Horrible experience with these people and this company. I wish to talk to a manager or supervisor or whoever the big boss is about the issue and how unprofessional, unfair, uncalled for we were treated by some of the rude staff with attitude. Suppose to help people not hurt them and make their life more difficult. Never had a problem with the old company, wish they never switched. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Every single 1 of us dealing with this new company had an issue so they need to get their stuff together. (I see alot of comments about bingo so I just want to separate, this is regarding the voucher people)

Hope Bingo will reopen soon. This was my get away and I miss it!!!
