked for them to do an oil change while it was there and when I came to pick up the truck all they charged me for was the oil change and none of the hours of work time the guys spent trying to diagnose the problem when the main problem was that it was a really old truck :-)
